- Äußere Abschirmungsanordnung (1), die so ausgestaltet ist, dass sie einen montierten Zustand an einem Dachfenster (2) annimmt, wobei das Dachfenster (2) eine Fensteröffnung, eine Rahmenstruktur (3) und eine Flügelstruktur (4) aufweist, die sich parallel zu der Dachfläche erstrecken, jeweils mit einem oberen (3a, 4a) und einem unteren Element (3d, 4d) und zwei zueinander parallelen seitlichen Elementen (3b, 3c, 4b, 4c), wobei die Abschirmungsanordnung (1) umfasst:einen Abschirmungskörper (11), der zwei seitliche Kanten und eine vordefinierte Länge zwischen einem ersten Endabschnitt und einem zweiten Endabschnitt aufweist, wobei der Abschirmungskörper (11) im montierten Zustand der Abschirmungsanordnung in einer Längsrichtung zwischen einer Nicht-Abschirmungsposition und einer Anzahl von Abschirmungspositionen beweglich ist, in denen der Abschirmungskörper (11) die Fensteröffnung mindestens teilweise abdeckt,ein oberes Gehäuse (23), das so ausgestaltet ist, dass es sich im montierten Zustand im Wesentlichen parallel zu dem oberen Element des Rahmens erstreckt,eine Walzenwelle (14), die in dem oberen Gehäuse (23) untergebracht und mit Antriebsmitteln verbunden ist, wobei die Antriebsmittel so ausgestaltet sind, dass sie die Walzenwelle (14) in einer Aufwickelrichtung (W1) und einer Abwickelrichtung (W2) dreht, wobei der erste Endabschnitt des Abschirmungskörpers (11) mit der Walzenwelle (14) verbunden ist, so dass der Abschirmungskörper (11) in der Nicht-Abschirmungsposition auf die Walzenwelle aufgewickelt ist,ein unteres Profil (15), das sich im Wesentlichen parallel zu dem oberen Gehäuse (23) zwischen zwei Enden (150) erstreckt und mit dem zweiten Endabschnitt des Abschirmungskörpers (11) verbunden ist,
zwei seitliche Schienen (21, 22), die so ausgestaltet sind, dass sie sich im montierten Zustand im Wesentlichen parallel zu einem jeweiligen seitlichen Element der Rahmen- und Flügelstruktur erstrecken, um mindestens die Enden (150) des unteren Profils (15) zu führen,einen Satz seitlicher Abdeckungen (30), die so ausgestaltet sind, dass sie mit der Rahmenstruktur (3) des Dachfensters (2) verbunden werden, undeine Positionierungsvorrichtung (40), um einen mindestens vorübergehenden, lösbaren Eingriff mit den Eingriffsmitteln (33) der jeweiligen seitlichen Abdeckung (30) bereitzustellen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Positionierungsvorrichtung eine Klammer (40) umfasst, die einen Schnappeingriff mit den Eingriffsmitteln (33) der seitlichen Abdeckung (30) bereitstellt, und dass die Positionierungsvorrichtung (40) so ausgestaltet ist, dass sie im montierten Zustand der Abschirmungsanordnung (1) an dem Dachfenster (2) befestigt wird. - Äußere Abschirmungsanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Schnappeingriff einen formschlüssigen Eingriff zwischen der seitlichen Abdeckung (30) und der Klammer (40) oder einen nicht-formschlüssigen, kraftschlüssigen Eingriff bereitstellt.
- Äußere Abschirmungsanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Klammer (40) einen formschlüssigen Eingriff bereitstellt und einen Hakenabschnitt (412) umfasst, der in die Eingriffsmittel (33) der seitlichen Abdeckung (30) eingreift.
- Äußere Abschirmungsanordnung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Eingriffsmittel der seitlichen Abdeckung (30) als ein in der seitlichen Abdeckung (30) ausgebildeter Schlitz (33) ausgebildet ist.
- Äußere Abschirmungsanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Klammer (40) einen aufrechten Schenkel (41) mit einer ersten Seite (411), die so ausgestaltet ist, dass sie zur seitlichen Abdeckung (30) weist, und einer zweiten Seite (413), die so ausgestaltet ist, dass sie im montierten Zustand nach außen weist, und einen Basisschenkel (42) mit Befestigungsmitteln (421) zum Befestigen der Klammer (40) am Dachfenster (2) umfasst, wobei die Befestigungsmittel (421) vorzugsweise eine Aussparung (421) zum Aufnehmen eines separaten Befestigungsmittels, wie zum Beispiel einer Schraube, enthalten.
- Äußere Abschirmungsanordnung nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Klammer (40) mindestens eine seitliche Wand, vorzugsweise zwei seitliche Wände (43, 44), an der Seite des Basisschenkels (42) umfasst, und wobei die seitliche(n) Wand/Wände(43, 44) so ausgestaltet ist/sind, dass ein Zwischenraum (45) zwischen der ersten Seite (411) des aufrechten Schenkels (41) und der seitlichen Wand/den seitlichen Wänden (43, 44) ausgebildet wird, wobei jede seitliche Wand (43, 44) vorzugsweise mit einem Führungsabschnitt (431, 441) bereitgestellt ist.
- Äußere Abschirmungsanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jede seitliche Abdeckung (30) ein oberes Ende (301) und ein unteres Ende (302) und einen aufrechten Flansch (31) aufweist, der sich im Wesentlichen vom oberen Ende (301) zum unteren Ende (302) erstreckt, und wobei das Eingriffsmittel (33) der seitlichen Abdeckung in dem aufrechten Flansch (31) am oder in der Nähe des oberen Endes (301) bereitgestellt ist, wobei die seitliche Abdeckung (30) vorzugsweise einen Basisflansch (32) mit einer Anzahl von Aussparungen (321, 322, 323) umfasst, die so ausgestaltet sind, dass sie zusätzliche Befestigungsmittel aufnehmen.
- Äußere Abschirmungsanordnung nach Anspruch 7 und Anspruch 5, wobei der Schlitz (33), der das Eingriffsmittel der seitlichen Abdeckung (30) ausbildet, in dem aufrechten Flansch (31) bereitgestellt ist.
- Äußere Abschirmungsanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jede seitliche Schiene (21, 22) mit Verschlussmitteln zwischen der seitlichen Schiene (21, 22) und dem Abschirmungskörper (11) und/oder dem unteren Profil (15) bereitgestellt ist.
- Äußere Abschirmungsanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jede seitliche Schiene (21, 22) mit Verschlussmitteln zwischen der seitlichen Schiene (21, 22) und der seitlichen Abdeckung (30) bereitgestellt ist.
- Äußere Abschirmungsanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jede seitliche Schiene (21, 22) mit einem oberen Flansch (222), einem ersten seitlichen Flansch (223) und einem unteren Flansch (224) bereitgestellt ist, um eine Spur (221) mit einer Spuröffnung (2211) zu definieren, die so ausgestaltet ist, dass sie mindestens das untere Profil (15) und gegebenenfalls eine seitliche Kante des Abschirmungskörpers (11) aufnimmt, wobei jede seitliche Schiene (21, 22) außerdem vorzugsweise mit einer Beschlagsspur (225) für einen Beschlag (6) bereitgestellt ist, der die seitliche Schiene (21, 22) mit der Flügelstruktur (4) verbindet, wobei die Beschlagsspur (225) vorzugsweise in Verbindung mit dem unteren Flansch (224) bereitgestellt ist.
- Äußere Abschirmungsanordnung nach Anspruch 11, wobei jede seitliche Schiene (21, 22) mit einem absteigenden zweiten seitlichen Flanschabschnitt (226) und einem aufsteigenden zweiten seitlichen Flanschabschnitt (227) in einem Abstand von dem ersten seitlichen Flansch (223) bereitgestellt ist, wobei der absteigende zweite seitliche Flanschabschnitt (226) und der aufsteigende zweite seitliche Flanschabschnitt (227) auf beiden Seiten der Spuröffnung (2211) bereitgestellt sind.
- Äußere Abschirmungsanordnung nach Anspruch 12, wobei ein oberer Flanschausschnitt (2260) neben dem absteigenden zweiten seitlichen Flanschabschnitt (226) bereitgestellt ist und ein unterer Flanschausschnitt (2270) neben dem aufsteigenden zweiten seitlichen Flanschabschnitt (227) bereitgestellt ist.
- Äußere Abschirmungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, wobei die Verschlussmittel eine Vielzahl von Spuren (2261, 2262, 2271, 2281) umfassen, die zur Aufnahme einer Dichtung ausgestaltet sind.
- Äußere Abschirmungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14, wobei die Verschlussmittel eine Nut (229) umfassen, die zum Aufnehmen der seitlichen Abdeckung (30) ausgestaltet ist, wobei die Nut (229) vorzugsweise mit mindestens einer Dichtung bereitgestellt ist.
- Äußere Abschirmungsanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Abschirmungsanordnung weiterhin umfasst:eine Aufwickelvorrichtung, die mindestens eine Aufwickelspule (16) in Verbindung mit der Walzenwelle (14) umfasst,ein Schnursystem, das mindestens eine Führungsschnur (12) enthält, die ein erstes Ende in Verbindung mit der Aufwickelvorrichtung und ein zweites Ende in Verbindung mit dem unteren Profil (15) aufweist,mindestens eine Umlenkkomponente (10) für die mindestens eine Führungsschnur (12), die an oder in der Nähe eines freien Endes von mindestens einer der seitlichen Schienen (21, 22) positioniert ist, so dass die jeweilige Führungsschnur (12) von der Aufwickelvorrichtung um die dazugehörige Umlenkkomponente (10) herum und bis zum unteren Profil (15) geführt wird, undeine Spannvorrichtung (13), die in dem unteren Profil (15) untergebracht ist und mindestens eine Federvorrichtung (131) zum Spannen der mindestens einen Führungsschnur (12) mit einer Federvorspannung umfasst.
- Äußere Abschirmungsanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das obere Gehäuse (23) so ausgestaltet ist, dass es drehbar mit dem Dachfenster (2) verbunden oder daran angebracht ist und sich im Wesentlichen parallel zu dem oberen Element des Rahmens (3a) erstreckt, und wobei jede seitliche Schiene (21, 22) an einem ersten Ende an dem oberen Gehäuse (23) angebracht oder damit drehbar verbunden ist und an einem zweiten Ende mittels eines Beschlags (6) verschiebbar und drehbar mit der Flügelstruktur (4) verbunden ist.
