Die Lasten werden damit direkt in das Fundament eingeleitet und der Aufwand zum Abfangen der entstehenden Gewichte steigt proportional. Es können beliebig viele Fahrregale auf einer Schiene angeordnet werden und auch der Anzahl übereinander angeordneten Parkebenen ist nur durch die Materialfestigkeit und die Standstabilität der Regale eine Grenze gesetzt.
