Description
Claims (14)
- Verfahren zur Überwachung des ordnungsgemäßen Betriebs einer Bemautungsvorrichtung (BEV) eines Fahrzeuges (FAR) mit einem Fahrzeugkennzeichen (KEN), wobei an dem Fahrzeug (FAR) zumindest ein für den Betriebszustand der Bemautungsvorrichtung (BEV) charakteristisches, vorgebbares optisches Muster/Signal (MUS) erzeugt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zustand einer Benutzungsberechtigung (BER) in einer Wertkarte (WEK) oder in einem Abrechnungszentrum (ABZ) sowie der Ein/Aus-Schaltzustand der Bemautungsvorrichtung (BEV) überwacht wird, wobei die Benutzungsberechtigung (BER) als Guthaben (GUT) für anfallende Mautgebühren (GEB), als Zeitkarte (ZEI) zur Benutzung vorgebbarer, mautpflichtiger Strecken (STR) in einem gewissen Zeitraum, als Streckenguthaben (SGH), als Terminbindung, etc., ausgeführt sein kann, und die von einem Fahrzeugführer gewünschte Benutzungsberechtigung (BER) als Code (COD) in die Bemautungsvorrichtung (BEV) übertragen wird, wobei der Code (COD) verschlüsselt übertragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das optische Muster/Signal (MUS) mittels zumindest einer Leuchtdiode (LED) erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das optische Muster/Signal (MUS) ein Infrarot-Muster/Signal ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leuchtdiode eine Infrarot-Leuchtdiode ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das optische Muster/Signal (MUS) mittels eines optisch empfindlichen Sensors detektiert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das optische Muster/Signal (MUS) mittels einer Infrarot-Kamera (KAM) detektiert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Erzeugung eines Musters/Signals (MUS), welches einem nicht ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb der Bemautungsvorrichtung (BEV) entspricht, das Kennzeichen (KEN) des Fahrzeuges (FAR) bei Passieren einer Kontrollstelle (KST) erfasst wird.
- Überwachungssystem (UES) zur Überwachung des ordnungsgemäßen Betriebs einer Bemautungsvorrichtung (BEV) eines Fahrzeuges (FAR) mit einem Fahrzeugkennzeichen (KEN), welches dazu eingerichtet ist, an dem Fahrzeug (FAR) zumindest ein für den Betriebszustand der Bemautungsvorrichtung (BEV) charakteristisches, vorgebbares optisches Muster/Signal (MUS) zu erzeugen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Steuerung (STE) dazu eingerichtet ist, den Zustand einer Benutzungsberechtigung (BER) in einer Wertkarte (WEK) oder in einem Abrechnungszentrum (ABZ) sowie den Ein/Aus-Schaltzustand der Bemautungsvorrichtung (BEV) zu überwachen, wobei die Benutzungsberechtigung (BER) als Guthaben (GUT) für anfallende Mautgebühren (GEB), als Zeitkarte (ZEI) zur Benutzung vorgebbarer, mautpflichtiger Strecken (STR) in einem gewissen Zeitraum, als Streckenguthaben (SGH), als Terminbindung, etc., ausgeführt sein kann, und die von einem Fahrzeugführer gewünschte Benutzungsberechtigung (BER) als Code (COD) in die Bemautungsvorrichtung (BEV) übertragbar ist, wobei der Code (COD) verschlüsselt ist.
- Überwachungssystem nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Erzeugung des vorgebbaren optischen Musters/Signals (MUS) zumindest eine Leuchtdiode (LED) vorgesehen ist.
- Überwachungssystem nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie dazu eingerichtet ist, ein Infrarot-Muster/Signal zu erzeugen.
- Überwachungssystem nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Erzeugung des Infrarot-Musters/Signals eine Infrarot-Leuchtdiode vorgesehen ist.
- Überwachungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es dazu eingerichtet ist, das optische Muster/Signal (MUS) mittels eines optisch empfindlichen Sensors zu detektieren.
- Überwachungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es dazu eingerichtet ist, das optische Muster/Signal (MUS) mittels einer Infrarot-Kamera (KAM) zu detektieren.
- Überwachungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es dazu eingerichtet ist, bei Erzeugung eines Musters/Signals (MUS) welches einem nicht ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb der Bemautungsvorrichtung (BEV) entspricht das Kennzeichen (KEN) des Fahrzeuges (FAR) bei Passieren einer Kontrollstelle (KST) zu erfassen.
