Definitions
- the present invention relates to a textile cross-elastic hose, in particular for Use as a spacer in spacer textiles, for example in a spacer mat.
- textile 3-D structures the defined product properties such as pressure relief and regulation of heat and liquid transport known, e.g. in shoes or in wheelchairs or car seats and in reclining areas.
- pressure relief and regulation of heat and liquid transport known, e.g. in shoes or in wheelchairs or car seats and in reclining areas.
- spacer textiles or spacer mats known in which spacers in shape one or more textile hoses are arranged, through which a ventilation for Air conditioning of the respective application areas, eg. B. is made possible in car seats, the textile hoses by a punctually potentially very high pressure load due to the Body weight of a passenger compressed beyond the elastic range and bend or collapse laterally, evading the pressure, or too undergo a plastic elongation.
- the elastic resilience of the as hoses trained spacers and they are no longer fully functional.
- the invention is based on the object, a textile cross-elastic hose, in particular for use as a spacer in spacer textiles in a reproducible To suggest elasticity, which avoids the disadvantages known from the prior art or at least greatly minimized, e.g. B. a shrinkage of the resilience of the As hoses trained spacers is avoided.
- the object is achieved with a textile hose, in particular for use as Spacer in spacer textiles, according to claim 1.
- the textile tube according to the invention can be, for example, in the seat of Motor vehicle seats create an optimal seating environment.
- the through the elastic acting Length-stable training of the hose essentially guaranteed maintenance of a Distance between a passenger sitting in the vehicle and the seat pad leads to an unanticipated advantageous air conditioning of the driver, as a rear ventilation by the radial or transverse elastic hose is ensured.
- the seating comfort for the passenger is also increased. It can be a "healthy" car seat produce. If skillful Application of a provided with the hose according to the invention spacer mat can be create a real air cushion in the seating area, which is the basis for seat air conditioning systems can be.
- a highly stable textile hose which is characterized by constant elasticity and length stability distinguished.
- a complete flattening can because of in the Hose circumference incorporated length-stable facilities but not take place. This results in relief a steady "spring back" to the starting position and thus the desired flexibility.
- the just mentioned length stability of the monofilament tube At pressure load can by a firm binding of the hose into the respective textile fabrics or by a fusion of the hose ends by heat (at Weaving in the correct width) or by means of a special hose manufacturing process get supported.
- Equally advantageous is a processing of the hose according to the invention in a spacer mat as a clutch in endless form.
- the Spacer mat according to the invention which can be used as an insert in existing seating and / or back structures ensure a significantly improved constant ventilation. This is especially about creating an optimal microclimate and through a constant springing back of the material of the spacer mat the blood circulation of a person who For example, on a equipped with the spacer mat seat according to the invention has taken to encourage.
- the Blood circulation By unflat sitting a passenger on a seat, which with a Abstandsmatte is provided, in which the hose according to the invention is arranged, is the Blood circulation also stimulated. The oxygen content in the blood increases and so does the Concentration ability of the passenger. This has in particular the driver of a vehicle Benefits that do not need to be highlighted.
- the materials of the hose according to the invention are all from the same material, such as polypropylene.
- the choice of material polypropylene also has the advantage that a thermal connection of the material with neighboring materials is very easy to perform by melting.
- the hose according to the invention is in addition to the previously discussed applications for Other applications can be used, for example for installation in filter systems, in particular here in sewage treatment plants.
- a use of the hose in all areas, in which it is an air-conditioning of a man ummantelnden or surrounding Garment or piece of furniture is, with great advantage.
- a hose can be produced at its manufacture by the braiding or round crochet method spherical or zylinderisches elastic filling material is introduced into the tube.
- With the contents is advantageously but also the introduction of adaptive systems for temperature adaptation, transfer systems (active substances) or systems of micro- and nanotechnology possible.
- the actual distance may be beyond the diameter of the particular spacer significantly above the previously known strength of max. 15 mm can be increased.
- the medically-based bioactive, pressure-reducing effect as well the incorporation of contents and active ingredients is particularly flexible textile techniques consideration.
- clothing can be produced, for. B. with magnets filled bags for pain treatment.
- magnets filled bags for pain treatment.
- each different, advantageous for the particular purpose filling materials are conceivable such as beads (EPP foam beads, ESP, etc.), foam, gel, pellets (for example Herbs), plant seeds, metallic, in particular magnetic material, capsules, chemical and natural substances, micro sponges, etc.
- FIG. 1 shows diagrammatically and only qualitatively a braided hose 50 from the side, which is braided from individual threads 51 in a conventionally known manner.
- the one shown here hollow braided hose 50 is advantageously braided from monofilament 51, the the braided hose gives a radially elastic property in the direction of arrow D.
- the double arrows D should indicate the direction of force, the one as a spacer built in a spacer mat, produced by the process according to the invention Hose acting when, for example, in a car seat in use, i. if a person sits on the distance mat and pressure in the direction of the double arrows D exercises.
- threads 52 are attached in the peripheral region, which are at the threads 51 are attached. This is a free in the longitudinal direction of the braided tube 50 extending Movement and thus a length is no longer possible.
- One beside the thread 52 The example of Figure 1 additionally attached length-stable device is the band 53, the in a similar manner as the thread 52 is adhered to the threads 51 of the tube 50. to In a better overview of FIG. 1, the threads 52 and the band 53 were shown via the one shown here Hose piece outgoing shown.
- Figure 2 shows the hose shown from the side in Figure 1 from the front, i. in Seen hose axis direction.
- FIG. 1 An advantageous development of the hose according to the invention is shown in FIG.
- the here after a braiding pattern threads 61 and 61 a cross each other constantly and close in axially parallel direction extending length-stable devices 62, 63 in Form of, for example, threads or even Kleinstflechtschläuchen, which is stable in length Devices in turn with the hose forming threads 61 and 61 a stapled are such that an elongation of the hose due to a radial pressure acting on it not possible.
- FIG. 4 shows a further advantageous embodiment of the hose 70 according to the invention Shape of spiral tubes 71 and 71 a formed from textile threads.
- the spiral tube 71 a with a larger diameter and a higher pitch encloses the spiral tube 71, on the other hand, of smaller diameter and smaller pitch and is at points of contact with this attached to the spiral tube 71 a, with the result that a radial force in the direction of the double arrow D on the spiral tube 70 does not lead to an elongation of the Spiral tube in a direction perpendicular to the double arrows D leads, but the length of the spiral tube 70 remains stable.
- the spiral tube 71 a can in the spiral tube 71 by means adhered to a thermal fusion bond or other adhesive bond become.
- inventive tubes When using such trained as spiral hoses inventive tubes possible processing of endless hoses in the production of spacer mats is particularly advantageous, especially if the hose, e.g. after the long shot technique applied and knitted into a knitted fabric, or if the hose is which is known from DE 196 21 382 C2, is registered and between two crocheted or knitted fabrics are arranged as spacers.
- the textile hose according to the invention can be reinforced with additional elastic Packings are provided, the dimensional stability of the hose under pressure can still increase.
