Thereby, the lock will act as a normal non-automated lock.
- the lock according to the present invention also operates in such a manner as not to operate motor 20 and the automatic locking means connected to motor 20 if the door which houses the lock is closed with a force such as to guide said closure lever 11 directly to the second operating position, corresponding to the second click, thus operating a complete manual closure.

- the locks mounted on the door are preferably made independent so that each lock performs its closure cycle independently from the others. If the force applied by the user on the door being closed is such as to directly close one lock and not the others, the latter will complete its automatic closure cycle independently from the others.

Claims (9)
- Serrure de sûreté automatique pour portes, comprenant :- un support (10) pourvu de moyens appropriés pour s'arrimer à la porte ;- une gâche (12) pourvue de moyens appropriés pour s'arrimer au cadre de ladite porte ;- au moins une poignée ;- un premier levier de fermeture (11) comprenant des moyens pour la mise en prise avec ladite gâche (12) et adapté pour tourner autour d'une première cheville (13) qui est solidaire dudit support (10) et dont l'axe est parallèle à la surface de ladite porte ;- des moyens de verrouillage automatique associés audit premier levier de fermeture (11) et adaptés pour placer ledit premier levier de fermeture (11) en rotation et le maintenir fixe en position ;- des moyens d'entraînement associés auxdits moyens de verrouillage automatique ;- des moyens de libération associés auxdits moyens de verrouillage automatique et à ladite au moins une poignée,dans laquelle lesdits moyens de verrouillage automatique comprennent :- un levier de couplage (16) comprenant une extrémité adaptée pour traîner sur le profil dudit premier levier de fermeture (11) et adaptée pour tourner autour d'une deuxième cheville (17) qui est solidaire dudit support (10) et dont l'axe est parallèle à la surface de ladite porte ;- un levier de contrôle de fermeture (18) qui est solidaire d'une troisième cheville (19) dont l'axe est parallèle à la surface de ladite porte, ledit levier de contrôle de fermeture (18) étant adapté pour tourner sur ledit support (10) et comprenant en outre une extrémité adaptée pour se mettre en prise avec la cheville (29) d'un second levier de fermeture (30) qui est solidaire dudit premier levier de fermeture (11), de façon à placer ledit premier levier de fermeture (11) en rotation autour de ladite première cheville (13) et permettre la mise en prise dudit premier levier de fermeture (11) avec ladite gâche (12) jusqu'à la fermeture complète de la serrure ;lesdits moyens d'entraînement associés auxdits moyens de verrouillage automatique comprenant un moteur électrique (20) arrimé audit support (10) et dont l'arbre est sensiblement parallèle à la surface de ladite porte et raccordé rigidement à un pignon (21), ledit moteur électrique (20) étant pourvu de moyens d'alimentation électrique et d'entraînement appropriés ;
caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'entraînement associés auxdits moyens de verrouillage automatique comprennent en outre :- un secteur denté (22) qui est solidaire dudit levier de contrôle de fermeture (18) et est adapté pour se mettre en prise avec le pignon (21) dudit moteur électrique (20) ;- des moyens pour translater ledit secteur denté (22) dans une direction parallèle à l'arbre dudit moteur électrique (20) et adaptés pour mettre en prise et mettre hors prise ledit secteur denté (22) par rapport audit pignon (21)- un levier intermédiaire (25) adapté pour tourner autour d'une quatrième cheville (27) qui est solidaire dudit support (10) et dont l'axe est perpendiculaire à la surface de ladite porte, ledit levier intermédiaire (25) ayant une extrémité adaptée pour actionner ledit levier de couplage (16) ;- un levier de libération (28) adapté pour tourner autour d'une quatrième cheville (27) qui est solidaire dudit support (10) et dont l'axe est perpendiculaire à la surface de ladite porte et à une extrémité raccordée à un câble (26) quant à lui raccordé à et pouvant être actionné par ladite au moins une poignée, ledit levier de libération (28) ayant en outre une extrémité adaptée pour translater le secteur denté (22) pour mettre hors prise ledit secteur denté (22) par rapport au pignon (21) et une longueur (34) adaptée pour contrôler le levier intermédiaire (25) lorsque ledit câble (26) est actionné ;- un ressort de tension (31) raccordé entre ledit levier de contrôle de fermeture (18) et ledit support (10) et adapté pour amener ledit levier de fermeture (18) en position initiale si l'actionnement dudit moteur (20) est bloqué. - Serrure de sûreté automatique selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que la gâche (12) comprend une extrémité cylindrique (14) et lesdits moyens de mise en prise dudit levier de fermeture (11) avec ladite gâche (12) comprennent un logement allongé (15) comprenant quant à lui une ouverture, un profil incurvé et une extrémité adaptée pour accueillir l'extrémité cylindrique (14) de ladite gâche (12).
- Serrure de sûreté automatique selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite extrémité cylindrique (14) est revêtue d'un matériau plastique ou métallique.
- Serrure de sûreté automatique selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'entraînement associés auxdits moyens de verrouillage automatique comprennent en outre :- un microcontrôleur adapté pour actionner ledit moteur électrique (20), dans un premier intervalle de temps correspondant à l'étape de fermeture de ladite porte, avec un premier sens de rotation de sorte à permettre la mise en prise dudit premier levier de fermeture (11) avec ladite gâche (12) jusqu'à la fermeture complète de la porte, et, dans un second intervalle de temps correspondant à l'étape d'ouverture de ladite porte, avec un second sens de rotation adapté pour ramener ledit levier de contrôle de fermeture (18) dans la position initiale ;- un premier commutateur électrique (23) adapté pour contrôler l'actionnement et le sens de rotation dudit moteur électrique (20) au moyen dudit microcontrôleur ;- un second commutateur électrique (24) adapté pour désactiver l'actionnement dudit moteur électrique (20) au moyen dudit microcontrôleur.
- Serrure de sûreté automatique selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que ledit levier de fermeture (11) comprend une piste surélevée (32) adaptée pour interférer avec ledit premier commutateur (23) de façon à fermer ledit premier commutateur (23) au premier clic de la serrure, et à ouvrir ledit premier commutateur (23) au second clic de la serrure.
- Serrure de sûreté automatique selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 4 et 5, caractérisée en ce que ledit secteur denté (22) comprend une queue de pêne (33) adaptée pour interférer avec ledit second commutateur (24) lorsque ledit levier (18), ladite cheville (19) et ledit secteur denté (22) sont dans la position initiale correspondant à la serrure ouverte.
- Serrure de sûreté automatique selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est faite d'un matériau métallique ou d'un matériau plastique.
- Porte comprenant au moins une serrure de sûreté automatique selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7.
- Porte selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une pluralité de serrures de sûreté automatique selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7, lesdites serrures étant mutuellement indépendantes et adaptées pour réaliser leur propre cycle de fermeture indépendamment des autres.
