Claims (15)
- Sammelvorrichtung zum Zusammentragen von Bögen (14, 14', 14"), insbesondere bedruckten Papierbögen, zur Bildung eines Bogenstapels mit folgenden Merkmalen:einem Drehkörper (1), der um seine Achse (A) drehbar gelagert ist,einem Antrieb, mit dem der Drehkörper (1) in Rotation versetzbar ist,wenigstens einem Festhaltemechanismus (4), der eine Mehrzahl von Bögen (14, 14', 14") in Form eines Bogenstapels im Bereich ihrer in Drehrichtung vorlaufenden Kante (15, 15') an der Aussenfläche (3) des Drehkörpers (1) festzuhalten imstande ist,Steuermitteln zum Betätigen des Festhaltemechanismus (4),wobei ein ankommender Bogen (14, 14', 14") während der Rotation des Drehkörpers (1) vom Festhaltemechanismus (4) derart aufgenommen und festgehalten wird, dass seine vorlaufende Kante (15, 15') bündig zur vorlaufenden Kante des Bogenstapels aufgenommen wird.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Festhaltemechanismus (4) wenigstens ein erstes Festhalteelement (5) und wenigstens ein zweites Festhalteelement (6) umfasst, die unabhängig voneinander betätigbar sind und einzelne Bögen (14, 14', 14") bzw. den Bogenstapel festzuhalten imstande sind.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wenigstens eine erste Festhalteelement (5) einen verschwenkbaren Finger (7) umfasst, der in einem geöffneten Zustand des Festhalteelements (5) einen Anschlag (8c) für die vorlaufende Kante (15, 15') des ankommenden Bogens (14, 14', 14") bildet und den Bogen (14, 14', 14") in einem geschlossenen Zustand des Festhalteelements (5) mit dem Bogenstapel zusammenhält.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wenigstens eine zweite Festhalteelement (6) Bögen (14, 14', 14") mechanisch oder mittels elektrostatischer Aufladung festhält, insbesondere einen Greifer, eine Klammer, einen Niederhalter oder eine Führungsrolle umfasst.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Zuführeinrichtung (12) zum Zuführen von Bögen (14, 14', 14") in einer im wesentlichen tangential zur Aussenfläche (3) des Drehkörpers (1) verlaufenden Ebene, wobei die Zuführeinrichtung (12) vorzugsweise einen Förderriemen oder einen Fördertisch umfasst.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Wegführeinrichtung (13) zum Wegführen von Bogenstapeln in einer im wesentlichen tangential zur Aussenfläche (3) des Drehkörpers (1) verlaufenden Ebene, wobei die Wegführeinrichtung vorzugsweise einen Förderriemen oder einen Fördertisch umfasst.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Umfang des Drehkörpers (1) wenigstens so gross wie die Länge des grössten mit der Sammelvorrichtung zu verarbeitenden Bogenformats ist.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb den Drehkörper (1) zu einer ungleichförmigen Bewegung anzutreiben imstande ist.
- Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Sammelvorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche mit folgenden Schritten:a) Betätigen des Festhaltemechanismus (4) in einer ersten Stellung (Übernahmestellung) des Drehkörpers zum Festhalten wenigstens eines zugeführten Bogens (14, 14', 14") im Bereich seiner in Drehrichtung vorlaufenden Kante (15, 15'), wobei der Bogen (14, 14', 14") derart aufgenommen und festgehalten wird, dass seine vorlaufende Kante (15, 15') bündig zur vorlaufenden Kante der gegebenenfalls bereits vom Festhaltemechanismus (4) aufgenommenen Bögen (14, 14', 14") aufgenommen wird;b) Rotation des Drehkörpers (1) bis zu einer zweiten Stellung (Abgabestellung) des Drehkörpers (1);c1) Rotation des Drehkörpers (1) bis zu der Übernahmestellung des Drehkörpers (1) und Wiederholung der Schritte a) und b), falls die Anzahl der gesammelten Bögen (14, 14', 14") geringer als die Anzahl der zu sammelnden Bögen (14, 14', 14") ist;
oderc2) Betätigen des Festhaltemechanismus (4) in der Abgabestellung des Drehkörpers (1) zum Lösen des bzw. der festgehaltenen Bögen (14, 14', 14"), falls die Anzahl der gesammelten Bögen (14, 14', 14") der Anzahl der zu sammelnden Bögen (14, 14', 14") entspricht. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rotationsgeschwindigkeit des Drehkörpers (1) an den Abstand angepasst wird, den die vorlaufenden Kanten (15, 15') der Bögen (14, 14', 14") beim Zuführen zu der Sammelvorrichtung haben.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rotationsgeschwindigkeit des Drehkörpers (1) ungleichförmig ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bögen (14, 14', 14") der Sammelvorrichtung kontinuierlich mit einer Zuführgeschwindigkeit vz zugeführt werden und die Rotationsgeschwindigkeit des Drehkörpers (1) derart an die Zuführgeschwindigkeit vz angepasst wird, dass die Bahngeschwindigkeit vB der die Bögen (14, 14', 14") übernehmenden Elemente des Festhaltemechanismus (4) vor und beim Erreichen der Übernahmestellung geringer ist als die Zuführgeschwindigkeit vz und nach der Übernahme der Bögen (14, 14', 14") vorzugsweise erhöht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Festhaltemechanismus (4) wenigstens ein erstes Festhalteelement (5) und wenigstens ein zweites Festhalteelement (6) umfasst, die unabhängig voneinander derart betätigt werden, dass folgendes gilt:von der Übernahmestellung bis zu einer ersten Zwischenstellung wird der bereits festgehaltene Bogenstapel durch das wenigstens eine zweite Festhalteelement (6) und ein neu aufgenommener Bogen nur durch das wenigstens eine erste Festhalteelement (5) gehalten;von der ersten Zwischenstellung bis zu einer zweiten Zwischenstellung wird der Bogenstapel einschliesslich des neu aufgenommenen Bogens durch das wenigstens eine erste Festhalteelement (5) und durch das wenigstens eine zweite Festhalteelement (6) gehalten;von der zweiten Zwischenstellung bis zu der Übernahmestellung wird der Bogenstapel einschliesslich des neu aufgenommene Bogens nur durch das wenigstens eine zweite Festhalteelement (6) gehalten, während das wenigstens eine erste Festhalteelement (5) zur Aufnahme und zum Festhalten eines weiteren Bogens bereit ist.
- Verwendung einer Sammelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-8 zum Sammeln von sequentiell bedruckten und zugeführten Bögen.
- Verwendung einer Sammelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-8 zur Herstellung eines Druckerzeugnisses, insbesondere einer Zeitung, mittels einer Digitaldruckmaschine.
