Definitions
- the invention relates to a tubular bag packaging of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1, a food product with such a tubular bag packaging and a method for producing the tubular bag packaging.
- tubular bag packaging are used, which are formed from a film having longitudinal edges extending in the longitudinal direction.
- the film has a seal portion extending along its first longitudinal edge and a tab portion adjacent to its second longitudinal edge with another seal portion extending along the second longitudinal edge, the film at the seal portions forming a longitudinal, continuous and seamed seam is closed in a tubular manner around the block-shaped food.
- the transfer seam, including the tab portion and the seal portions, is folded along a fold line and laid flat on the back portion of the package.
- the tubular bag package is sealed at its transverse longitudinal edges in the longitudinal direction by transverse seams running in the transverse direction.
- the rear seam which is designed as a transfer seam, not only serves to form the tubular shape but is also provided by the user in the case of a corresponding configuration for the purposeful opening of the packaging.
- the aim is the tubular bag packaging to open at the back seam in a manner without tearing the film material uncontrollably. Remaining residual amounts of the contents of the package can thereby remain in the opened, open tubular bag packaging and stored.
- the invention has the object of developing a generic tubular bag packaging such that a targeted opening is simplified.
- the invention is also based on the object of specifying a food product with a tubular bag packaging, which is easier to handle for the user when opening.
- the invention is still based on the object of specifying a method for producing said tubular bag packaging such that the tubular bag packaging produced with controlled crack propagation is easier to tear.
- the back seam has an end edge adjacent to the transverse seam, and wherein one of the tab portions is provided in the region of the end edge with at least one line-shaped parting incision as Einr formulate kau.
- the separating incision starts from the front edge and runs at least approximately parallel to the longitudinal direction of the tubular bag packaging or the film web intended for its formation.
- the at least one separating cut is accordingly located on only one of the two tab sections, while the opposite tab section does not have such a separating cut. If the user wants to rupture the tubular bag packaging at the back seam, the film tears only at one provided with the separation cut tab portion, while the opposite tab portion does not tear. The generated tear continues only in this one tab section, while the other tab section remains undamaged. The result is a controlled cracking, remain in the essential sections of the tubular bag packaging undamaged.
- the opened tubular bag packaging can be used to store residual quantities of the packaging contents.
- each separating incision is provided on two opposite end edges.
- several and in particular five separating cuts are provided on the front edge.
- the separation cuts are arranged at a distance of about 1.5 mm from each other.
- the separation incision, starting from the end edge has a length of 1.0 mm to 3.0 mm inclusive.
- the tubular bag packaging can be torn open from both sides, so that failed attempts are avoided.
- the opening of the tubular bag packaging is equally possible for right-handed as well as left-handed with preferred directions of movement. Due to the arrangement of several cutting incisions, it is not important that the tear force must be applied at a certain point when opening. Rather, the application of a tensile force in the region of the back seam or the tab sections extends in almost any direction, as a result of which the film of the tubular bag packaging tears at one of the several incisions. It has been found that a good compromise between the mechanical integrity of the tubular bag packaging and easier tearability is found by the aforementioned distance and length dimensions.
- the film has a pressure conversion line in the region of the sealing section with the at least one line-shaped separating incision.
- the pressure conversion line preferably runs along the entire back seam.
- pressure is exerted on the film such that a linear plastic cold deformation of the film occurs.
- the film is not completely severed by the press-forming line, but only deformed in its cross-section to maintain its structural integrity during ordinary handling. However, as soon as the user attempts to rupture the tubular bag packaging at the back seam, the material initially tears one of the two tab sections against the dividing recess. The resulting material stresses continue from the release cut into the pressure conversion line and cause the film to continue to tear exactly at the pressure conversion line.
- the pressure conversion line advantageously runs in the tab section between the sealing section and the inflexible line, ie not within the sealed sealed section.
- the tearing of the tubular bag packaging along the pressure conversion line is not hindered by the adhesive force of the sealing section.
- the pressure conversion line of the one seal section is supported by the adhered, opposite seal section and therefore can not rupture prematurely.
- the sealed back seam is made by means of two sealing rolls with the interposition of the two sealing sections, and wherein at least one of the sealing rollers has a profiling, with which the at least one pressure deformation line is generated.
- Sealing and pressure forming line are produced in only one cost-saving operation. It is ensured that the pressure conversion line runs exactly at the intended location within the tab section and thereby has its desired relative position to the sealed seam or back seam. Since the pressure deformation line is generated during the sealing process, it experiences a support by the opposite sealing or tab portion, so that premature tearing and thus damage to the tubular bag packaging are reliably avoided during the manufacturing process.
- the profiling on a region with locally increased contact pressure wherein the pressure deformation line is generated by the locally increased contact pressure.
- the profiling of a sealing roller has at least one circumferential sharp edge
- the other sealing roller has a profiling with at least one concavely rounded circumferential groove, wherein the at least one circumferential sharp edge during the sealing process in the at least one concave rounded circumferential groove engages to generate the locally increased contact pressure.
- the locally increased contact pressure ensures that a reliable seal is produced in the adjacent areas with relatively lower contact pressure, while the locally increased contact pressure also produces a one-sided pressure conversion line.
- the locally increased contact pressure ensures that the corresponding seal section, although provided under pressure by plastic cold deformation with a pressure deformation line, but not completely severed.
- the at least one circumferential sharp edge is generated by this sharp edge of the locally increased contact pressure and thus the pressure deformation line only on one side of the film, while the opposite side of the film or the opposite tab portion comes to rest in the concave rounded groove and there is exposed to a reduced compared to surface pressure ,
- a convex circular convex circular bead is provided as part of the profiling of a sealing roller, wherein the radius of curvature of the annular bead smaller than the radius of curvature of the concave rounded circumferential Groove of the other sealing roller, and wherein the annular bead engages during the sealing process in the concavely rounded circumferential groove of the other sealing roller for generating the locally increased contact pressure.

Description
The invention relates to a tubular bag packaging of the type specified in the preamble of
For the packaging of block-shaped foods, in particular of chocolate bars so-called tubular bag packaging are used, which are formed from a film having longitudinal edges extending in the longitudinal direction. The film has a seal portion extending along its first longitudinal edge and a tab portion adjacent to its second longitudinal edge with another seal portion extending along the second longitudinal edge, the film at the seal portions forming a longitudinal, continuous and seamed seam is closed in a tubular manner around the block-shaped food. The transfer seam, including the tab portion and the seal portions, is folded along a fold line and laid flat on the back portion of the package. In addition, the tubular bag package is sealed at its transverse longitudinal edges in the longitudinal direction by transverse seams running in the transverse direction.
The rear seam, which is designed as a transfer seam, not only serves to form the tubular shape but is also provided by the user in the case of a corresponding configuration for the purposeful opening of the packaging. In particular, the aim is the tubular bag packaging to open at the back seam in a manner without tearing the film material uncontrollably. Remaining residual amounts of the contents of the package can thereby remain in the opened, open tubular bag packaging and stored.
However, opening the package on the back seam involves some difficulties. Although it is an embodiment of the tubular bag packaging known as a so-called "kink-pack" in which the still packed chocolate bar can be broken by a bending movement and then raises the back seam. However, this presupposes that the chocolate bar is sufficiently hard for such a targeted breaking process. At higher temperatures, the chocolate becomes so soft that buckling of the back seam is difficult or impossible. In addition, this kinking opening possibility is not always recognized by the user, which is why it tries to tear the packaging on the back seam. However, such tearing leads to the torn film tearing further uncontrolled. Further use of the opened packaging for storing residual amounts is therefore not possible or only to a limited extent.
The invention has the object of developing a generic tubular bag packaging such that a targeted opening is simplified.
This object is achieved by a tubular bag packaging with the features of
The invention is also based on the object of specifying a food product with a tubular bag packaging, which is easier to handle for the user when opening.
This object is achieved by a food product having the features of
The invention is still based on the object of specifying a method for producing said tubular bag packaging such that the tubular bag packaging produced with controlled crack propagation is easier to tear.
This object is achieved by a method having the features of
According to the invention it is provided that the back seam has an end edge adjacent to the transverse seam, and wherein one of the tab portions is provided in the region of the end edge with at least one line-shaped parting incision as Einreißhilfe. The separating incision starts from the front edge and runs at least approximately parallel to the longitudinal direction of the tubular bag packaging or the film web intended for its formation.
The at least one separating cut is accordingly located on only one of the two tab sections, while the opposite tab section does not have such a separating cut. The opened tubular bag packaging can be used to store residual quantities of the packaging contents.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, in each case at least one separating incision is provided on two opposite end edges. In particular, several and in particular five separating cuts are provided on the front edge. Preferably, the separation cuts are arranged at a distance of about 1.5 mm from each other. Advantageously, the separation incision, starting from the end edge, has a length of 1.0 mm to 3.0 mm inclusive.
The arrangement of separating incisions on opposite end edges, the tubular bag packaging can be torn open from both sides, so that failed attempts are avoided. In addition, the opening of the tubular bag packaging is equally possible for right-handed as well as left-handed with preferred directions of movement.
In a preferred embodiment, the film has a pressure conversion line in the region of the sealing section with the at least one line-shaped separating incision. The pressure conversion line preferably runs along the entire back seam. To generate the pressure conversion line pressure is exerted on the film such that a linear plastic cold deformation of the film occurs. The film is not completely severed by the press-forming line, but only deformed in its cross-section to maintain its structural integrity during ordinary handling. This results in a controlled cracking, which leads to an opening of the package in the back seam. However, the opening location is limited to the area of the one tab section, so that the remaining, non-torn packaging material, including the opposite sealing section or tab section, can be reused for storing residual quantities of the contents of the package.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the tubular bag packaging on a back part, adjacent to which the tab portion along a folding line. The pressure conversion line advantageously runs in the tab section between the sealing section and the inflexible line, ie not within the sealed sealed section. The tearing of the tubular bag packaging along the pressure conversion line is not hindered by the adhesive force of the sealing section. However, it may also be expedient for the pressure conversion line to run within the sealing section on its side facing the fold-over line, ie close to the edge of the sealed seal section, where the influence of the adhesive force of the seal section is low. As a result, the pressure conversion line of the one seal section is supported by the adhered, opposite seal section and therefore can not rupture prematurely. Only when targeted tearing the crack formation sets along the predetermined line shape by the pressure forming line, with only the pressure-deformed seal section tears. While still a part of the pressure-deformed seal portion adheres to the opposite seal section. However, this adhesive area is so narrow that it can easily be pulled off by hand in a single movement, in particular without damaging the film material.
Advantageously, several, in particular three mutually parallel pressure forming lines are provided. The advantages of several pressure forming lines are particularly evident in connection with several cutting incisions. It should be noted that the separation cuts and the pressure forming lines are generated in an advantageous embodiment of the invention in separate steps and therefore not necessarily directly above each other. In the arrangement of a plurality of mutually parallel pressure forming lines but it is ensured that at least one of the separating incisions is either directly in overlap with one of the pressure forming lines or has only a very small distance thereto. As a result, it is ensured that the crack beginning at the separating incision migrates to the closest pressure-forming line, where it continues in a controlled manner along the pressure-forming line.
According to the inventive method for producing said tubular bag packaging is provided in an appropriate development that the sealed back seam is made by means of two sealing rolls with the interposition of the two sealing sections, and wherein at least one of the sealing rollers has a profiling, with which the at least one pressure deformation line is generated.
Sealing and pressure forming line are produced in only one cost-saving operation.
In an advantageous embodiment of the method, the profiling on a region with locally increased contact pressure, wherein the pressure deformation line is generated by the locally increased contact pressure. In particular, it may be advantageous that the profiling of a sealing roller has at least one circumferential sharp edge, and that the other sealing roller has a profiling with at least one concavely rounded circumferential groove, wherein the at least one circumferential sharp edge during the sealing process in the at least one concave rounded circumferential groove engages to generate the locally increased contact pressure.
The locally increased contact pressure ensures that a reliable seal is produced in the adjacent areas with relatively lower contact pressure, while the locally increased contact pressure also produces a one-sided pressure conversion line. By adapted design of the locally increased contact pressure ensures that the corresponding seal section, although provided under pressure by plastic cold deformation with a pressure deformation line, but not completely severed. In the preferred embodiment with the at least one circumferential sharp edge is generated by this sharp edge of the locally increased contact pressure and thus the pressure deformation line only on one side of the film, while the opposite side of the film or the opposite tab portion comes to rest in the concave rounded groove and there is exposed to a reduced compared to surface pressure ,
In addition, it may be appropriate that on at least one side and in particular on both sides of the circumferential sharp edge a convex circular convex circular bead is provided as part of the profiling of a sealing roller, wherein the radius of curvature of the annular bead smaller than the radius of curvature of the concave rounded circumferential Groove of the other sealing roller, and wherein the annular bead engages during the sealing process in the concavely rounded circumferential groove of the other sealing roller for generating the locally increased contact pressure. As a result, a complementary plastic material deformation is generated laterally of the sharp edge, which favors a clean crack along, but not necessarily favors exactly on the pressure deformation line.

Due to the absence of separating
In addition, the
