  1. A device (1) for closing an opening (O) in the masonry (M) of a building, said device (1):
    - comprising a shutter (2) and motorized drive means (5) for rotating the shutter (2) about an axis (4), these motorized drive means (5) comprising:
    - a motor (6) comprised by the shutter (2);
    - meshing means (7), comprised by the shutter (2) and which are driven by said motor (6);
    - complementary meshing means (8), which engage with the meshing means (7) of the shutter (2), and which are designed to be fixedly secured to the masonry (M);
    - characterized in that:
    - the shutter (2) comprises a recess (20), whereas the motor (6) is at least partly housed inside this recess (20);
    - the meshing means (7) are constituted by a toothed wheel (71) whereas the complementary meshing means (8) are constituted by a toothed or notched circular sector (81), which engages directly with the toothed wheel (71) constituting the meshing means (7), and which are comprised by an outer edge (100) that is comprised by at least one disc portion (10) intended to be fixedly secured to the masonry (M);
    - it comprises, on the one hand, means (3) for mounting the shutter (2) on the masonry (M) of the building, in rotation about said axis of rotation (4) of the shutter (1), these mounting means (3) comprising a hinge pin (30) and, on the other hand, securing means for fixedly securing the complementary meshing means (8) to the masonry (M), said securing means comprising means for attaching the complementary meshing means (8) to said hinge pin (30).
  2. The closure device (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the shutter (2) comprises a frame (21) consisting of an assembly of profiles (23), at least one of which is tubular and has a recess (20), and in that the motor (6) is at least partly housed inside this recess (20).
  3. The closure device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that the motor (6) comprises, on the one hand, a rotor which is rotatable about an axis (9) and, on the other hand, drive means for rotating the toothed wheel (71) about the axis (9) of rotation of the rotor of the motor (6).
  4. The closure device (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 2,
    characterized in that the motor (6) comprises drive means for rotating the toothed wheel (71) about an axis (9) parallel to the axis of rotation (4) of the shutter (2).
  5. The closure device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that the toothed or notched circular sector (81) has a center (83) through which the axis of rotation (4) of the shutter (2) passes.
  6. The closure device (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
    characterized in that said at least one disc portion (10) has a center (101) through which the axis of rotation (4) of the shutter (2) passes.
  7. The closure device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that the securing means consist of at least one masonry (M) sealing member.
  8. The closure device (1) according to claim 7, characterized in that said at least one disc portion (10) comprises or is completed by said at least one sealing member.
  9. The closure device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that the means for securing the complementary meshing means (8) to said hinge pin (30) are constituted by means for securing said at least one disc portion (10) to said hinge pin (30).
  10. The closure device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that the shutter (2) comprises means for supplying the motor (6) with electrical power.
  11. The closure device (1) according to claim 10, characterized in that the electrical power supply means comprise, on the one hand, a battery connected to said motor (6) and housed inside a recess comprised by the shutter and, on the other hand, a photovoltaic panel connected to this battery and, depending on the circumstances, attached to the shutter (2) or integrated into said shutter (2).
