The bottom tab is perpendicular to the rear wall and has two insertion lugs, each with the Side walls are connected inside.
- Another known way is to put the items in boxes or Pack the boxes completely, which has the advantage that the items are protected against dust.
- Simple blister cards are already widely used. They consist of a single wall, for example made of cardboard or cardboard, on which the product to be sold is attached in different ways. In general, the dimensions of the blister card are larger than that of the product, so that a certain area is available on the blister card to inform the potential customer about the product or simply to draw attention to the product by means of a striking print. In many cases, the space available on the blister card, both on the front wall and on the back wall of the blister card, is not sufficient to accommodate all the information that one would like to print on.
- a blister card which is composed of two walls, preferably of cardboard or cardboard, a first front wall and a second rear wall, which is articulated on the front wall via a fold line and which is preferably the same Has dimensions.
- a receiving device for receiving a product is also provided at least on the front wall.
- this receiving device is a perforated, one-sided open cage, preferably made of cardboard, which is glued to the front wall with the open side.
- the known blister packs are not suitable for the ones to be presented Store the product securely. There are conventional ones on store shelves Blister packs cannot be set up.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of creating a folding box that has a Can safely and visually present the object, the object is securely fixed in the packaging to also meet safety-related aspects afford to.
- Another object of the present invention is to prepare a package with plenty of space for additional product information who do not have to use several materials for the production, which are under material use as low as possible has a high stability using is inexpensive to manufacture from as little material as possible and its folding cut out consists of a single piece and can be assembled with a minimum of time can.
- the object of the present invention is a stable one Provide folding box.
- the invention relates to a folding box for the presentation or packaging of an object, the folding box consisting of a rear wall to which a side wall is hinged laterally, a bottom flap at the bottom and a back flap at the top.
- the back flap is glued on the inside of the back wall and is connected via a fold line to a sleeve that is perpendicular to the back wall and has a recess into which the object to be packaged can be inserted.
- the side walls are placed on the vertical cuff in such a way that they additionally fix the object.

- everyday Articles of daily use such as office supplies, cosmetics or wound care products
- can or bottle-shaped Aerosol containers can be handled safely.
- Over the vertically hinged bottom flap even ensures extremely good stability on a shelf. Moreover prevents the floor from simply slipping out of the object Packaging.
- the folding box blank can be delivered pre-glued by the folding box factory.
- the back flap is glued to the back wall and the cuff is folded upwards. If the pre-gluing is only carried out during assembly, the back flap is first glued to the back wall and the cuff is folded upwards. The folded parts are placed on top of each other and glued. The left side wall of the FS is folded over the fold line and then the right side wall is folded forward over the fold line, with the cuff standing perpendicular to the back wall. The product is now inserted from below through the recess in the cuff. The upper part of the product that protrudes from the cuff lies on the folding parts and fixes them. Finally, the bottom flap is opened and the insertion lugs are connected to the inside of the side walls, preferably glued.
- the FS according to the invention has a body and acts like a stable FS without being closed. Furthermore, there is a lot of design space over the side walls, the folding parts or possibly the rear wall. However, it is particularly important that the product itself is completely visible, at least the central front of the product, and that unsightly mandatory texts remain hidden on the back of the product.
- the fold parts, the bottom flap and the cuff recess are shaped in accordance with the product to be packaged.
- the folding parts are preferably shaped in the same way and the object lies embedded on the folding parts.
- the creasing can accordingly be arched or straight in order to provide the folded parts with a support shape adapted to the object. For example, an arched creasing creates a harmoniously appealing design of the contact surface.
- at least one of the folding parts also has a cutout adapted to the shape of the object for the form-fitting reception of the object.
- the recess in the cuff can correspond to the shape of the packaged Object round, square, oval or precisely adapted to the outline of the object his.
- the width of the side walls is preferably chosen so that they frame the object with the edge laterally. Depending on the width and product diameter, the side walls had an angle of attack of less than 90 ° with respect to the rear wall. Depending on the product shape, quality or printing, this means that the product can be fixed in the middle, in the lower or upper area.
- the shape of the side wall edges, round, straight or contoured in any way, enables adaptation to any object shape.
- the shape of the bottom flap can match the floor or the floor plan of the Object should be adapted and should advantageously correspond to this.
- object used here may not be interpreted so narrowly according to the invention that the item must consist of a single part. Rather, the Object or the good be made up of several individual components. Is possible also that two or more products are simultaneously arranged within a wrapper are, which in such a case form an object consisting of several individual Bodies is formed:
- a further cuff with a corresponding recess is hinged to the cuff as a mirror image, both being glued to one another.
- a tab is also hinged to the other cuff, which is glued on the inside on the rear wall.
- the position of the cuff is also decisive for the product attachment.
- the cuff can be arranged in the middle, for example, so that the center of gravity of the product is aligned with the suspension on the sales hook.
- the position of the cuff is determined by the length of the back flap.
- a cuff in the middle means that the back flap is half the length of the back wall.
- the length of the back flap is therefore in the range from 0.9 to 0.1, preferably 0.33 to 0.5, the length of the back wall. If, for example, it is an elongated product that also needs more support in the upper area, the length of the back flap is relatively short, so that the cuff encompasses the product in the upper area
- Another preferred embodiment has at least one of the side walls, preferred on both side walls, side panels that folded in so on the inside Be glued on so that slots between the side wall and the Side parts arise in which the insertion tabs of the base plate can engage and thus guarantee the bond with the side wall (s). So that's a sticking of the floor is not necessary and it allows the buyer of the product a simple Removal without destroying the FS. The buyer releases the insertion lugs from the Slits, folds the floor around and can thus remove the product from the cuff Remove below and if necessary in reverse order again packaging.
- the folding box thus has a number of advantages.
- the packaging holds at least one item. Another advantage is that the item can be presented very well in the folding box, but is safely protected by the cuff, the side walls and the bottom. Another advantage of this packaging is that the individual item, for example a cosmetic bottle or wound spray, can be effectively presented as a "give away".
- the front and back of the folding box are excellent Design options.
- the folding box is also environmentally friendly and is made made a single folding blank.
- FIG. 1 shows the punched blank from the folding box.
- the die cut can be made of cardboard, cardboard or other suitable material.

- the recess can be completely closed, that is to say it can be designed in a ring shape, or it can have a gap.
- the upper area (3a, 4a) on the side walls (3, 4) are folded (111) or (110) folding parts (11) or (10), the upper area (3a, 4a) of the length of the Back strap (6) corresponds.
- the upper region (3a, 4a) is determined by the similar dimensions of the length of the back flap (6) and the folding parts (10, 11) which are articulated on the side walls (3, 4).
- the vertical collar (9) also serves as a delimitation of the upper area, which is marked in the drawings with (3a, 4a).
- Two insertion lugs (14, 15) are articulated to the base plate (5) and are fastened to the inside of the side walls (3, 4) in the ready-made FS.
- the fold parts (10) and (11) are preferably of identical shape and at least one, preferably both, of the fold parts (10, 11) have a cutout (390) for the positive reception of the object (90).
- FIG. 2 shows a preferred form of the punch blank according to FIG. 1.
- the preferred punch blank according to FIG. 2 has a mirror-image sleeve (8) with a corresponding recess (290) which is articulated on the sleeve (9) at the top.
- Both cutouts (190, 290) preferably have the same shape and are congruently superimposed in the ready-made FS.

The invention relates to a folding box for the presentation and / or packaging of a Object. It consists of a rear wall, on each side of which is a side wall, a bottom bracket and a back bracket are hinged at the top. About the Back flap is articulated a cuff that is perpendicular to the back wall and one Has recess in which the object to be packed can be inserted. The Side walls are designed so that they can fix the object. Above the The cuff is articulated on the side walls via two grooves so that that the fold parts are superimposed glued or unglued. The bottom tab is perpendicular to the rear wall and has two insertion lugs, each with the Side walls are connected inside.
For presenting items such as common office supplies, glue sticks or cosmetics or others may be mentioned as examples Utensils in bottles or cans often serve simple purposes Cardboard sleeves, some with a clear sleeve made of plastic film or the like are surrounded.
Another known way is to put the items in boxes or Pack the boxes completely, which has the advantage that the items are protected against dust.
The trend is more modern to blister the object, i.e. to offer it under a transparent, more or less rigid plastic packaging, which is particularly closed on the back with a cardboard or cardboard wall.
Although this packaging may be visually appealing, it has the disadvantage of complex and expensive two-substance packaging, which should be disposed of separately from an ecological point of view after being torn open.
Simple blister cards are already widely used.
In many cases, the space available on the blister card, both on the front wall and on the back wall of the blister card, is not sufficient to accommodate all the information that one would like to print on.
beispielsweise in seiner Einkaufstasche unterzubringen.
In such a case, one is tempted to choose the size of the blister card so that the required space is available.
However, this procedure has several disadvantages. If the blister card is too large, only a few products can be presented at the same time on a sales shelf. And the customer has difficulties placing the purchased product with the blister card in his shopping bag, for example. In this case, he would easily be tempted to disconnect the blister card from the product immediately, which could result in the loss of important information.
Blisterkarte. From DE 296 06 678 U a blister card is known which is composed of two walls, preferably of cardboard or cardboard, a first front wall and a second rear wall, which is articulated on the front wall via a fold line and which is preferably the same Has dimensions.
A receiving device for receiving a product is also provided at least on the front wall. Advantageously, this receiving device is a perforated, one-sided open cage, preferably made of cardboard, which is glued to the front wall with the open side.
So that the blister card can be closed, at least one gluing point made of a weakly self-adhesive and pressure-sensitive adhesive, which can be removed and re-glued without residue from the opposite wall, is provided either on the front wall or on the rear wall, preferably at the edge , which is opposite to the fold line connecting the front wall and the rear wall. This or these gluing points enable the blister card to be opened and closed again repeatedly.
Another disadvantage of known blister packs is that they do not Aerosol containers, such as those often found in cosmetics or wound care used, may be packed.
Likewise, the known blister packs are not suitable for the ones to be presented Store the product securely. There are conventional ones on store shelves Blister packs cannot be set up.
The invention is therefore based on the object of creating a folding box that has a Can safely and visually present the object, the object is securely fixed in the packaging to also meet safety-related aspects afford to. Another object of the present invention is to prepare a package with plenty of space for additional product information who do not have to use several materials for the production, which are under material use as low as possible has a high stability using is inexpensive to manufacture from as little material as possible and its folding cut out consists of a single piece and can be assembled with a minimum of time can. Furthermore, the object of the present invention is a stable one Provide folding box.
This object of the invention is achieved by the teaching of the main claim solved. Advantageous configurations are explained in the subclaims. Of the invention further comprises a die cut of the invention Folding box.
Accordingly, the invention relates to a folding box for the presentation or packaging of an object, the folding box consisting of a rear wall to which a side wall is hinged laterally, a bottom flap at the bottom and a back flap at the top.
The back flap is glued on the inside of the back wall and is connected via a fold line to a sleeve that is perpendicular to the back wall and has a recess into which the object to be packaged can be inserted. The side walls are placed on the vertical cuff in such a way that they additionally fix the object. Above the cuff, folded parts are articulated to the side walls by means of an arcuate groove so that the folded parts are fixed or glued to one another by the product. The bottom flap is perpendicular to the rear wall and has two insertion lugs, which are each connected to the inside of the side wall.
It was surprising and extremely surprising for the expert that the folding box according to the invention solves the bundle of tasks.
The folding box according to the invention is for the manual assembly of everyday Articles of daily use, such as office supplies, cosmetics or wound care products, are suitable. In particular, with the help of the present FS, can or bottle-shaped Aerosol containers can be handled safely. Over the vertically hinged bottom flap even ensures extremely good stability on a shelf. Moreover prevents the floor from simply slipping out of the object Packaging.
The folding box blank can be delivered pre-glued by the folding box factory. The back flap is glued to the back wall and the cuff is folded upwards.
The folded sidewalls fix the product from the side, the bottom secures the position of the product and the cuff prevents the product from falling out, so that the product is wrapped all around without completely covering it.
In contrast to a blister card, the FS according to the invention has a body and acts like a stable FS without being closed. Furthermore, there is a lot of design space over the side walls, the folding parts or possibly the rear wall. However, it is particularly important that the product itself is completely visible, at least the central front of the product, and that unsightly mandatory texts remain hidden on the back of the product.
According to the invention, the fold parts, the bottom flap and the cuff recess are shaped in accordance with the product to be packaged.
The folding parts are preferably shaped in the same way and the object lies embedded on the folding parts.
The creasing can accordingly be arched or straight in order to provide the folded parts with a support shape adapted to the object. For example, an arched creasing creates a harmoniously appealing design of the contact surface. If necessary, at least one of the folding parts also has a cutout adapted to the shape of the object for the form-fitting reception of the object.
The recess in the cuff can correspond to the shape of the packaged Object round, square, oval or precisely adapted to the outline of the object his.
Anpassung an beliebige Gegenstandsformen möglich. The width of the side walls is preferably chosen so that they frame the object with the edge laterally. Depending on the width and product diameter, the side walls had an angle of attack of less than 90 ° with respect to the rear wall. Depending on the product shape, quality or printing, this means that the product can be fixed in the middle, in the lower or upper area.
The shape of the side wall edges, round, straight or contoured in any way, enables adaptation to any object shape.
Likewise, the shape of the bottom flap can match the floor or the floor plan of the Object should be adapted and should advantageously correspond to this.
With an additional suspension device, with a so-called euro-hole suspension, such as it is described for example in DE 195 35 008, which is provided in the rear wall the product can be made possible by hanging it on a sales hook. A similar suspension device or only a recess are accordingly provided in the back flap and / or the folded parts.
The term object used here may not be interpreted so narrowly according to the invention that the item must consist of a single part. Rather, the Object or the good be made up of several individual components. Is possible also that two or more products are simultaneously arranged within a wrapper are, which in such a case form an object consisting of several individual Bodies is formed:
In a further advantageous embodiment, a further cuff with a corresponding recess is hinged to the cuff as a mirror image, both being glued to one another. Advantageously, a tab is also hinged to the other cuff, which is glued on the inside on the rear wall. These embodiments create a stable, double-layered cuff which is attached to the rear wall via the additional tab.
To further stabilize the cuff, the side walls have notches in which the vertical cuff engages. The cuff or the side walls are therefore not only placed against one another but engage positively with one another via the notch, which also has a stabilizing effect on the product.
Manschette das Produkt im oberen Bereich umgreiftThe position of the cuff is also decisive for the product attachment. The cuff can be arranged in the middle, for example, so that the center of gravity of the product is aligned with the suspension on the sales hook. The position of the cuff is determined by the length of the back flap. A cuff in the middle means that the back flap is half the length of the back wall. The length of the back flap is therefore in the range from 0.9 to 0.1, preferably 0.33 to 0.5, the length of the back wall.
If, for example, it is an elongated product that also needs more support in the upper area, the length of the back flap is relatively short, so that the cuff encompasses the product in the upper area
Another preferred embodiment has at least one of the side walls, preferred on both side walls, side panels that folded in so on the inside Be glued on so that slots between the side wall and the Side parts arise in which the insertion tabs of the base plate can engage and thus guarantee the bond with the side wall (s). So that's a sticking of the floor is not necessary and it allows the buyer of the product a simple Removal without destroying the FS. The buyer releases the insertion lugs from the Slits, folds the floor around and can thus remove the product from the cuff Remove below and if necessary in reverse order again packaging.
The folding box thus has a number of advantages.
The packaging holds at least one item.
Another advantage is that the item can be presented very well in the folding box, but is safely protected by the cuff, the side walls and the bottom.
Another advantage of this packaging is that the individual item, for example a cosmetic bottle or wound spray, can be effectively presented as a "give away".
With this type of packaging you can achieve an inexpensive and yet eye-catching presentation that is highly recognizable Standard product.
The front and back of the folding box are excellent Design options. The folding box is also environmentally friendly and is made made a single folding blank.

formschlüssigen Aufnahme des Gegenstandes (90) auf.FIG. 1 shows the punched blank from the folding box. The die cut can be made of cardboard, cardboard or other suitable material.
The side wall (3) or (4), a bottom flap (5) and a back flap (6) are hinged to the side of the rear wall (2). A sleeve (9) is articulated to the back flap (6) via a fold line (103) and has a recess (190) into which the object to be packaged can be inserted.
The recess can be completely closed, that is to say it can be designed in a ring shape, or it can have a gap.
In the upper area (3a, 4a) on the side walls (3, 4) are folded (111) or (110) folding parts (11) or (10), the upper area (3a, 4a) of the length of the Back strap (6) corresponds.
The upper region (3a, 4a) is determined by the similar dimensions of the length of the back flap (6) and the folding parts (10, 11) which are articulated on the side walls (3, 4). The vertical collar (9) also serves as a delimitation of the upper area, which is marked in the drawings with (3a, 4a).
Two insertion lugs (14, 15) are articulated to the base plate (5) and are fastened to the inside of the side walls (3, 4) in the ready-made FS.
The fold parts (10) and (11) are preferably of identical shape and at least one, preferably both, of the fold parts (10, 11) have a cutout (390) for the positive reception of the object (90).
Rückenlasche (6) nur ungeformte Aussparungen auf.FIG. 2 shows a preferred form of the punch blank according to FIG. 1. In addition to the surfaces present in FIG. 1, the preferred punch blank according to FIG. 2 has a mirror-image sleeve (8) with a corresponding recess (290) which is articulated on the sleeve (9) at the top. Both cutouts (190, 290) preferably have the same shape and are congruently superimposed in the ready-made FS. A further tab (7) is articulated to the cuff (8) at the top.
At least one of the side walls (3) and / or (4) is hinged to side parts (12) and (13), which are glued to the side walls in the finished assembled FS and are glued inward.
The side walls (3) and (4) have notches (130) at the level of the starting point of the upper region (3a, 4a), ie at the point at which the cuff (9) is erected. The notches (130) are designed in such a way that the single-layer sleeve (9) or the double-layer sleeve (8, 9) can be positively fitted.
A suspension device (115), optionally with a slot or round perforation, is preferably provided in the upper region of the rear wall (2). Accordingly, a recess or a similar suspension device (116) is provided in the back flap (6) and, if appropriate, in the fold parts (10) and / or (11). In extreme cases, by gluing the back flap (6) to the rear wall (2) and superimposing the fold parts (10, 11), a four-layer suspension device (115, 116) is obtained. The fold part (10) and the back flap (6) therefore preferably have only unformed cutouts.
Fig. 3 shows a finished folding box in plan view. The two side walls (3, 4) are about 45 ° folded upwards and the bottom (5) over the, not visible, insertion lugs (14, 15) attached to the side walls.
The cuff recesses (190) and (290) are correspondingly one, for example round product with a round shape. The size of the recesses is logically the Product dimensions adjusted. Fig. 4 shows, for example, a finished folding box, in which is a round object, a spray bottle.
eingesteckt. The scoring (110) or (111), as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, is preferably of arcuate design, so that when assembling with an object the FS adapts itself harmoniously to the shape of the object.
The assembly with product takes place with minimal expenditure of time. First the left side wall (3) together with the upper folding part (10) is folded forward. The notch (130) is positively fitted onto the double-layered cuff (8,9). The next procedure is the same with the right side wall (4) and the upper folding part (11).
The object is inserted from below through the recesses (190, 290) of the sleeve (8, 9) and the base (5) with its insertion lugs (14, 15) is inserted in the side walls (3, 4) and the articulated side parts (12, 13) formed slot inserted.
