Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil destinés à une oscillation intégrée à relaxation commandée en tension. Un circuit oscillatoire, destiné à transmettre un signal d'horloge, est utilisé, lequel comprend une source de courant (12) comportant une première entrée configurée pour recevoir un premier potentiel de référence et une seconde entrée configurée pour recevoir un signal présentant une période prédéterminée, ainsi qu'un oscillateur commandé en tension (VCO) (14) relié à la source de courant. La source de courant comprend une première capacité (CY) et est configurée pour générer un courant de référence directement proportionnel à la première capacité. L'oscillateur VCO comporte une entrée configurée pour recevoir le courant de référence. L'oscillateur VCO comprend une seconde capacité (CX) et est configuré pour générer le signal d'horloge présentant une période directement proportionnelle au rapport de la seconde capacité sur la première capacité.
