Claims (6)
- Dispositif de traitement thermique au moins de parties de la section sur l'extension longitudinale de laminés profilés fabriqués séquentiellement en utilisant la chaleur de laminage, en particulier pour la trempe au moins du champignon de rails d'une longueur supérieure à 50 m, suivie d'un refroidissement à la température ambiante, essentiellement composé d'un train de rouleaux, d'un moyen pour aligner axialement le produit laminé, d'un moyen de transport avec un appui pour le produit laminé permettant de le déplacer transversalement, d'un équipement de trempe équipé d'un système de manipulateur et d'un lit refroidisseur, caractérisé en ce que le train de rouleaux (1) présente un système de positionnement du produit laminé (S) alimenté supporté dans au moins une zone de sa section dans le sens longitudinal et un moyen d'alignement (2) associé, en ce que l'équipement de trempe (3) est formé par au moins deux systèmes de refroidissement par liquide (31, 32) avec des manipulateurs (311, 321) disposés l'un à côté de l'autre avec leur extension longitudinale sensiblement parallèle au moyen d'alignement pour déplacer le produit laminé (S), en ce que la zone de chargement (41) du lit refroidisseur (4) se trouve à côté et parallèle à l'extension longitudinale des systèmes de refroidissement par liquide, et en ce que le moyen de transport transversal (5) possède au moins deux bras supports (51) déplaçables simultanément entre les rouleaux du train de rouleaux et possédant chacun des appuis pour le produit laminé (52) montés à leurs extrémités respectives, ces appuis sur les bras supports pouvant être déplacés de la position d'alignement dans la zone du train de rouleaux (1) jusque dans la zone de chargement (41) du lit refroidisseur (4) et soulevés de telle façon que seuls les appuis dépassent du plan d'avance (11) du train de rouleaux (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu pour un produit laminé (S) ayant la forme d'un rail de roulement ou d'un rail de chemin de fer en appui dans deux zones de sa section sur le train de rouleaux (1) et en ce que le système de positionnement est réalisé sous la forme d'un moyen commandable électroniquement et/ou présente une règle d'alignement (21) ou une butée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les équipements de refroidissement par liquide (31, 32) sont réalisés sous la forme de bacs de trempe (312, 322) présentant des butées (313, 323) qui s'étendent horizontalement et agissent au niveau du fond et le cas échéant sur les côtés pour mettre le produit laminé (S) de niveau.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il est affecté à chaque bac de trempe (312, 322) des manipulateurs (311, 321) au moyen desquels le produit laminé (S), en particulier un rail, peut être saisi sur les appuis (52) du moyen de transport transversal (5), orienté verticalement avec le champignon en bas, introduit dans les bacs de trempe (312, 322) et reposé sur les appuis (52).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu pour le produit laminé (S), en particulier pour un rail, des moyens de retenue (314, 324) au moyen desquels le produit laminé/le rail (S) peut être comprimé pendant le refroidissement contre les butées de mise à niveau (313, 323) dans le bac de trempe (312, 322).
- Utilisation du dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 pour la trempe au moins du champignon de rails d'une longueur supérieure à 50 m, suivie d'un refroidissement à la température ambiante, le temps de passage du rail dans l'installation de trempe étant supérieur à la fréquence d'alimentation.
