Claims (15)
- Porte d'appareil électroménager, en particulier porte d'appareil de cuisson (1), qui est montée de façon pivotante autour d'un axe de porte (T), comprenant une poignée de porte (2) qui peut pivoter autour d'un axe de rotation (D) s'étendant parallèlement à l'axe de porte (T), poignée de porte (2) à laquelle est associé au moins un mécanisme de commande qui, lors d'un mouvement pivotant de la porte (1), fait pivoter en même temps la poignée de porte (2) par rapport à la porte (1), caractérisée en ce que deux arbres (4) du mécanisme de commande (4-6, 8, 22, 26-29) sont montés en rotation autour de l'axe de rotation (D) en se trouvant à l'intérieur d'une pièce de support (3) et tiennent entre eux la poignée de porte (2).
- Porte d'appareil électroménager (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les arbres (4) sont montés en rotation dans une pièce de support commune (3).
- Porte d'appareil électroménager (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la poignée de porte (2) ne dépasse pas une largeur (BT), d'une moitié de la largeur (BG) de la porte (1) de l'appareil électroménager.
- Porte d'appareil électroménager (1) selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la poignée de porte (2) ne dépasse pas une largeur (BT), d'un tiers de la largeur (BG) de la porte (1) de l'appareil électroménager.
- Porte d'appareil électroménager (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la pièce de support (3) présente au moins un passage (32, 33), de préférence au moins deux passages (32, 33), servant au logement de l'arbre respectif (4).
- Porte d'appareil électroménager (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les arbres (4) sont montés, dans leurs passages (32, 33), au moyen de paliers lisses respectifs (7).
- Porte d'appareil électroménager (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la pièce de support (3) présente une butée extérieure pour chacun des arbres (4).
- Porte d'appareil électroménager (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un rouleau (5) servant au renvoi d'une tirette à câble (8) est fixé sur chaque arbre (4).
- Porte d'appareil électroménager (1) selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le rouleau respectif (5) est fixé sur une partie de l'arbre associé (4), partie qui est disposée entre deux passages (32, 33).
- Porte d'appareil électroménager (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la pièce de support (3) peut être prémontée au moins avec la poignée de porte (2), les arbres (4) et les rouleaux (5), puis encastrée dans la porte (1) de l'appareil électroménager.
- Porte d'appareil électroménager (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la poignée de porte (2) présente une pièce de guidage (10) et une plaque formant poignée (11), où la pièce de guidage (10) est montée en étant mobile sur la porte (1) de l'appareil électroménager, et la plaque formant poignée (11) est mobile sur la pièce de guidage (10), permettant de choisir entre- une position de repos (G) dans laquelle la plaque formant poignée (11) ne peut pas être saisie quand la porte (1) de l'appareil électroménager est fermée, et- une position fonctionnelle (G') dans laquelle la plaque formant poignée (11) peut être saisie.
- Procédé pour l'assemblage d'une porte d'appareil électroménager (1) selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente au moins les étapes suivantes :(a) l'introduction des arbres (4), par une découpe de poignée (12) de la pièce de support (3), à travers les passages respectifs (32, 33) vers l'extérieur;(b) l'introduction de la poignée de porte (2) dans la découpe de poignée (12);(c) le coulissement des arbres (4) vers l'arrière, jusqu'à la poignée de porte (2), jusqu'au moment où les arbres (4) sont logés dans des ouvertures de paliers de poignée correspondantes (18) de la poignée de porte (2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que l'étape (a) est précédée par une étape- d'introduction de paliers lisses (7) dans les passages (32, 33).
- Procédé selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que l'étape (a) comprend une introduction jusqu'à une butée extérieure.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la poignée de porte (2) est constituée de plusieurs éléments, et l'étape (b) est précédée par une étape- de prémontage de la poignée de porte (2).
