Claims (11)
- Gasbrenner mit Innenflamme, mit einem Gasinjektor (1), einem Unterdruck- oder Venturirohr (2), das eine primäre Lufteinführung sicherstellt, einem Tiegel (3) und einer Kappe (4), wobei die Kappe den Tiegel überdeckt und eine mit dem Tiegel verbundene Ringkammer (5) zur Verteilung eines brennbaren Gemisches aus Luft und Gas begrenzt, wobei die Kammer (5) einen Innenrand (51) aufweist, der das Zentrum (50) dieser Kammer umschließt und der durch Austrittsöffnungen (510) für Flammen durchbrochen ist, und wobei das Unterdruckrohr (2) einen für die Umgebungsluft offenen Eingang (20) aufweist, wobei ein erster und ein zweiter Abschnitt (21, 22) in Längsrichtung jeweils ein konvergierendes und ein divergierendes Profil aufweist, und einen Ausgang (23) aufweist, der in der Ringkammer (5) mündet, wobei der erste Abschnitt (21) am Eingang (20) des Rohrs (2) beginnt, wobei der zweite Abschnitt (22) dem ersten Abschnitt (21) folgt und am Ausgang (23) des Rohrs endet, wobei der Injektor (1) dem Eingang (20) des Unterdruckrohrs (2) relativ näher als dem Ausgang (23) dieses Rohrs ist, und wobei sich das Unterdruckrohr (2) in Längsrichtung entlang einer Achse (X) erstreckt, die im wesentlichen in einer Mittelebene (P) der Ringkammer (5) liegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses Rohr (2) eine Länge (L2) höchstens gleich dem Doppelten des größten Abstandes (R) aufweist, der den Innenrand (51) der Kammer (5) vom Zentrum (50) dieser Kammer trennt, dass das Rohr (2) in der Kammer (5) in einer radialen Richtung in Bezug zum Innenrand (51) derselben mündet, und dass diese Kammer (5) mit einem Hindernis (6) zur Verteilung des brennbaren Gemisches entsprechend einem Kreisbogen versehen ist und zwischen dem Ausgang (23) des Rohrs (2) und wenigstens einigen der Austrittsöffnungen (510) der Flammen, die gegenüber diesem Ausgang (23) angeordnet sind, angeordnet ist.
- Gasbrenner mit Innenflamme nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenrand (51) der Ringkammer (5) ringförmig ist.
- Gasbrenner mit Innenflamme nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge (L2) des Rohrs (2) höchstens gleich dem Durchmesser (2.R) des Innenrandes (51) der Kammer (5) ist.
- Gasbrenner mit Innenflamme nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge (L2) des Rohrs (2) höchstens gleich dem Radius (R) des Innenrandes (51) der Kammer (5) ist.
- Gasbrenner mit Innenflamme nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgang (23) des Rohrs (2) in der Mittelebene (P) und senkrecht zur Mittelebene (P) jeweils eine Länge (L23) und eine Höhe (H2) aufweist, wobei die Höhe (H2) kleiner ist als die Länge (L23).
- Gasbrenner mit Innenflamme nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Abschnitt (22) des Rohrs senkrecht zur Mittelebene (P) eine Höhe (H2) aufweist, die bis zum Ausgang (23) des Rohrs im Wesentlichen konstant ist.
- Gasbrenner mit Innenflamme nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Abschnitt (22) des Rohrs (2) und die Kammer (5) senkrecht zur Mittelebene (P) im Wesentlichen gleiche Höhen (H2, H5) aufweisen.
- Gasbrenner mit Innenflamme nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hindernis (6) nur einen Bereich der Höhe (H5) der Kammer besetzt und viel näher an der Kappe (4) als an dem Tiegel (3) angeordnet ist.
- Gasbrenner mit Innenflamme nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser eine Halteeinrichtung (7) für den Injektor (1) aufweist, die selbst eine Gaszuführleitung (71), eine Platte (72) und einen Bügel (73) aufweist, wobei der Injektor an einem freien Ende (710) der Gaszuführleitung (71) angebracht ist, wobei die Platte (72) mit dem Unterdruckrohr (2) fest verbunden ist und eine Öffnung (720) gegenüber dem Eingang (20) dieses Rohrs (2) aufweist, und wobei der Bügel (73) mit der Platte (72) fest verbunden ist und die Gaszuführleitung (71) in Abstand zur Öffnung der Platte (72) trägt.
- Gasbrenner mit Innenflamme nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Injektor (1) in dem ersten Abschnitt (21) des Unterdruckrohrs (2) mündet.
- Gasbrenner mit Innenflamme nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Unterdruckrohr (2) aus zwei Teilen (2A, 2B) gebildet ist, die in Bezug zu der Mittelebene (P) der Ringkammer (5) im Wesentlichen symmetrisch zueinander sind.
