Claims (13)

  1. Meuble avec au moins une partie (1, 2, 31) automatiquement mobile, ladite partie étant adaptée à être déplacée non manuellement par rapport au reste du meuble, comportant : un dispositif destiné à détecter des collisions de la partie automatiquement mobile avec des obstacles, un mécanisme d'avance automatique, qui est adapté à déplacer la partie mobile, un dispositif de commande, qui est adapté à commander le mécanisme d'avance automatique, et un capteur (4) qui est adapté à détecter et transmettre au dispositif de commande une collision de la partie mobile avec un obstacle, lors du mouvement de celle-ci, caractérisé en ce que le capteur est adapté à détecter une variation de la flexion de la partie mobile, le capteur (4) comporte un matériau piézoélectrique (42), et le capteur (4) est un diaphragme piézoélectrique destiné à générer des signaux de commutation.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel le capteur (4) est monté sur la partie mobile (1, 2, 31) à un emplacement de montage, au niveau duquel un couple de flexion moyennement élevé est appliqué dans le cas d'une collision.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel le capteur (4) est monté sur la partie mobile (1, 2, 31) à un emplacement de montage, au niveau duquel un fléchissement moyennement élevé est appliqué dans le cas d'une collision, au lieu d'un couple de flexion.
  4. Dispositif selon les deux revendications précédentes, dans lequel le meuble est une table réglable en hauteur, qui comporte au moins un pied de table (3) réglable en hauteur et l'emplacement de montage est situé dans la zone d'extrémité supérieure de celui-ci.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, dans lequel le meuble est une table réglable en hauteur, qui comporte au moins un pied de table (3) réglable en hauteur et le pied de table (3) est creux et l'emplacement de montage est situé sur une face intérieure (36) radiale du pied de table.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3, dans lequel le meuble est une table réglable en hauteur, qui comporte au moins un pied de table (3) réglable en hauteur, à l'extrémité supérieure duquel est prévue une plaque supplémentaire (35) et l'emplacement de montage est situé sur la plaque supplémentaire.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel la plaque supplémentaire (35) s'avance au-delà du pourtour du pied de table (3), et l'emplacement de montage est situé en dehors du pourtour extérieur de l'extrémité supérieure du pied de table.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3, dans lequel le meuble est une table réglable en hauteur, qui comporte au moins un pied de table (3) réglable en hauteur et un plateau de table (1), qui est assemblé indirectement ou directement au pied de table, et l'emplacement de montage est situé à proximité immédiate de la zone d'extrémité supérieure du pied de table.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3, dans lequel le meuble est une table réglable en hauteur, qui comporte au moins un pied de table (3) réglable en hauteur et un plateau de table (1), ledit plateau de table est assemblé à une structure de support (2) qui comporte une plaque de support (22) horizontale qui est assemblée au pied de table, et l'emplacement de montage est situé sur la plaque de support en face de la zone d'extrémité supérieure du pied de table.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel l'emplacement de montage est situé sur la plaque de support (22) de manière adjacente à la zone d'extrémité supérieure du pied de table (3) ou ledit emplacement de montage est situé sur le côté opposé sur l'autre face de la plaque de montage (22).
  11. Procédé destiné à détecter des collisions ou une manoeuvre de collision entre des parties automatiquement mobiles de meubles et des obstacles, un meuble selon une des revendications de dispositif étant mis à disposition, le procédé comportant en outre les étapes :
    1) utilisation du mécanisme d'avance automatique par le dispositif de commande pour déplacer la partie mobile dans un sens prédéterminé ;
    2) détection d'une variation de la flexion d'un emplacement de montage de la partie mobile par le capteur, en cas de collision de la partie mobile avec un obstacle, par les étapes variation d'un aplatissement ou d'un allongement du matériau piézoélectrique lors de la variation de la flexion de l'emplacement de la partie mobile, et production d'un signal électrique par le matériau piézoélectrique lors de la variation de l'aplatissement ou de l'allongement ;
    3) transmission d'un signal depuis le capteur vers le dispositif de commande ;
    4) immobilisation du mécanisme d'avance automatique par le dispositif de commande.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication de procédé précédente, dans lequel la détection de la variation de la flexion est effectuée à un emplacement de montage qui présente une déformation par flexion moyennement élevée dans le cas d'une collision.
  13. Procédé selon l'une des revendications de procédé précédentes, dans lequel les étapes sont suivies de l'étape de mouvement de retour de la partie mobile sur une distance prédéfinie dans le sens opposé au sens de déplacement précédent.
