Claims (15)
- Legierung, mit einer Zusammensetzung, die nach Gewicht, bezogen auf das Gewicht der Legierung, besteht aus: :- 75 % bis 77,5 % Gold,- 10 % bis 24,0 % Kupfer,- 0 1 % bis 10,0 % Silber,- 0,1 % bis 1,1 % Palladium,- 0 1 % bis 2,0 % Zinn,- 2 % oder weniger Titan,- 0,2 % oder weniger mindestens eines Elementes ausgewählt aus Ruthenium, Rhenium, Eisen, Iridium, Kobalt, Vanadium, Molybdän und ihren Mischungen; sowie- aus eventuellen Verunreinigungen.
- Legierung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwischen 75 % und 75,5 % Gold enthält.
- Legierung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwischen 15 % und 22 % Kupfer enthält.
- Legierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwischen 1 % und 4 % Silber enthält.
- Legierung nach Anspruch 1 bis 4 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwischen 0,3 % und 0,8 % Palladium enthält.
- Legierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwischen 0,5 % und 1,5 % Zinn enthält.
- Legierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwischen 0,05 % und 2 % Titan enthält.
- Legierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Legierung aus Gold, Kupfer, Silber, Palladium und Zinn besteht.
- Legierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Legierung aus Gold, Kupfer, Silber, Palladium, Zinn und Titan besteht.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung der Legierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, das mindestens die folgenden Schritte enthält:a) Herstellung einer Mischung nach Gewicht, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Metalle, bestehend aus::- zwischen 75 % und 77,5 % Gold,- zwischen 10 % und 24,0 % Kupfer,- zwischen 0,1 % und 10,0 % Silber,- zwischen 0,1 % und 1,1 % Palladium,- zwischen 0,1 % und 2,0 % Zinn- 2 % oder weniger Titan,- 0,2 % oder weniger mindestens eines Elementes ausgewählt aus Ruthenium, Rhenium, Eisen, Iridium, Kobalt, Vanadium, Molybdän und ihren Mischungen, sowie,- eventuelle Verunreinigungen,b) diese Mischung wird legiert,c) die in Schritt b) gelöste Mischung wird gekühlt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Schritt b) bei einer Temperatur zwischen 750 °C und 1500°C, vorteilhafterweise zwischen 1050 °C 20 und 1300 °C. durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mischung aus Schritt a) zwischen 0,05 % und 2 % Titan, nach Gewicht, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Metalle enthält.
- Verfahren gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Schritt c) darin besteht eine thermische Härtung mit Luft oder mit Wasser durchzuführen.
- Einsatz der Legierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, auf dem Gebiet der Uhrenbaus oder der Schmuckherstellung.
- Uhren oder Schmuck, die die Legierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 enthalten.
