Description

Dadurch wird auch das, über das Halteelement 10 mit dem Gewindebolzen verbundene Kämmelement mit seiner Grundfläche F1 gegen die Umfangsfläche U des Grundkörpers 5 im Bereich der Stützrippen S1, S2 gedrückt, bzw. verspannt. Ein überziehen der jeweiligen Gewindebolzen ist somit ausgeschlossen, da dieser mit seinem Absatz 15 zu einem Endanschlag an der Fläche 17 des Halteelementes kommt. D.h., das Kämmelement wird ausschliesslich über die resultierende Federkraft des Federelementes 30 (31) gegen den Aussenumfang U des Grundkörpers verspannt und in dieser Lage fixiert. Durch die vorgegebenen geometrischen Verhältnisse der Gewindebolzen und des Halteelementes wird eine gleichmässige und konstante Anpresskraft an allen Befestigungsstellen gewährleistet. Das Anzugsmoment der Gewindebolzen hat keinen Einfluss mehr auf die Anpresskraft, mit welcher das jeweilige Kämmelement gegen die Umfangsfläche U des Grundkörpers 5 verspannt, bzw. gedrückt wird.When the first end section E1 is screwed into the holding

Claims (8)
- A circular comb (1) of a combing machine, comprising a base body (5) which is situated in parallel to its rotation axis (D) and which has at least one comb element (K1-K4) resting on its outer circumference (U), and at least one retaining element (10, 40) which is connected to the comb element and which has at least one threaded bore (18) into which in each case a first end section (E1) of a threaded bolt (6) provided with a thread protrudes, the threaded bolt having a middle section (14) which protrudes through a radially oriented opening (12) in the base body (5), and the threaded bolt (6) being provided with a second end section (E2) with which it is supported on an inner support surface (26) of the base body (5) in the area of the particular opening (12), the cross-sectional area of the second end section (E2) extending, at least partially, beyond the cross-sectional area of the particular opening (12), characterized in that the diameter (d1) of the first end section (E1) of the particular threaded bolt (6) is smaller than the diameter (d) of the middle section (14), and a spring element (30, 31) is provided between the inner support surface (26) of the base body (5) and the second end section (E2) of the threaded bolt (6).
- The circular comb according to Claim 1, characterized in that the spring element (30, 31) is tensioned in the installed position of the particular comb element (K1-K4), and the end (16) of the middle section (14) of the threaded bolt (6) opposite from the first end section (E1) rests on the retaining element (10, 40) in the area of the threaded bore (18).
- The circular comb according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the particular retaining element (10, 40) is detachably connected to the comb element (K1-K4).
- The circular comb according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the base body (5) has radially outwardly directed recesses (V1, V2) into which the particular retaining element (10, 40) protrudes.
- The circular comb according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the base body (5), viewed in the circumferential direction of the circular comb, is provided with support ribs (S1, S2), situated at a distance from one another, on which the end areas of the particular comb elements (K1-K4) rest, the support ribs (S1, S2) extending in parallel to the rotation axis (D) of the circular comb (1).
- The circular comb according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the spring elements are coil springs (30).
- The circular comb according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the spring elements are wave springs (31).
- A combing machine having at least one circular comb (1) according to one of the preceding claims.
