Claims (25)

  1. Packing box (40), comprising a bottom forming a half-box (41) obtained from a first blank and a top formed by a second blank, the lower face of the bottom being provided with openings (19, 85, 108, 109, 110, 111) and the top having at least two tabs (33, 43, 54, 55, 56, 57, 73, 74, 75, 88) glued on its upper face, plumb with the openings of complementary shape, characterised in that the top comprises a central panel (20, 87) provided on its sides with four lateral panels (21, 22, 23, 24; 77, 79, 81) of which two (21, 23) are provided with end flaps (27, 28, 29, 30), said tabs each being connected to one of said end flaps.
  2. Box according to claim 1, characterised in that the central panel (20, 87) is rectangular, in that the lateral panels comprise two opposing first lateral panels (21, 23) connected to said central panel by first fold lines (25) having on either side said end flaps forming reinforced corners connected to said first panels by third fold lines (31), the tabs (33) being themselves respectively connected to the upper edge of said corresponding flaps by fourth fold lines (34) and two opposing second lateral panels (22, 24) connected to said central panel by second fold lines (26), devoid of flaps.
  3. Box according to claim 2, characterised in that the central panel (20) has slots (35) for passage of the tabs (33) at the second fold lines (26) between the central panel and second lateral panels, in that said first lateral panels (21, 23) are folded downwards to cooperate with the facing lateral faces of the half-box, said flaps (27, 28, 29, 30) being folded at the corresponding angles, said tabs (33) passing through said slots (35) and being folded down and glued to the upper face of the central panel (20) with the second lateral panels (22, 24) glued to the external face of said flaps.
  4. Box according to claim 2, characterised in that the end flaps (27, 28, 29, 30) are glued to the second lateral panels (22, 24), the tabs (33) being folded down and glued to the upper face of the central panel (20).
  5. Box according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the top is detachable.
  6. Box according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the first and/or the second lateral panels (21, 22, 23, 24) are glued to the adjacent lateral faces of the half-box.
  7. Box according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the first blank (1, 82) has a series of at least four main sections (3, 4, 5, 6) connected to one another by first junction lines (7) terminated by a fixing tab (8), said series being connected on one side by a second junction line (10) to a series of flaps (11, 12, 13, 14) forming the lower face of said bottom, two of said flaps (12, 14) each having at least one lateral edge (15) provided with a notch (19) suitable for forming said openings.
  8. Box according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the first blank has a series of three sections (94, 95, 96) connected to one another by third junction lines (97) provided on either side respectively by means of fourth and fifth junction lines (98, 99) with a first and a second series of flaps, and in that the central section of said series of sections is provided with at least two openings (108, 111).
  9. Box according to claim 8, characterised in that each of said openings (108,111) is situated at the edge of a junction line (98, 99) with a flap adjacent to said central section.
  10. Box according to claim 8, characterised in that the openings (108) are situated at the edge of or in the vicinity of the first junction lines (97) with each of the sections (94, 96) adjacent to the central section (95).
  11. Box according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the lower face of the bottom has four openings (19, 108, 109, 110) disposed substantially in the four corners of the box, and in that the top has four corresponding tabs (33, 43, 54, 55, 56, 57) on its upper face.
  12. Set of blanks for the formation of a packing box, comprising two blanks made of corrugated cardboard sheet material, namely a first blank (1, 91, 92, 93) suitable for forming the bottom of the box and a second blank (2, 42, 50, 51, 52, 53, 70, 71, 72, 87) suitable for forming the top of said box, said first blank comprising openings (19, 85, 108, 109, 110, 111) and said second blank having a rectangular central panel (20) provided on each side with a rectangular lateral panel (21, 22, 23, 24), namely two opposing first lateral panels (21, 23) connected to said central panel by first fold lines (25) and two opposing second lateral panels (22, 24) connected to said central panel by second fold lines (26), characterised in that the two opposing first lateral panels are respectively connected on each of their lateral sides to end flaps (27, 28, 29, 30) by third fold lines (31), to form reinforced corners, and in that at least two end flaps (27, 28, 29, 30) are connected to a gluing tab (33, 43, 54, 55, 56, 57, 73, 74, 75, 88) by a fourth fold line perpendicular to the third fold line of the corresponding flap, said tabs being directed towards said second lateral panels (22, 24) when the second blank is laid flat, and being suitable for being glued to the upper face of the top when it is formed plumb with the openings of complementary shape.
  13. Set of blanks according to claim 12, characterised in that the central panel (20) has slots (35) for passage of the tabs (33) at the second fold lines (26) between the central panel and second lateral panels when assembled, said tabs (33) being suitable for passing through said slots (35) and being folded down and glued to the upper face of the central panel.
  14. Set according to any one of claims 12 and 13, characterised in that the lateral edges of the second lateral panels (22, 24) have notches (37', 44, 58, 59, 76, 78, 80).
  15. Set according to claim 14, characterised in that the notches are of a shape complementary to that of the tabs.
  16. Set according to any one of claims 12 to 15, characterised in that the second blank has four tabs.
  17. Set according to any one of claims 12 to 16, characterised in that the first blank (1) has a series of at least four main sections (3, 4, 5, 6) connected to one another by first junction lines (7) and terminated by a fixing tab (8), said series being connected on one side by a second junction line (10) to a series of flaps (11, 12, 13, 14) forming the lower face of said bottom, two of said flaps each having at least one lateral edge (15) provided with a notch (19) suitable for forming said openings.
  18. Set of blanks according to any one of claims 12 to 16, characterised in that the first blank has a series of three sections (94, 95, 96) connected to one another by third junction lines (97) provided on either side respectively by means of fourth and fifth junction lines (98, 99) with a first and a second series of flaps, and in that the central section of said series of sections is provided with at least two openings (108, 111).
  19. Set according to claim 18, characterised in that each of said openings (108,111) is situated at the edge of a junction line (98, 99) with a flap adjacent to said central section.
  20. Set according to claim 18, characterised in that the openings (108) are situated at the edge of or in the vicinity of a first junction line with each of the sections (94, 96) adjacent to the central section (95).
  21. Set according to any one of claims 12 to 20, characterised in that the lower face of the bottom has four openings (19, 108, 109, 110) disposed substantially in the four corners of said face.
  22. Method for the production of a packing box from at least two blanks (1, 2) made of cardboard or corrugated cardboard sheet material, according to any one of claims 12 to 21, characterised in that the top is formed by applying the tabs previously coated with glue to the upper face, with hot melt glue.
  23. Method according to claim 22, characterised in that as the central panel (20) is provided with slots (35) at the junction lines with the lateral panels, the lateral panels (21, 23) provided with flaps (27, 28, 29, 30) are pre-folded, the flaps of the panels are pre-folded, the tabs then directed vertically are engaged in the slots, then the lateral panels devoid of flaps are applied, glue is applied to the tabs and the tabs are applied.
  24. Method according to claim 22, characterised in that the first and second lateral panels are folded, and after the application of glue to the internal faces of the flaps, the flaps are applied, and lastly the tabs are applied to the upper face.
  25. Method according to claim 24, characterised in that after the application of glue to the flaps and the tabs, the lateral panels are applied to the lateral faces of the half-box before applying the flaps and the tabs to the upper face of the top.
