- Système (10) selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le terminal mobile de télécommunication (40) est configuré de telle manière que le terminal mobile de télécommunication (40) comporte une interface de téléphonie mobile (46), dans lequel, en utilisant l'interface de téléphonie mobile (46) et une liaison de données (101), mise à disposition par le biais d'un réseau de télécommunication (100), du terminal mobile de télécommunication (40) avec un dispositif de serveur (102), un complément de l'information d'identification de véhicule (22) présente dans le terminal mobile de télécommunication (40) et de l'information concernant l'état du véhicule (23) est effectué, en particulier en ce qui concerne les mesures pour la maintenance et/ou réparation du véhicule (20).
- Système (10) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le terminal mobile de télécommunication (40) est configuré de telle manière que le complément de l'information d'identification de véhicule (22) présente dans le terminal mobile de télécommunication (40) et de l'information concernant l'état du véhicule (23) est effectué par l'appel d'au moins une information de prix auprès du dispositif de serveur (102).
- Procédé d'assistance à la maintenance et/ou à la réparation de véhicules, dans lequel un véhicule (20) comporte une interface de diagnostic (21), une information d'identification de véhicule (22) étant associée au véhicule (20), l'information d'identification de véhicule (22) étant appliquée sur le véhicule (20) de telle manière que l'information d'identification de véhicule (22) peut être détectée de manière optique,
dans lequel un module de communication (30) comportant une interface sans fil (35) est relié à l'interface de diagnostic (21) et dans lequel l'interface de diagnostic (21) comporte une interface sans fil (35),
dans lequel un terminal mobile de télécommunication (40) programmable doté d'une autre interface sans fil (45) est associé en outre au système (10),
dans lequel le terminal mobile de télécommunication (40) traite une information concernant l'état du véhicule (23) et pouvant être appelée par le biais de l'interface de diagnostic (21),
dans lequel le terminal mobile de télécommunication (40) comporte un dispositif de caméra (41), l'interface de diagnostic (21), l'interface sans fil (35) et l'autre interface sans fil (45) transmettent l'au moins une information concernant l'état du véhicule (23) au terminal mobile de télécommunication (40),
dans lequel au moyen du dispositif de caméra (41) du terminal mobile de télécommunication (40), l'information d'identification de véhicule (22) est acquise, au moins une mesure pour la maintenance et/ou réparation du véhicule (20) étant définie au moyen d'une part de l'information concernant l'état du véhicule (23) et d'autre part de l'information d'identification de véhicule (22), caractérisé en ce que,- dans le cas d'une transmission de l'information concernant l'état du véhicule (23) au terminal mobile de télécommunication (40) pendant un intervalle de temps prédéfini, l'information d'identification de véhicule (22) est acquise au moyen du dispositif de caméra (41) du terminal mobile de télécommunication (40), ou en ce que- dans le cas d'une acquisition de l'information d'identification de véhicule (22) au moyen du dispositif de caméra (41) du terminal mobile de télécommunication (40) pendant un intervalle de temps prédéfini, la transmission de l'information concernant l'état du véhicule (23) au terminal mobile de télécommunication (40) est lancée. - Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que l'information concernant l'état du véhicule (23) concerne l'état de maintenance et/ou l'état de réparation du véhicule (20) et comprend en particulier au moins un code d'erreur ou un enregistrement de données de code d'erreur.
- Procédé selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que l'information d'identification de véhicule (22) est accessible de manière détectable de l'extérieur du véhicule et peut être détectée de manière optique- sous la forme d'un marquage alphanumérique du véhicule (20) et/ou- sous la forme d'une information de code unidimensionnelle ou multidimensionnelle appliquée sur le véhicule (20),l'information d'identification de véhicule (22) acquise au moyen du dispositif de caméra (41) étant identifiée par l'unité de commande (42) du terminal mobile de télécommunication (40) au moyen d'un procédé de reconnaissance optique de caractères (OCR, optical character recognition) et/ou au moyen d'un procédé de reconnaissance de code.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le terminal mobile de télécommunication (40) comporte une interface de téléphonie mobile (46), dans lequel, en utilisant l'interface de téléphonie mobile (46) et une liaison de données (101), mise à disposition par le biais d'un réseau de télécommunication (100), du terminal mobile de télécommunication (40) avec un dispositif de serveur (102), un complément de l'information d'identification de véhicule (22) présente dans le terminal mobile de télécommunication (40) et de l'information concernant l'état du véhicule (23) est effectué, en particulier en ce qui concerne les mesures pour la maintenance et/ou réparation du véhicule (20).
- Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le complément de l'information d'identification de véhicule (22) présente dans le terminal mobile de télécommunication (40) et de l'information concernant l'état du véhicule (23) est effectué par l'appel d'au moins une information de prix auprès du dispositif de serveur (102).
- Programme informatique comprenant des moyens de code de programme, à l'aide desquels toutes les étapes d'un procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 à 15 peuvent être effectuées quand le programme informatique est exécuté sur un dispositif programmable ou sur un terminal mobile de télécommunication (40) programmable.
- Produit de programme informatique comprenant un support lisible par ordinateur et un programme informatique enregistré sur le support lisible par ordinateur comprenant des moyens de code de programme, qui sont adaptés pour que toutes les étapes d'un procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 à 15 puissent être effectuées quand le programme informatique est exécuté sur un dispositif programmable ou un terminal mobile de télécommunication (40) programmable.
