Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a sanitary arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1, and a method according to claim 15 or 16.
  • sealing foils are known for connecting water-bearing built-in components, such as, for example, shower surfaces, shower trays, floor drains, wall drains and the like.
  • the sealing foils are tightly connected with respect to water with the component and are connected in the installed position with the component.
  • sealing films are fixed on site at the construction site by the installer to a built-in part. Especially for non-experienced installers, it may happen that the sealing films are fixed poorly, which then leads to problems with the tightness.
  • the orientation of the sealing film in the installed position depends essentially on the structural conditions. Typical orientations are in the vertical and the horizontal.
  • sealing film In the corner region of a water-conducting component, the sealing film is typically folded on site for installation.
  • document EP2604160A1 shows a soclhes sealing tape, which is considered as the closest prior art. The folding is usually problematic because several layers of sealing must be connected to each other, for example with mortar or a coat of paint with the building.
  • the invention is in particular an object to provide a sanitary arrangement, which overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art.
  • a particularly preferred object is to provide a sanitary arrangement which is easier and safer to install under the proviso of a flexible insert on various configurations to be sealed.
  • a particularly preferred object is to provide a shower surface with a sealing corner, which is easier to assemble under the proviso of a flexible insert to various configurations to be sealed.
  • a sanitary arrangement comprises a built-in part with an upper side, a lower side, at least one side surface connecting the upper side and the lower side and at least one corner, and a sealing arrangement comprising a sealing film with at least one sealing corner and at least a band part.
  • the sealing corner comprises a base part with at least two folding edges running at an angle to each other and intersecting at a corner point, a folding part, and at least two side parts which are connected to one another via the folding part and which are connected to the base part via the folded edges.
  • one of the side parts and the base part closes in each case one of the side parts and the base part and has in fold position also a folding edge, which forms the extension of the folding edge between side part and base part.
  • the sealing assembly is factory-tight over the base part of the sealing corner and over the band part or parts of the band part at the bottom of the insert with respect to water tightly secured.
  • a “factory attachment” is meant that the sealing assembly is attached during the manufacture of the sanitary arrangement on the mounting part.
  • the sealing arrangement can be secured more securely and, above all, in a controlled environment to the mounting part.
  • eliminating the connection of the sealing assembly with the fixture on the site which also contributes to safety.
  • Next goes at the factory pre-assembly the advantage that bring the installer by simple manipulation, the sealing corner or the sealing assembly in the desired position can.
  • the band part Seen in the direction of the fold edge of the sealing corner, the band part forms an extension of the side part and of the base part.
  • the band part has transverse to the fold substantially the same extent as the side part and the base part.
  • the band part thus also comprises a side part and a base part, which are connected to one another via a folding edge.
  • the cross section of the band part is preferably the same as the cross section of the sealing corner through the side part and the base part.
  • the underside of the built-in component When viewed in the installed position, the underside of the built-in component preferably extends in the horizontal direction. This means that the base parts of the sealing corner or of the band part are also horizontal. The side parts then extend in the folded position substantially in the vertical and in the Auffaltlage preferably in the horizontal.
  • the sealing assembly is folded over in a factory pre-folded mounting position against the surfaces of the mounting part.
  • the refolding is such that the sealing arrangement is substantially completely applied to the mounting part.
  • the parts of the sealing arrangement protruding beyond the upper side of the installation part are folded against the upper side in a factory-prefolded mounting position.
  • the sealing arrangement is packed in a plastic film and / or a cardboard box, wherein plastic film and / or cardboard box hold the sealing film in the mounting position.
  • the sealing arrangement is held in the mounting position via an optional connecting element.
  • the sealing film can be fixed after the refolding in the mounting position with adhesive tape.
  • the corresponding parts of the sealing arrangement are then unfolded into a folded position or unfolded position.
  • the folding part and the Side parts are in installation position of the mounting part on the top out.
  • the folding part and the side parts in the installation position extend from the installation part substantially parallel to the underside and beyond the side edge.
  • the sealing arrangement can be adapted depending on the prevailing conditions. For example, for a combined arrangement in a corner, in which case the sealing arrangement for the wall connection and the bottom connection is unfolded. The sealing arrangement is then in the folded position and unfolded position.
  • the sealing arrangement is further connected with areas of the side part and the hinge part with the side surface with the built-in part with respect to water tightly connected.
  • the sealing arrangement is connected exclusively to the base part and parts of the hinge part with the underside of the built-in part in connection.
  • the sealing corner is preferably exclusively connected to the sanitary installation part via the base section.

  • This cohesive connection also has sealing properties and preferably extends in the region of the underside completely over the surface of the sealing arrangement facing towards the underside.
  • the band part is integrally formed on the sealing corner. It is therefore an integrally formed and integrally formed structure.
  • the band member is tightly connected to the sealing corner with respect to water and is preferably of the same material. The tight connection is preferably achieved via a cohesive connection, such as an adhesive connection or a welded connection.
  • the sealing arrangement forms the shape of a polygonal, in particular a square, sealing frame.
  • the built-in part forms the shape of a polygonal, in particular square plate, wherein in each frame corner a sealing corner is arranged and the sealing corners are each connected to each other via a band member.

  • the sealing corner is provided as a corner design and can thus be installed directly in a wall corner or the sealing corner can be unfolded for a flat version or a base joint or a wall joint in the Auffaltlage. This significantly facilitates the work of the installer, because he no longer has to fold the sealing corner from a flat sealing foil on site, but - if necessary - can unfold from a sealing corner.
  • the sealing corner can be folded more accurately.
  • Another advantage that arises from the prefolded sealing corner is that the installer does not have to be provided with different parts for different installation situations, but that he can provide these starting from the sealing corner by separating and / or removing the securing element and subsequent unfolding itself.
