Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung für die Entnahme von Zuschnitten (3) aus einem Magazin (2), deren Formung zu jeweils einem Karton und Übergabe des nach oben geöffneten Kartons in ein Transportsystem, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein erster Hebelarm (7) vorgesehen ist mit einer im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Förderrichtung orientierten ersten Schwenkachse (8), zu der mit Abstand eine zweite, parallele Schwenkachse (9) für einen zweiten Hebelarm (10) angeordnet ist, der einen Greifkopf (4) trägt, daß auf der dem Magazinschacht (2) bezüglich der ersten Schwenkachse (8) gegenüberliegenden Seite eine höhenverstellbare Zwischenablage (11) angeordnet mit einer Transporteinheit für die Überführung des flachen Zuschnitts (3) auf eine zum Zwecke der Formung mit einem Stempel (13) zusammenwirkenden Matrize (12) oberhalb des Transportsystems.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ersten Schwenkachse (8) und der zweiten Schwenkachse (9) jeweils eine Antriebseinheit (14) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Schwenkachse (8) und die zweite Schwenkachse (9) horizontal orientiert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transporteinheit der Zwischenablage (11) durch einen Linearschieber gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Magazin (3) und der erste Hebelarm (7) in Förderrichtung translatorisch verstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stempel (13) durch einen Stempelantrieb linear in der Höhe verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anfangshöhe des Stempels (13) frei einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der durch die Transporteinheit auf die Matrize (12) aufgeschobene, flache Zuschnitt (3) zum Formen mittels des Stempels (13) durch die Matrize (12) preßbar ist unmittelbar in eine Förderzelle des Transportsystems.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Matrize (12) in Förderrichtung zu öffnen ist.
