Claims (15)
- Spannzangenanordnung an einem Werktisch mit einer ersten und einer dazu parallelen zweiten Spannfläche, wobei die Spannflächen relativ zueinander geführt verschiebbar und unter Einschluss eines Werkstücks in Richtung der Flächennormalen verspannbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine der beiden Spannflächen zumindest teilweise mit einer Schicht aus einem elastisch zusammendrückbaren Material versehen ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material eine Shore-Härte von wenigstens 60, insbesondere von wenigstens 70 aufweist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material eine Shore-Härte von höchstens 85, insbesondere von höchstens 80 aufweist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material einen Zusammendrückungswert von wenigstens 15 %, insbesondere von wenigstens 25 % aufweist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material einen Zusammendrückungswert von höchstens 60 %, insbesondere von höchstens 40 % aufweist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material in entspanntem Zustand eine Schichtdicke von wenigstens 2 mm, insbesondere von wenigstens 3 mm aufweist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material in entspanntem Zustand eine Schichtdicke von höchstens 8 mm, insbesondere höchstens 6 mm aufweist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Werkstück zugewandte Oberfläche des Materials rutschhemmend ausgebildet ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material als Platte auf die Spannfläche aufgeklebt ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material Kork enthält.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material Gummi, Kautschuk und/oder Latex enthält.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 10 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material Gummikautschuk ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannfläche eine Massivholzoberfläche ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Spannfläche an einer lösbar am Werktisch befestigbaren Spannbacke ausgebildet und mit dem Material versehen ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Spannfläche durch eine Seitenfläche der Werktischplatte gebildet und nicht mit dem Material versehen ist.
