Claims (10)
- Rückstromsicherungsventil für Abgasanlagen mit einem als Einschub in eine Abgasleitung einsetzbaren Ventilträger (2), dessen eine Stirnseite (4) eine in ihrem oberen Bereich daran angelenkte Rückschlagklappe (6) trägt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückschlagklappe (6) aus flexiblem Material besteht und nahe ihrem oberen Rand mittels einer Rastverbindung (7) am Ventilträger (2) angebracht ist.
- Rückstromsicherungsventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Rückschlagklappe (6) tragende Stirnseite (4) geneigt ist.
- Rückstromsicherungsventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit der flexiblen Rückschlagklappe (6) verschließbare Stirnseite (4) des Ventilträgers (2) mehrere Stützstege (11) aufweist, an denen die flexible Rückschlagklappe (6) zur Anlage kommt.
- Rückstromsicherungsventil nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützstege (11) an ihrer der Rückschlagklappe (6) zugewandten Seite vorstehende Noppen (12) oder Vorsprünge aufweisen.
- Rückstromsicherungsventil nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützstege (11) parallel und im Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Rückstromsicherungsventil nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Stützstege (11) von einem oberen, die Rastverbindung (10) aufweisenden Flächenstück (14) schräg nach unten zum unteren Bereich der Stirnseite (4) des Ventilträgers (2) erstrecken.
- Rückstromsicherungsventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexible Rückschlagklappe (6) an ihrem Rand eine zum Ventilträger (2) hin vorspringende und stirnseitig daran anliegende Rippe (13) aufweist.
- Rückstromsicherungsventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastverbindung (7) zwei jeweils mit einem verdickten Kopf (8) versehene, an der Rückschlagklappe (6) angeformte Rastzapfen (9) aufweist, die jeweils in eine Rastöffnung (10) des Ventilträgers (2) eingerastet sind.
- Rückstromsicherungsventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexible Rückschlagklappe (6) Versteifungsrippen (15) aufweist.
- Rückstromsicherungsventil nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versteifungsrippen (15) auf der vom Ventilträger (2) abgekehrten Außenseite (16) der Rückschlagklappe (6) ausgebildet sind.
