Claims (16)
- Poignée extérieure de porte, en particulier pour des véhicules,
avec une poignée actionnable manuellement, agissant sur une serrure située dans la porte lors de l'actionnement,
et avec un organe de verrouillage (10) pivotant, servant de verrou de masse, se trouvant certes normalement dans sa position de libération (10.1) inactive, rendant ainsi la poignée actionnable,
mais pouvant passer dans une position de verrouillage (10.2) active (14) en cas de choc (60), du fait de l'inertie de masse, bloquant ainsi la poignée,
caractérisée en ce que
il est prévu des moyens (20) veillant à ce qu'en cas de choc (60), l'organe de verrouillage (10) demeure dans sa position de verrouillage (10.2) au moins jusqu'à ce que les oscillations produites par le choc (60) et agissant sur la poignée extérieure de porte et/ou la poignée soient se soient atténuées au point de ne plus pouvoir produire un actionnement de la poignée. - Poignée extérieure de porte selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens (20) prévus sont un assemblage par enclenchement (23) pour enclencher l'organe de verrouillage (10) dans sa position de verrouillage (10.2), en l'enclenchant (21.1) en particulier de façon détachable (21.2).
- Poignée extérieure de porte selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que sur l'organe de verrouillage (10), il est prévu un élément d'enclenchement (21) comportant un moyen d'enclenchement (22), celui-ci pouvant coopérer avec un moyen d'enclenchement opposé (30), afin de réaliser l'assemblage par enclenchement (23).
- Poignée extérieure de porte selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'enclenchement est conçu comme un ressort d'enclenchement (21).
- Poignée extérieure de porte selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'enclenchement opposé (30) est formé sur le support (40).
- Poignée extérieure de porte selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'enclenchement (21) est libéré (52) de sa position d'enclenchement (21.1) par un organe de libération (50) et peut ainsi passer dans sa position de libération (21.2).
- Poignée extérieure de porte selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que l'organe de libération (50) défait la position d'enclenchement (21.1) sous l'effet des oscillations de la porte ou de la poignée extérieure de porte, qui sont produites par le choc (60).
- Poignée extérieure de porte selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce qu'une pièce, de préférence l'organe de libération (50) peut coopérer avec un contre-organe (11) sur l'organe de verrouillage (10) lors de la libération (52) de la position d'enclenchement (21.1),
et en ce que par conséquent, bien que l'élément d'enclenchement (21) se trouve déjà dans sa position de libération (21.2), l'organe de verrouillage (10) reste maintenu dans sa position de libération (10.3) pendant un certain temps. - Poignée extérieure de porte selon la revendication 6 à 8, caractérisée en ce que l'organe de libération (50) défait la position d'enclenchement (21.1) par un actionnement manuel de la poignée (52).
- Poignée extérieure de porte selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisée en ce que l'organe de libération (50) est placé directement sur la poignée.
- Poignée extérieure de porte selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisée en ce que l'organe de libération (50) est monté sur un élément accouplé à la poignée, en particulier sur le bras oscillant (51) oscillant (52) ensemble avec un actionnement de la poignée.
- Poignée extérieure de porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que les moyens (20) prévus sont un aimant ou une pièce constituée d'un matériau aimanté ou pouvant être aimanté, permettant de maintenir l'organe de verrouillage (10) dans sa position de verrouillage (10.2).
- Poignée extérieure de porte selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que l'aimant permettant de maintenir l'organe de verrouillage (10) sans sa position de verrouillage (10.2) est un électroaimant.
- Poignée extérieure de porte selon l'une des revendications 12 ou 13, caractérisée en ce que les forces de l'aimant permettant de maintenir l'organe de verrouillage (10) dans sa position de verrouillage (10.2) sont supprimées après un certain laps de temps, afin de refaire passer l'organe de verrouillage (10) dans sa position de libération (10.1).
- Poignée extérieure de porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisée en ce que les moyens (20) prévus sont un dispositif d'amortissement installé de préférence sur l'axe de montage (12) de l'organe de verrouillage (10),
permettant certes le passage (14) de l'organe de verrouillage (10) de sa position de libération (10.1) à sa position de verrouillage (10.2) sans amortissement,
mais amortissant cependant le passage de l'organe de verrouillage (10) de sa position de verrouillage (10.2) à sa position de libération (10.1). - Poignée extérieure de porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisée en ce que l'organe de verrouillage (10) peut passer de sa position de verrouillage (10.2) à sa position de libération (10.1) à l'aide d'un ressort de verrouillage (13).
