Claims (15)
- Dispositif pour l'alimentation de machines de production en liaison avec la fabrication de paquets de cigarettes ou emballages similaires, en particulier pour l'alimentation de machines d'emballage en matériau de consommation, à savoir des bandes de papier, carton mince, film ou feuille d'étain enroulées en bobines (10, 11, 12, 13), les bobines (10... 13) étant gardées dans des supports verticaux (18, 19) et dans un portique (16) présentant un cadre supérieur sensiblement horizontal (17) d'un logement de bobines (15) sur des palettes (14) et respectivement une bobine (10... 13) pouvant être acheminée respectivement par un robot ou robot de portique (20) à tête de levage (26) raccordé au portique (16) vers l'un de plusieurs sous-ensembles d'enroulement (29... 32) équipés de tourillons opératoires (33, 34) destinés à recevoir chacun une bobine (10... 13), caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :a) les notamment plusieurs sous-ensembles d'enroulement (29... 32) se trouvent à l'extérieur du portique (16), directement à proximité d'un côté longitudinal de celui-ci,b) le robot du portique (20) présente un bras radial pivotable dans le plan horizontal, notamment un bras coudé (27), à l'extrémité libre duquel est disposée la tête de levage (26) permettant de saisir une bobine (10... 13),c) le bras radial ou bras coudé (27) est dimensionné de manière à ce que, en liaison avec le robot du portique (20) déplaçable dans le sens longitudinal du portique (16), une bobine (10... 13) puisse être prise sur une palette (14) et être transférée respectivement vers un sous-ensemble d'enroulement (29... 32) associé situé à l'extérieur du portique (16).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bras radial ou bras coudé (27) peut monter et descendre sur une colonne de robot verticale (21) et la colonne du robot (21) est déplaçable sur un support longitudinal (22) tourné vers les sous-ensembles d'enroulement (29... 32) du portique (16) en direction du support longitudinal (22), de préférence en étant soutenu par un profilé longitudinal inférieur (28).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, au niveau du logement de bobines (15) ou du portique (16), est disposée au moins une palette (14) comportant des bobines (10... 13) pour chaque sous-ensemble d'enroulement (29... 32), de préférence quatre palettes (14) chargées respectivement d'une seule variété de bobines (10... 13) pour quatre sous-ensembles d'enroulement (29.. 32), les palettes (14) étant de préférence disposées à proximité des sous-ensembles d'enroulement (29... 32) associés.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que, au niveau des sous-ensembles d'enroulement (29... 32), des bandes de matériau peuvent être transportées depuis les bobines (10... 13) dans une direction parallèle à l'extension longitudinale du portique (16), notamment respectivement par groupes ou par paires, vers des directions opposées, les bandes de matériau pouvant de préférence être transportées depuis les sous-ensembles d'enroulement (29... 32) ou les tourillons opératoires (33, 34) de ceux-ci d'abord dans un plan vertical puis dans un plan horizontal en raison d'une inversion au niveau d'un rouleau d'inversion (45) et les bandes transportées respectivement dans le même sens étant guidées dans des plans de convoyage superposés.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que, pour la fabrication d'emballages à découpe réalisée spécifiquement, notamment pour la fabrication de paquets de cigarettes du type boîte à rabat, un stock de matériau spécial pour la pile de découpes est disposé à proximité d'une emballeuse HL (46), avec une station d'empilage pour le transfert de piles de découpes à l'emballeuse HL (46), les paquets fabriqués par l'emballeuse HL (46) pouvant être acheminés par un convoyeur de paquets (51) en dehors de la zone du logement de bobines (15), de préférence par-dessus, vers une emballeuse sous cellophane (52).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que les bobines (10... 13) peuvent être déposées par un convoyeur de bobines, notamment par le robot du portique (20) ou par une tête de levage (26) disposée sur le bras radial du robot du portique (20), sur un support intermédiaire mobile au niveau d'un des sous-ensembles d'enroulement (29... 32) ou similaire et être acheminées par le support intermédiaire vers un tourillon opératoire associé (33, 34).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que chaque sous-ensemble d'enroulement (29... 32) présente deux tourillons opératoires (33, 34) disposés à distance l'un de l'autre et orientés horizontalement en position opératoire pour chacune des bobines (10... 13), les tourillons opératoires (33, 34) pouvant pivoter indépendamment l'un de l'autre autour d'un axe horizontal depuis la position opératoire horizontale vers une position de prélèvement verticale pour recevoir une bobine (10... 13).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que le support intermédiaire destiné respectivement à une bobine (10... 13) consiste en un organe porteur pouvant monter et descendre, notamment en une plaque porteuse (41), la bobine (10... 13) déposée sur le support intermédiaire ou sur la plaque porteuse (41) pouvant être transférée par un mouvement descendant du support intermédiaire ou de la plaque porteuse (41) sur le tourillon opératoire vertical (33, 34) et le support intermédiaire ou la plaque porteuse (41) pouvant ensuite être déplacé (e) hors de la zone du tourillon opératoire (33, 34) de manière à ce que celui-ci puisse pivoter avec la bobine (10... 13) vers la position opératoire horizontale, le support intermédiaire ou la plaque porteuse (41) présentant en particulier un orifice, de préférence un trou oblong (43) correspondant à l'orifice central (35) d'une bobine (10... 13) et qui est ouvert en direction du mouvement pivotant d'un tourillon opératoire (33, 34).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que la bobine (10... 13) peut être déposée par le support intermédiaire ou la plaque porteuse (41) par mouvement descendant vers une saillie ou un épaulement (44) du tourillon opératoire (33, 34) correspondant à la position opératoire de la bobine (10... 13), puis la plaque porteuse (41) peut être descendue plus bas de manière à ce que la bobine (10... 13) repose exclusivement sur le tourillon opératoire (33, 34), la plaque porteuse (41) revenant, après le mouvement du tourillon opératoire (33, 34), vers la position opératoire, par mouvement ascendant, vers une position de réception supérieure pour une bobine (10... 13).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :a) le convoyeur de bobines, notamment le bras coudé (27) du robot du portique (20), présente une tête de levage (26) pourvue de tourillons de transport ou porteurs (78) dirigés vers le bas destinés à rentrer dans un orifice central (35) d'une bobine (10... 13),b) le tourillon de transport ou porteur (78) est pourvu de mâchoires de serrage (60) mobiles transversalement ou radialement pour la fixation du tourillon de transport ou porteur (78), lesquelles mâchoires de serrage peuvent être déplacées radialement vers l'extérieur par un organe d'actionnement, notamment par un cône de serrage (61) pouvant monter et descendre, en interaction des surfaces de serrage (62) et des surfaces conjuguées (63),c) plusieurs mâchoires de serrage en forme de traverses (60) sont disposées le long de la circonférence du tourillon porteur (78) avec des écarts angulaires égaux entre elles et peuvent être sollicitées ensemble par le cône de serrage central (61).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que les mâchoires de serrage (60) sont reliées en correspondance géométrique mais de manière relativement mobile au cône de serrage (61), notamment via un assemblage en queue d'aronde (77) dirigé obliquement en fonction des surfaces de serrage (62) et des surfaces conjuguées (63).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :a) le tourillon porteur (78) est composé substantiellement d'une chemise cylindrique (56),b) la chemise (56) peut monter et descendre par rapport à une pièce porteuse du tourillon porteur (78), notamment par rapport à une plaque porteuse ou sommitale (57) supérieure orientée transversalement,c) les mâchoires de serrage (60) sont reliées à la chemise (56), notamment logées de manière à pouvoir être décalées radialement, respectivement dans un évidement (64) de la chemise (56),d) la chemise (56), du fait de la charge par une bobine (10) (60), peut être descendue par les mâchoires de serrage par rapport au cône de serrage (61) en augmentant les forces de serrage par les mâchoires de serrage (60).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que la chemise (56) se présentant sous forme d'un manchon est reliée par des goujons porteurs (66) parallèles à l'axe ou verticaux à la plaque sommitale (57) du tourillon porteur (78), la chemise (56) s'appuyant élastiquement sur des ressorts (67) disposés sur les goujons porteurs (66) et étant en position initiale pressée contre la plaque sommitale (57).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :a) une tête de levage (26) d'un convoyeur de bobines, notamment d'un robot de portique (20), présente un tourillon de transport ou porteur (78) destiné à rentrer dans un orifice central (35) de la bobine (10... 13),b) la tête de levage (26) présente comme autre organe porteur permettant de saisir et de maintenir la bobine (10... 13) un organe de levage pneumatique, notamment une cloche d'aspiration (69) qui peut être fixée par dépression à une face supérieure de la bobine (10... 13),c) la cloche d'aspiration (69) a de préférence une conformation annulaire conçue pour saisir une bobine (10... 13) dans une zone concentrique à l'orifice central (35) et notamment à proximité directe de celui-ci.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 14 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que la cloche d'aspiration (69) s'appuie de manière réglable par rapport au tourillon porteur (78) sur la tête de levage (26), notamment sur une barre de guidage ou de portage verticale (58) servant de raccordement entre le convoyeur de bobines ou un bras radial de celui-ci et le tourillon porteur (78) de manière à ce que la cloche d'aspiration (69) puisse être fixée dans n'importe quelle position par rapport au tourillon porteur (78), la cloche d'aspiration (69) étant de préférence raccordée à un organe de serrage (75) ou une cartouche de serrage sollicitable par système pneumatique pour la fixation contrôlable de la position de la cloche d'aspiration (69) par blocage de l'organe de serrage.
