- From the DE 198 55 318 C1 is a packaging for medicines in the form of a carton combination for at least two different primary packaging known containing transdermal patches on the one hand and capsules, in the form of a cardboard box that collects them collectively, with an adequate receiving space for loose successive insertable, single rectangular pavement.
- a blister pack that has a well assembly with two well parts, each containing a set of wells.
- the wells of one well portion are offset from the wells of the other well portion such that the wells of the two well portions engage one another after folding.
- a guard unit includes two striker panels, preferably with an intermediate panel defined by two fold lines, whereby the guard unit can be folded along the fold lines.
- a support unit is connected to the cup arrangement such that the wells of at least one well portion are aligned with the at least one hole.
- Such packages are usually made on specialized machines that produce the folding packages from a flat, usually single-ply cut by means of folding.
- the blister and any patient information to be inserted are glued or sealed in an intermediate step of the folding process.
- a package is also provided for a blister reminding of taking the medication in a particular order.
- the blister pack according to the features of claim 1 has the advantage that it is constructed substantially like a conventional carton, but is suitable through the fixing tabs to fix the at least one blister to be packaged in the blister pack.
- a slightly modified horizontal cartoning machine Existing horizontal cartoning machines, which conventionally package blisters in folding cartons, can now be easily converted to the new blister packaging.
- This novel blister pack is also referred to as wallet packaging, as it can be opened in the form of a purse.
- the preparation of the wallet packaging can be done on a longitudinal seam gluing machine, as with ordinary folding boxes. Special wallet machines, which are very expensive, are no longer needed.
- the inventive method for packaging a blister in the blister pack also has the advantage that the mechanism of the packaging machine is oriented to a horizontal cartoner by the lateral insertion of the blister in the erected carton. In an introduction of the blister during the folding of the blank can thus be dispensed with.
- blister pack 10 consists of a rectangular-shaped base panel 14 which has recesses 16 or at least one perforation 18 for such a recess 16 according to the geometry of a blister 36 to be packaged.
- the geometry of the fixing tabs 22 is selected so that they in the folded state, the recesses 16th do not cover to allow product removal.
- Indicated by dashed lines is an optional formation 19 which has a greater width in the middle of the fixing tab 22 in order to give the blister 36 to be fixed more attack surface.
- a stabilizing flap 20 is provided over a folding line 21, the width of which is oriented substantially at the width of a first side wall 24 arranged on the other side of the base panel 14.
- the first side wall 24 is connected via a fold line 23 with the other longitudinal side of the base panel 14, on the other hand via another fold line 25 with a bottom panel 26.
- the base of the bottom panel 26 is substantially consistent with the base of the base panel 14.
- About a fold line 27 closes
- a second side wall 28 which has substantially the same width as the first side wall 24.
- Via a folding line 29, the second side wall 28 is connected to a closing field 30.
- the closing field 30 has essentially the same base area as the base field 14.
- an adhesive 31 can be applied to the closing field 30, which in the folded state connects the closing field 30 to the base field 14.
- the adhesive 31 may lead to reclosability of the closure panel 30 and base panel 14, particularly when using a hot glue.
- the width of the stabilizing tab does not have to be oriented on the side wall 24. It could also be several tabs.
- FIG. 2 shows a separate inner part 32, which mecanicausteilaus traditions 34 has.
- the inner part recesses 34 are designed so that they can be placed over the wells of the blister 36.
- FIG. 3 shows an opened blister pack 10, wherein on the base panel 14 of the blister 36 was placed with the opposite sides of the cups.
- the inner part 32 is located above the wells of the blister 36.
- the fixing tabs 22 connected to the base panel 14 via the fixing tab folding lines 15 are folded inwards and thus surround the blister 36 with the inner part 32 arranged thereon.
- FIG. 4 shows a folded blister pack 10.
- the closure panel 30 and base panel 14 are joined together, for example, by the adhesive 31.
- Products in the blister 36 can now be removed from the wells of the blister 36 via the recesses 16, which are arranged in register with the wells of the blister 36.
- the blister 36 is held in this overlapping position by the fixing tabs 22 directly or indirectly on the optionally launched inner part 32 in position.
- FIG. 5 shows an individual step in the packaging of the blister 36 in the blister pack 10.
- a glue order 42 This serves in particular to stabilize the blister 36 when an inner part 32 - again only optional - on the Blister 36 should be arranged in overlap of the cups.
- the inner part 32 is placed on the blister 36 by an inner part feed 44.
- the blister pack 10 is prepared as a folding box 12 and stored in a memory.
- a carton erecting unit 48 undertakes the erection of the flat. Folding box 12, so that the side of the blister 36 can be introduced with applied inner part 32.

Such packages are usually made on specialized machines that produce the folding packages from a flat, usually single-ply cut by means of folding. The blister and any patient information to be inserted are glued or sealed in an intermediate step of the folding process.
Such machines are usually only for the production of these foldable blister packs to use.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a blister pack which can be filled by a conventional horizontal cartoner with at least one blister, to be made to the horizontal cartoner only minor modifications. This object is achieved by the features contained in the characterizing part of claim 1 or by the features of
The blister pack according to the features of claim 1 has the advantage that it is constructed substantially like a conventional carton, but is suitable through the fixing tabs to fix the at least one blister to be packaged in the blister pack. By ajar to a carton form of packaging, it is now possible to pack blisters and possibly leaflets by means of a slightly modified horizontal cartoning machine. Existing horizontal cartoning machines, which conventionally package blisters in folding cartons, can now be easily converted to the new blister packaging. This novel blister pack is also referred to as wallet packaging, as it can be opened in the form of a purse. The preparation of the wallet packaging can be done on a longitudinal seam gluing machine, as with ordinary folding boxes. Special wallet machines, which are very expensive, are no longer needed.
The inventive method for packaging a blister in the blister pack also has the advantage that the mechanism of the packaging machine is oriented to a horizontal cartoner by the lateral insertion of the blister in the erected carton. In an introduction of the blister during the folding of the blank can thus be dispensed with.
Further expedient developments emerge from further dependent claims and from the description.
