Claims (15)
- Dispositif d'introduction (20) et planche à pointes associée (10), lequel est destiné à l'insertion en commun dans la planche à pointes (10) de plusieurs aiguilles (41, 44) qui sont serrées dans une pince multiple (40), laquelle planche à pointes (10) présente plusieurs perçages (11) destinés à recevoir des aiguilles (41, 44), le dispositif d'insertion (20) présentant plusieurs rainures (51) destinées à recevoir chacune une des aiguilles (41, 44) et les rainures (51) étant disposées de façon telle qu'elles sont appropriées au guidage de la pointe de chacune des aiguilles (41, 44) jusque dans un des perçages correspondants (11) de la pluralité de perçages.
- Dispositif d'introduction (20) et planche à pointes (10) selon la revendication 1, au moins trois rainures (51) étant prévues, lesquelles sont disposées à équidistance dans une direction longitudinale (x) avec un écart l'une par rapport à l'autre qui correspond au pas des perçages (11) de la planche à pointes (10).
- Dispositif d'introduction (20) et planche à pointes (10) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, les rainures (51) de la pluralité de rainures étant réalisées sur une surface (34) du dispositif d'introduction (20) et s'étendant jusqu'à un bord (55), et les rainures (51) de la pluralité de rainures s'étendant de préférence parallèlement les unes aux autres.
- Dispositif d'introduction (20) et planche à pointes (10) selon la revendication 1, la section de guidage (32) présentant une surface avant (63).
- Dispositif d'introduction (20) et planche à pointes (10) selon la revendication 3, la largeur des rainures (51) diminuant sur leur parcours jusqu'au bord (55).
- Dispositif d'introduction (20) et planche à pointes (10) selon la revendication 3, la profondeur des rainures (51) diminuant sur leur parcours jusqu'au bord (55).
- Dispositif d'introduction (20) et planche à pointes (10) selon la revendication 3, la section des rainures (51) se rétrécissant en profondeur à partir de la surface (34) du dispositif d'introduction (20).
- Dispositif d'introduction (20) et planche à pointes (10) selon la revendication 7, la section des rainures (51) ayant une forme trapézoïdale ou triangulaire.
- Dispositif d'introduction (20) et planche à pointes (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, le dispositif d'introduction (20) présentant une barrette (30) qui est montée sur un élément de réception (2) de planche à pointes d'un automate de garnissage (1) et qui s'étend dans la direction longitudinale (x).
- Dispositif d'introduction (20) et planche à pointes (10) selon la revendication 9, la barrette (30) présentant des moyens de réglage qui permettent le réglage dans la direction (x).
- Dispositif d'introduction (20) et planche à pointes (10) selon la revendication 9, le dispositif d'introduction (20) présentant une section de guidage amovible (32) qui est adaptée à la planche à pointes (10) et qui présente des rainures (51) adaptées aux perçages (11) de celle-ci.
- Dispositif d'introduction (20) et planche à pointes (10) selon la revendication 10, la section de guidage (32) étant affectée à la barrette (30) et étant maintenue de façon réglable en hauteur par rapport à cette barrette (30).
- Dispositif d'introduction (20) et planche à pointes (10) selon la revendication 9 ou 10, le dispositif d'introduction (20) présentant un bras de maintien (21) sur lequel la barrette (30) est maintenue et s'étendant dans une direction transversale (y) à angle droit par rapport à la direction longitudinale (x).
- Dispositif d'introduction (20) et planche à pointes (10) selon la revendication 12, la barrette (30) pouvant être réglée dans la direction transversale (y) par rapport au bras de maintien (21) et être fixée dans sa position au moyen d'un dispositif de blocage (43).
- Dispositif d'introduction (20) selon la revendication 12 ou 13, le bras de maintien (21) pouvant être réglé dans la direction longitudinale (x) par rapport à l'automate de garnissage (1) et être fixé dans sa position.
