Claims (8)
- Procédé pour assurer la mise en forme et le remplissage de sachets en film à bec verseur (2), qui sont amenés, au moyen d'une roue de transfert (3) comportant des buses de soufflage (9), à un remplisseur agencé en aval de la roue de transfert (3), procédé d'après lequel une buse de soufflage (9) est respectivement appliquée sur le bord supérieur de bec verseur (11) du bec verseur (8) d'un sachet en film à bec verseur (2), et une impulsion de pression définie pour la mise en forme du sachet en film à bec verseur (2) est ensuite introduite au moyen de la buse de soufflage (9) à travers le bec verseur (8), à l'intérieur du sachet en film à bec verseur (2),
d'après lequel une intensité de l'impulsion de pression définie est calculée sur la base d'indications de type des sachets en film à bec verseur (2), l'intensité englobant une indication de temps pour une durée d'introduction de l'impulsion de pression et une indication de quantité pour un fluide à introduire,
d'après lequel le calcul de l'intensité est effectué au moyen d'une unité de traitement de données et de commande et une saisie et/ou une lecture des indications de type est effectuée à partir d'une mémoire de données, et
d'après lequel après la mise en forme du sachet en film à bec verseur (2), le sachet en film à bec verseur (2) mis en forme est amené, au moyen de la roue de transfert (3), au remplisseur en aval, et un remplissage du sachet en film à bec verseur (2) mis en forme est effectué dans le remplisseur. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, d'après lequel les indications de type des sachets en film à bec verseur (2) comprennent le volume de remplissage, le format du sachet en film et/ou le matériau constitutif du film.

- Installation pour la mise en forme et le remplissage de sachets en film à bec verseur (2) et pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 4, comprenant une roue de transfert (3) avec plusieurs postes d'accueil (4) et avec des buses de soufflage (9), qui sont associées aux postes d'accueil (4) et qui peuvent être appliquées sur les bords supérieurs de bec verseur (11) des becs verseurs (8), pour l'introduction d'une impulsion de pression définie, l'installation comprenant également un remplisseur agencé en aval de la roue de transfert (3) pour le remplissage des sachets en film à bec verseur (2) ayant été mis en forme, l'installation (1) comprenant par ailleurs une unité de traitement de données et de commande, qui est configurée pour calculer une intensité de l'impulsion de pression se basant sur des indications de type des sachets en film à bec verseur (2), l'intensité englobant une indication de temps pour une durée d'introduction de l'impulsion de pression et une indication de quantité pour un fluide à introduire.
- L'installation selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle les indications de type des sachets en film à bec verseur (2) comprennent le volume de remplissage, le format du sachet en film et/ou le matériau constitutif du film.
- Installation selon la revendication 5 ou la revendication 6, dans laquelle l'unité de traitement de données et de commande est par ailleurs configurée pour commander les buses de soufflage (9), ce qui produit l'introduction de l'impulsion de pression définie, avec l'intensité calculée, dans l'intérieur du sachet en film à bec verseur (2).
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, dans laquelle une extrémité des buses de soufflage (9) est respectivement configurée de manière à pouvoir être appliquée sur le bord supérieur de bec verseur (11) du bec verseur (8) d'un sachet en film à bec verseur (2), et de façon à pouvoir introduire l'impulsion de pression définie à travers ladite une extrémité et à travers le bec verseur (8), à l'intérieur du sachet en film à bec verseur (2).
