Definitions

  • the invention relates to a header according to the preamble of claim 1 for a bolt gun, with the help of which in a semi-automatic operation bolts can be set.
  • Bolt setting tools of this type have a housing in which the individual components are included for generating the setting process.
  • On the front of the device there is a bolt guide, in which the bolt to be set is held before the setting process and during the setting process. A striker strikes him, who then inserts the bolt into the ground.
  • these devices include the ability to attach a magazine containing a series of bolts. These are inserted from the magazine into the bolt guide.
  • the bolt guide includes for this purpose an opening through which the bolts are inserted from the magazine in the firing channel of the bolt guide as soon as a setting operation is completed.
  • the bolts are not individually inserted in the magazine, but connected by a mostly made of plastic tape.
  • This band must also lead the bolt in the firing channel.
  • the band usually includes a head portion which ensures the alignment of the bolt in the firing channel. This head section must also take over the leadership of the bolt at least during the beginning of the setting process. Since the head portions of the band connecting the bolts have a slight distance from each other, when the band is torn at the beginning of the setting process, a projection remains at the head portion of the next bolt.
  • the bolts are inserted through an opening in the magazine, which is formed on a narrow side of the magazine. This opening is covered by a sliding lid.
  • the invention is based on the object to a header for such a bolt gun create, with a simple design easy and safe handling with a good work result.
  • the invention proposes a header for a bolt gun with the features mentioned in claim 1. Further developments of the invention are the subject of dependent claims.
  • the bolt setting tool thus contains, as usual, a housing in which the components are accommodated for generating the striking movement and for transmitting the striking movement to the bolt.
  • these are explosion-powered devices, but other types of impact motion generation are also possible, for example by tensioning and relaxing a spring.
  • the bolt is held in the bolt guide. This was a cylindrical component with a firing channel.
  • the bolt magazine is attached laterally, and the bolts contained therein can be individually introduced through an opening in the wall of the bolt guide in the firing channel.
  • the magazine facing away from the wall of the bolt guide is formed smooth surface even in the opposite region of the passage opening. This means that the head section present there is better guided in the firing channel, not only before the setting process, but also during the setting process. Due to the absence of depressions, openings or the like no disturbances during the setting process can occur more.
  • the position of the magazine about the axis of the bolt guide and the shot channel contained in it is changeable and fixable.
  • the user can then, depending on the way he works, the position of the magazine to adjust.
  • the change in the position of the magazine can be made continuously. For example, an adaptation for right-handed and left-handed in this way possible.
  • the magazine extends into the bolt guide into it, that is, until very far to the firing channel.
  • the passage opening in the head region of the bolt has a contour corresponding to the band connecting the bolts and a width corresponding to the diameter of the bolt in the remaining region.
  • the bolt guide is surrounded by a mounting sleeve, which also has a side opening for the magazine.
  • This attachment sleeve is usually used to make the setting process possible by a displacement relative to the housing, which is caused by the placement of the device on the wall.
  • the magazine is attached directly to the attachment sleeve.
  • the bolt guide and / or the attachment sleeve by means of a fastening device in a plurality of different angular positions about the axis of bolt guide or attachment sleeve is connectable to the housing.
  • the fastening device for fastening the bolt guide and / or attachment sleeve to the housing may have, for example, a union nut, or else a bayonet closure or a similar possibility.
  • the magazine can be formed in a straight line in development of the invention.
  • This has the advantage that the band connecting the bolts mostly made of plastic band can also be formed in a straight line.
  • the invention proposes to arrange the longitudinal axis of the magazine obliquely relative to the bolt guide.
  • the bolt guide facing away from the free end of the magazine is thus further away from the plane of the mouth of the bolt guide than the other end.
  • the mouth area is released laterally, so that the user can easily approach the device even in difficult places.
  • the advantage of the adjustment of the magazine is complemented in a particularly favorable manner.
  • the magazine of the setting device proposed by the invention includes a lid which covers a broad side of the magazine.
  • the cover is a sliding cover, which is preferably designed to be displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the magazine.
  • the bolt setting device has a release lock, which can be actuated preferably by the magazine cover, for preventing a setting operation if the cover is not completely closed.
  • the magazine may preferably have a slide which in each case inserts a bolt into the bolt guide as soon as a setting process has been completed.
  • the slider is preferably spring loaded. In particular, it may be provided that the slider engages the free end of the band connecting the bolt.
  • the spring for charging the slide with the lid open is disabled bar.
  • the band connecting the bolts is held against at least one shoulder surface, preferably on two shoulder surfaces, against displacement in the longitudinal direction of the bolts. It should be noted that at the moment of the setting process, the band between the bolt arranged in the firing channel and the last bolt in the magazine is torn abruptly. Therefore, a particularly good guidance of the bolts in the magazine in a direction corresponding to the weft direction, very important.
  • the bolts in their region, which is not connected by the band, rest on guide in the magazine, which preferably extend as far as the bolt guide in the longitudinal direction of the magazine. This also ensures that the bolts get into the bolt guide in the correct way.
  • the front area of the bolt gun which is located in the FIG. 1 is shown in a partial section, contains a bolt guide 1, which is a stable component with a cylindrical shape.
  • a firing channel 2 is formed, which serves a bolt 3 by means of a firing pin contained in the bolt setting tool from the mouth, left in FIG. 1 to move out and drive into a subsoil.
  • the bolt guide At the in FIG. 1 right, the setting tool associated end, the bolt guide on an outwardly directed flange.
  • the bolt guide includes a side opening 4, which in FIG. 1 directed downwards. This opening 4 is used to push a bolt 3 from the magazine 5 in the firing channel 2 of the bolt guide 1.
  • the bolt guide 1 is of a voltage applied to its outer side Surrounding sleeve 6, which also has a lateral opening for penetration through the magazine 5. Between the flange 7 of the pin guide 1 and a corresponding shoulder 8 of the attachment sleeve, a buffer 9 is inserted. To another axial shoulder of the attachment sleeve 6 around engages a union nut 10, which serves to screw the magazine from the 5, the bolt guide 1 and the attachment sleeve 6 existing device on the bolt guns. In this case, the orientation of the magazine 5 relative to the longitudinal axis of the device can be changed.
  • the magazine which has a rectilinear elongated shape, is fixed by means of two pins 11 on the pin guide 1 surrounding Aufsetzhülse 6.
  • guides 12 for guiding the bolts 3 and a plastic band connecting the bolts are included.
  • the plastic band is only hinted at here.
  • the bolts 3 are, connected by the plastic strip, parallel to each other and parallel to the axis of the bolt guide 1.
  • the passage 4 between the bolt guide and the magazine is formed so that it has a contour in the band corresponding to the area, which pushes the Bandes allows. In the remaining area, the opening is narrower, since there only the remaining part of the bolt shaft has to be pushed through.
  • the longitudinal axis of the magazine runs obliquely relative to the longitudinal axis of the bolt guide, so that the device can be placed in hard to reach places without the magazine interfering too much.
  • a slider 13 is provided, which is also guided on the guides 12. He attacks at the free end of the bolt 3 connecting band. To move it forward, there is a roller-type spring 14 which is mounted in a housing on the slider 13 and whose free end is connected to the lid, which will be described later. At the end of the profile trained Magazine bodies are arranged two locking cams 15, which serve to allow locking of the closed lid.
  • FIG. 2 shows the attachment sleeve from the side, in the same orientation as in FIG. 1 , Here are the two holes 16 to see the pins 11 are pressed to secure the magazine 5 to the attachment sleeve 6.
  • FIG. 3 shows an axial section through the Aufsetzhülse 6, also in the same orientation in FIG. 1 , It can be seen here that a flattening 18 originates from the circular inner opening 17 of the attachment sleeve, against which a flat side of the magazine 5 comes into abutment when the magazine is inserted here. Again, the holes 16 can be seen.
  • FIG. 4 shows the side view of the bolt guide with the above-mentioned passage opening 4, which can be seen from the side only in their front, the head of the tape corresponding area.
  • a flattening 19 is mounted above a longitudinal line, below which a notch 20 adjoins.
  • the flattening 19 in the upper region extends over a certain length of the bolt guide, while the notch 20 in the axial direction is very short. In a direction perpendicular to the plane of the drawing FIG. 4 the notch is concave, while the flat 19 is flat.
  • the attachment sleeve 6 is displaceable relative to the bolt guide. To limit the movement, the flattening 19, which will be explained below.
  • FIG. 5 shows a plan view of the magazine 5 in the same orientation as in FIG. 1 ,
  • the guides 12 are formed as ribs 21 which extend in the longitudinal direction of the magazine.
  • half-round notches 22 are made on the two longitudinal edges of the profile, into which the pins 11 engage, in order to fix the magazine 5 in the attachment sleeve 6.
  • the guides extend to the front edge 23 and are adapted there to the shape of the bolt guide in its outer area, so have a part-circular front portion 24, see left in FIG. 5 ,
  • FIG. 6 shows the front view of the consisting of the bolt guide 1, the attachment sleeve 6 and the magazine 5 arrangement from the left in FIG. 1 , It can be seen here that the bolt guide 1 has a square cross-section shot channel 2. By using the union nut 10, it is possible to choose the orientation of the magazine 5 arbitrarily.
  • FIG. 7 now shows a cross section through the closed with a lid 25 magazine 5.
  • the profile from which the magazine 5 is made has a bottom portion 26 and two at a right angle upwardly projecting side walls 27.
  • This last approach 29 extends in the longitudinal direction of the lid, ie perpendicular to the plane of the FIG. 7 .
  • Farther with two guide ribs 30 are formed on the inside of the bottom 26, one of which engages under the head portion 31 of the bolt 3 connecting band.
  • a groove 33 is formed, in which engages the second head portion 34 of the bolt 3 connecting band.
  • FIG. 8 shows an end view of the magazine, which is open in the region of its free end and is closed only by a closure device which is attached to the lid.
  • the slider 13 is also guided in the magazine with the holder for the roller-belt spring 14.
  • the locking cams are used, of which in FIG. 8 only the left locking cam 36 is shown. These locking cams serve to lock in the closed lid. You have for this purpose an inclined surface 37, see also FIG. 9 a.
  • the free end of the roller-belt spring 14 is fastened to the cover, so that when the cover is open the action of the spring on the slide 13 is canceled.
  • FIG. 9 a shows a section along line IX-IX in FIG FIG. 8 ,
  • the locking cam 15 can be seen with an inclined surface 37, behind which an undercut 38 is formed.
  • this locking cam of a cross member 39 cooperates, see FIG. 9 BE, which slides on the inclined surface 37 down when inserting the lid on which the closure element 40 is mounted until its right edge 41 passes behind the undercut 38.
  • the clamping element 39 is pushed down so that the lid can be opened again.
  • FIG. 10 shows a trigger lock that prevents triggering a setting process with the lid of the magazine 5 open.
  • the attachment sleeve 6 the in FIG. 10 not shown, two trigger lock elements 42 are used.
  • the lower of the two trigger lock elements 42 lies in the flat 19.
  • the bolt guide 1 is again cylindrical, so that there is formed a contact surface.
  • the trigger lock element 42 thus limits the relative movement between the attachment sleeve 6 and the bolt guide 1.
  • trigger locking element 42 In the lower, lying in the flattening 19 trigger locking element 42 is acted upon by a visible between the two trigger locking elements 42 spring, a pin 43 slidably mounted. This is pressed by the spring in the notch 20. Thereby, the displacement between the bolt guide 1 and the attachment sleeve 6 is made impossible. If now the cover 25 of the magazine 5 is inserted, the end of the insertion movement of the bolt guide 1 facing end edge of the cover 25 abuts against the free end face of the pin 43. This is thereby disengaged from the notch 20 so that now a shift between the bolt guide 1 and the attachment sleeve 6 is possible. In this way it is ensured that only with completely closed magazine cover a setting process can take place.
  • FIG. 11 one of the FIG. 1 shows similar representation of the attachment of a magazine to the bolt gun in a modified embodiment.
  • the magazine 50 is made entirely of plastic in this embodiment and in turn has a housing which is closed by means of a cover to be placed on the housing. While in the embodiment of the FIG. 1 the attachment sleeve 6 is a separate component, in this embodiment the attachment sleeve 51 is an integral part of the magazine housing 50. In the end of the attachment sleeve 51 facing the bolt-setting tool, a insert ring 52 is formed therein which has two outer circumferential ribs 53, so that a good and permanent connection between the insert ring 52 and the bolt magazine 50 is given.
  • a circumferential groove 54 is formed, which serves to hold the union nut 55 by means of a snap ring. Because the union nut 55, which engages with a projection 56 in the insert ring 52, has at a matching point also has a circumferential groove, which is aligned with inserted cap nut 55 with the groove 54 of the insert ring 52. In this way, a permanent connection between the nut 55 and the magazine 50 is created.
  • the bolt guide 57 engages from the side of the bolt setting device through a corresponding opening 58 of the housing of the bolt magazine 50. It has the same shape in its the bolt gun end portion facing as in the embodiment according to FIG. 1 on, so that there is a room 59 for in the embodiment according to FIG. 1 illustrated and mentioned buffer is present. This will not be explained in detail.
  • the bolt guide 57 On the side facing the magazine 50, the bolt guide 57 has an opening 60, which in contrast to the embodiment according to FIG. 1 goes to the front free end 61 of the bolt guide 57.
  • the opening 60 In this area, the opening 60 has a smaller width, while it is wider in the area facing the bolt setting device, since at this point the plastic tape that holds the bolt to be set 3 must enter the interior 2 of the bolt guide 57.
  • the narrower area only serves to allow the shaft of the bolt 3 to pass through.
  • the bolts 3 to be set are guided and supported in the magazine in a similar manner as described with reference to FIG. 1 has been described so that this is not repeated in detail.
