Description

GONDOLE A MONTANTS REGLABLES
La présente invention est relative à une gondole pour l'achalandage de marchandises. La présente invention trouvera notamment son application dans les magasins et sera mise en œuvre chez les fabricants d'équipements et de mobiliers pour la Grande Distribution.
L'utilisation des gondoles est très répandue dans les magasins pour exposer les articles de tailles diverses ; l'exposition des articles se fait de manière générale sur les deux faces, avant et arrière, de la gondole, hormis pour les gondoles disposées au contact d'une surface murale. La gondole à deux faces comprend au moins deux montants verticaux disposés à ses extrémités latérales, lesdits montants étant éventuellement fixés sur une embase renforçant la stabilité de ladite gondole. Chaque montant reçoit sur sa face avant et sur sa face arrière au moins une console, ayant une longueur définie, qui s'étend perpendiculairement vers l'avant ou vers l'arrière de la gondole ; la combinaison de quatre consoles disposées sur les faces avant et arrière des deux montants verticaux permettant le support d'une étagère sur laquelle sont exposées les marchandises.
La surface de l'étagère est limitée et permet donc d'exposer un nombre plus ou moins important d'articles selon leur volume dont dépend également la masse. Cela nécessite, par conséquent, de modifier la surface d'étalage, et donc d'augmenter, en proportion équivalente, la longueur des consoles qui supportent ladite étagère et la charge desdits articles. Pour cela, il est nécessaire de modifier les dimensions des consoles et d'augmenter l'épaisseur de la structure des consoles et la hauteur de leur pied qui se fixe sur le montant. Cette conception a également pour inconvénient d' augmenter les contraintes de flexion sur les montants verticaux, qui doivent, de ce fait, être compensées par une augmentation de la section desdits montants verticaux.
La présente invention vise à palier ces inconvénients et a pour but principal de concevoir une gondole à deux faces qui permet de modifier la surface des étagères pour l'adapter à la quantité et au volume des articles à exposer, en favorisant le travail en compression sur les montants plutôt que d'augmenter les contraintes de flexion, ce qui permet avantageusement de réduire leur section qui, de surcroît, travaille favorablement en compression.
A cet effet, l'invention propose une gondole pour l'étalage de marchandises, utilisable notamment dans les magasins, comprenant au moins deux montants verticaux disposés sur les côtés latéraux, chaque montant vertical recevant au moins deux consoles fixées perpendiculairement, dans le même plan, et en opposition sur ledit montant, l'une s' étendant vers l'avant de la gondole et l'autre vers l'arrière, les consoles des deux montants verticaux supportant une étagère qui présente une surface d' étalage sur laquelle sont disposées les marchandises, remarquable en ce lesdits montants verticaux se composent d'une double structure verticale réglable en largeur permettant de modifier la surface d' étalage en conservant les consoles d' origine et en concentrant la charge exercée par les marchandises sur la partie centrale de l'étagère et sur les montants pour favoriser le travail en compression.
D'autres avantages et caractéristiques de la présente invention ressortiront mieux de la description ci-dessous qui est donnée à titre d'exemple non limitatif, en référence aux dessins annexés sur lesquels :

La gondole 1 représentée sur la figure 1, et conforme à l'invention, comprend au moins deux montants verticaux 3, 5, disposés à ses extrémités latérales. Elle comprend éventuellement des montants verticaux supplémentaires 7, en fonction de la longueur souhaitée de ladite gondole 1 ; dans ce cas, les montants supplémentaires 7 sont convenablement répartis entre les deux montants verticaux latéraux 3, 5 et suivant une même disposition.
Les montants 3, 5, 7 sont éventuellement solidaires d'une embase 9 qui contribue à la stabilité de la gondole 1 ; celle-ci est, de préférence, ajustable en fonction de la longueur souhaitée de la gondole, par exemple par ajout successif d'éléments d'embase qui s'adaptent et se fixent par juxtaposition aux éléments déjà en place. La gondole 1 présente deux faces avant et arrière permettant d'exposer des articles et d'y accéder de chaque côté de celle-ci.
Les montants verticaux 3, 5 reçoivent chacun au moins deux consoles 11, 13, 15, 17 fixées sur leurs faces avant et arrière, en s' étendant perpendiculairement et dans des directions opposées. Les consoles 11, 13, 15, 17 sont, de préférence, de longueur identique, et disposées dans un même plan horizontal. Elles servent de support à une étagère 19 présentant une surface d'étalage sur laquelle sont disposées les marchandises qui exercent une charge soumettant les montants verticaux à des contraintes de flexion et de compression.
Il s'avère parfois nécessaire de modifier la surface de l'étagère pour augmenter la capacité de stockage des marchandises, en fonction de leur volume et des besoins quantitatifs, évitant par exemple les réapprovisionnements trop fréquents et garantissant, en permanence, la mise à disposition des produits aux consommateurs. Pour cela, la gondole 1 objet de l'invention est remarquable en ce que les montants verticaux 3, 5, 7 se composent d'une double structure verticale à écartement réglable permettant de modifier et d'augmenter les dimensions de la surface d'étalage de l'étagère 19, en concentrant la charge sur les montants verticaux 3, 5, 7. Ainsi, on conserve tout d'abord les consoles d' origines qui servent au support de l'étagère 19, et ensuite on privilégie l'augmentation de charge sur la partie centrale de la surface d'étalage, à proximité des montants 3, 5, 7, ce qui favorise le travail en compression de la charge sur la double structure verticale des montants, et non le travail en flexion ; tandis que les gondoles, connues de l'art antérieur, nécessitent d'augmenter les dimensions des consoles et tendent à éloigner la charge des montants, d'où un accroissement du travail en flexion. Les montants verticaux 3, 5, 7 se composent d'une double structure verticale, de préférence de section carrée, dont les deux côtés verticaux de la structure 23, 25 sont amovibles et présentent un écartement λ modifiable en fonction de la surface souhaitée des étagères. Les montants comprennent des moyens de réglage 21 de l' écartement λ entre les deux côtés de la structure verticale 23, 25 qui permettent de modifier ledit écartement λ et de rigidifier les montants 3, 5, 7.
Cette conception permet avantageusement de diminuer la section de la double structure des montants 3, 5, 7 qui travaille favorablement en compression, plutôt qu'en flexion ; on réduit ainsi la quantité de matière utilisée, et on renforce la stabilité de la gondole 1. On utilise par exemple un montant 3, 5, 7 composé d'une structure de section carrée de trente millimètres par trente millimètres (30 x 30 mm2), alors qu'un montant habituel de l'art antérieur nécessite une section de l'ordre de quatre vingt dix millimètres par quatre vingt dix millimètres (90 x 90 mm2) . La double structure verticale d'un montant 3, 5, 7 est disposée latéralement sur la gondole 1, le premier côté de la structure 23 étant positionné sur la face avant 27 de la gondole et le second côté de la structure 25 sur la face arrière 29, leur positionnement présentant un écartement λ. Les côtés 23, 25 reçoivent respectivement les consoles avant 11, 13 et arrière 15, 17 qui s'étendent perpendiculairement et dans des directions opposées vers les faces avant 27 et arrière 29 de la gondole 1.
Les moyens de réglage 21 se composent, selon un mode préféré de réalisation, de jeux d' entretoises 31, 32, 33, rigides, dont les différentes longueurs des entretoises correspondent aux différents écartements λ que peuvent avoir les doubles structures verticales des montants et permettent ainsi d'effectuer ledit réglage de l'écartement ; ces longueurs dépendent des différentes dimensions des étagères 19. Selon un mode préférentiel, on utilise deux jeux 31, 33 d' entretoises, disposés aux extrémités supérieure et inférieure des montants verticaux. Les entretoises sont fixées horizontalement sur les faces internes 35, 37 des deux côtés de la structure 23, 25 de chaque montant 3, 5, 7.
La rigidité des entretoises contribue au renfort des montants à double structure ; ces entretoises servent également, en complément des consoles, de support d'étagère. Pour cela, chaque montant 3, 5, 7 dispose, de préférence, d'autant de jeux d' entretoises intermédiaires 32 que d'étagères 19 de présentation des articles, les entretoises étant disposées à des hauteurs identiques à celles des consoles.
Les côtés 23, 25 comprennent, de préférence sur chacune de leurs faces, des orifices (non représentés) répartis uniformément sur toute la hauteur des montants, susceptibles de coopérer avec des crochets (non représentés) disposés sur l'extrémité arrière 39 des consoles et sur les extrémités 41, 43 des entretoises rigides, pour permettre leur fixation.
Selon une variante de conception, les moyens de réglage 21 de l'écartement entre les deux côtés de la double structure verticale 23, 25 sont constitués par des entretoises réglables en longueur en fonction de l'écartement λ désiré. Les entretoises sont, par exemple, constituées de deux demi-barres rigides (non représentées) montées en glissière l'une par rapport à l'autre et munies de moyens d'arrêt en translation. Les deux demi-barres ont leur première extrémité 41, 43 en forme de crochet qui s'emboîte et se fixe dans un orifice sur la face interne 35, 37 de l'un ou l'autre des deux côtés 23, 25 du montant 3, 5, 7, et leur seconde extrémité montée à coulisseau et rigidifié l'une par rapport l'autre, par exemple, par boulonnage ou par une goupille. Cette conception permet avantageusement de modifier la longueur des entretoises et de la régler en fonction de l' écartement λ recherché, et ainsi utiliser un seul type d' entretoise pour toutes les dimensions d'étagères qu'est susceptible de recevoir la gondole. L'étagère 19 se compose, selon un mode préférentiel de réalisation, de trois éléments adjacents 45, 47, 49, de type plateau ou tablette, qui constituent la surface d'étalage des articles. Les deux tablettes extrêmes 45, 47 sont disposées sur la face avant 27 et sur la face arrière 29 de la gondole 1, l'une 47 reposant sur les consoles avant 11, 13 et l'autre 45 sur les consoles arrière 15, 17. Ces deux tablettes extrêmes 45, 47 présentent une profondeur qui correspond à la longueur des consoles 11, 13, 15, 17. Le troisième élément 49, central et amovible, est constitué, selon ce premier mode de réalisation, par une gamme de tablettes, interchangeables, de différentes dimensions, permettant de modifier les dimensions de la surface d'étalage de l'étagère 19. Cette gamme de tablettes 49 est adaptée au jeu d' entretoises, chaque tablette de la gamme correspondant à une entretoise particulière du jeu.
Ainsi, on modifie la surface d'une gondole 1 en retirant l'élément central 49 de l'étagère 19 et les entretoises 31, 32, 33 disposées sur les montants verticaux 3, 5, 7, puis en modifiant l'écartement λ, par la mise en place des entretoises 31, 32, 33 correspondant à l'écartement λ désiré, et enfin en positionnant la tablette centrale 49 de surface correspondant aux dimensions des entretoises 31, 33 mises en place. Selon une variante de conception, l'élément central de l'étagère 19 est constitué d'une tablette centrale 49 réglable en profondeur pour modifier les dimensions de sa surface en rapport avec celles de l'étagère. Dans ce cas, la tablette 49 est composée de deux éléments 51, 53 montés en liaison glissière l'un par rapport à l'autre, permettant d'adapter la profondeur de ladite tablette 49 en fonction de l'écartement λ recherché.
Selon un mode de réalisation, les tablettes extrêmes 45, 47, ainsi que la tablette centrale 49 réglable ou constituée d'une gamme, comprennent sur leurs côtés latéraux 55, 57 des moyens de fixation (non représentés), par exemple du type crochets, qui s'adaptent sur les consoles 11, 13, 15, 17 et sur les jeux d' entretoises 31, 32, 33, afin de permettre leur support et leur maintien en position lorsque la gondole est assemblée.
Selon un mode préférentiel de réalisation, l'extrémité inférieure des montants verticaux 3, 5, 7 se termine en forme de pieds 59, 61, l'un 59 solidaire du côté de la structure 23 et s' étendant perpendiculairement vers l'avant 27 de la gondole 1, et l'autre 61 solidaire du côté de la structure 25 et s' étendant perpendiculairement vers l'arrière 29. Ces pieds 59, 61 contribuent, seuls ou en combinaison avec l'embase 9 sur laquelle ils sont fixés, à renforcer la stabilité de la gondole 1.
Ainsi, les moyens de réglages de la gondole 1 selon l'invention permettent de modifier l'écartement entre les deux côtés verticaux de la structure 23, 25 et servent également de support de la tablette centrale, le réglage étant mis en œuvre soit par remplacement de l' entretoise rigide par une autre de dimension différente, soit par ajustage de l' entretoise réglable à l'écartement souhaité.
D'autres modes de réalisation de la gondole pourront être envisagés par l'homme du métier sans pour autant sortir du cadre de la présente invention.

1 - Gondole (1) pour l'étalage de marchandises, utilisable notamment dans les magasins, comprenant au moins deux montants verticaux (3, 5, 7) disposés sur les côtés latéraux, chaque montant vertical (3, 5, 7) recevant au moins deux consoles (11, 13, 15, 17) fixées perpendiculairement et en opposition sur le montant vertical (3, 5, 7), l'une (11, 13) s'étendant vers l'avant (27) de la gondole (1) et l'autre (15, 17) vers l'arrière (29), les consoles (11, 13, 15, 17) des deux montants verticaux (3, 5, 7) supportant une étagère (19) qui présente une surface d' étalage sur laquelle sont disposées les marchandises, caractérisée en ce que lesdits montants verticaux (3, 5, 7) se composent d'une double structure verticale réglable en largeur permettant de modifier la surface d'étalage en conservant les consoles (11, 13, 15, 17) d'origine et en concentrant la charge exercée par les marchandises sur la partie centrale de l'étagère (19) et sur les montants (3, 5, 7) pour favoriser le travail en compression.
2 - Gondole (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que les montants verticaux (3, 5, 7) comprennent des moyens de réglage (21) de l' écartement (λ) entre les deux côtés de la structure verticale (23, 25).
3 - Gondole (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de réglage (21) sont constitués par des jeux d' entretoises (31, 32, 33) assemblés horizontalement entre la double structure (23, 25) pour la rigidifier et garantir un écartement (λ) identique sur chaque montant vertical (3, 5, 7) .
4 - Gondole (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de réglage (21) sont constitués par des entretoises composées de deux demi- barres montées en glissière l'une par rapport à l'autre permettant de modifier l'écartement (λ) .
5 - Gondole (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que l'étagère (19) se compose de trois éléments (45, 47, 49), deux tablettes extrêmes (45, 47), l'une (47) reposant sur les consoles avant (11, 13) et l'autre (45) sur les consoles arrière (15, 17), et le troisième élément central (49) constitué d'une gamme de tablettes interchangeables reposant sur les entretoises (32) .
6 - Gondole (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que l'étagère (19) se compose de deux tablettes extrêmes (45, 47), l'une (47) reposant sur les consoles avant (11, 13) et l'autre (45) sur les consoles arrière (15, 17), et d'une tablette centrale (49) munie de moyens de réglage (51, 53) et reposant sur les entretoises (32).
7 - Gondole (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que la structure (23, 25) des montants (3, 5, 7) présente une section carrée de trente millimètres par trente millimètres.
