Claims (12)
- Propeller (1) eines Impulsluftstomgenerators, insbesondere für tragbare autonome Gebläse des Typs, der aus zwei Seite an Seite koaxial miteinander zusammengesetzten Teilen besteht, und zwar:- ein erstes einstückig ausgebildetes vorderes Bauteil (2) mit einer Vielzahl von verdrehten Schaufeln (3), die an einem zentralen Ring angebracht ist,- und eine zweites hinteres einstückig ausgebildetes, hauptsächlich konisch geformtes Bauteil (5),der zentrale Abschnitt (6) dieser Anordnung ist mit einer konischen Form ausgebildet und umfasst den hinteren Abschnitt eines Lufteintrittskonus, wobei der Propeller dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die ersten und zweiten vorderen und hinteren Bauteile mittels einer Klemmvorrichtung (10) verbunden sind, bestehend aus einer Nabe, bestehend aus zwei Teilen (11, 12), die koaxial zusammengesetzt sind und zwischen denen die genannten zwei Bauteile (2, 5) eingeklemmt sind, die den Propeller (1) bilden, wobei die Nabe mit letzterem kraftschlüssig verbunden ist und die Aufrechterhaltung der Montageposition der genannten vorderen und hinteren Bauteile gewährleistet.
- Propeller nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorderteil (12) der Spannvorrichtung (10) eine konische Form besitzt und den oberen Teil des Lufteinlasskonus (6-12a) bildet.
- Propeller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Teile (11, 12), welche die Klemmvorrichtung (10) oder der Nabe
- Propeller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelung der beiden Teile (11, 12) der Nabe (10) in der Verriegelungsstellung durch eine erzwungene Verschachtelung des hinteren Teils (11) der besagten Nabe mit dem Vorderteil (12) davon erhalten wird.
- Propeller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nabe (10) eine axiale Bohrung (15) aufweist, in der das Ende (16a) der Welle (16) eines Antriebsmotors aufgenommen ist, wobei das Ende der Welle mit dem Vorderteil (12) der Nabe (10) durch Zwangseingriff kraftschlüssig verbunden ist.
- Propeller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorderen und hinteren Bauteile (2, 5) durch Einpassung verbunden sind.
- Propeller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verdrehten Schaufeln (3) an dem zentralen Ring (4) mittels beabstandeter Schaufelfüssen (3a) befestigt sind und dass das hinter Bauteil (5) eine Vielzahl von zueinander beabstandeter Zähnen oder Klauen (5a) aufweist, die in die Intervalle (7) zwischen den genannten Füße der Schaufeln eingreifen.
- Propeller nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klauen (5a) des hinteren Bauteils (5) eine Kante besitzen, die quer zu einer Mantellinie des Lufteintrittskonus oder schräg zu dieser orientiert ist sowie eine gegenüberliegende gekrümmte Kante, deren Gestaltung der Oberfläche der Schaufelfüße, mit denen die gekrümmte Kante in Kontakt ist, entspricht.
- Propeller nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Füße der Schaufeln (3a), an denen die Basis der Schaufeln (3) verbunden ist, eine seitlich vorstehende Oberfläche auf der einen Seite der Basis aufweisen, wobei die Außenfläche (8) des vorstehenden Abschnitts der Füße der Schaufeln (3a) und die Außenfläche (9) der Zähne oder Klauen (5a) bilden Oberflächenabschnitte der Oberfläche des Lufteintrittskonus (6).
- Propeller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorderen und hinteren Bauteile (2, 5) durch Gießformen erhalten wurden.
- Propeller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorderen und hinteren Bauteile (2, 5) aus festem Kunststoffmaterial oder Leichtmetall ausgebildet sind.
- Tragbares Gebläse mit einem Axiallüfter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Propeller des Axiallüfters gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 ausgebildet ist.
