Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Vernadeln einer Textilstruktur (10), die ausgehend von einem wendelförmigen Band, das von Mitteln zum Bereitstellen von Bändern (12) geliefert wird, gebildet wird, umfassend eine vertikal bewegliche Vernadelungsplatte (14), einen Vernadelungskopf (24), mit einer festgelegten Anzahl von Filznadeln, der direkt über der Vernadelungsplatte in einem Vernadelungsbereich angeordnet ist und in einer alternierenden vertikalen Bewegung angetrieben wird, Mittel (28) zum Schneiden, um das Band zu schneiden, wenn eine vorgegebene Dicke der Textilstruktur erreicht ist, und Antriebsmittel mit konischen Rollen (18a, 18b, 18c), um das Band auf der Vernadelungsplatte in einer Drehbewegung anzutreiben, bis eine Textilstruktur der vorgegebenen Dicke gebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
wenigstens ein Teil (18a) der Antriebsmittel mit konischen Rollen beweglich sind und rückgefahren werden können, um einen freien Auswerfbereich auf der Vernadelungsplatte freizulegen, der das Auswerfen der Textilstruktur nach außen von aus der Vernadelungsplatte mittels Auswurfmitteln (32; 40, 42; 50) erlaubt. - Vernadelungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auswurfmittel Schiebemittel (32) umfassen, welche im Bereich des Vernadelungsplatte angeordnet sind.
- Vernadelungsmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schiebemittel einen Zylinder (32) umfassen, dessen Druckstößel (32a) unmittelbar auf den Umfang (10a) der Textilstruktur wirkt.
- Vernadelungsmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schiebemittel einen drehbaren Hebel (50) umfassen, dessen Schiebeabschnitt (50a) unmittelbar auf den Umfang (10a) der Textilstruktur wirkt.
- Vernadelungsmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eines (18a) der Antriebsmittel mit konischen Rollen auf einer Stützplatte (36a) montiert ist, die auf einer zur Schubrichtung der Schiebemittel senkrechten Schiene (36b) beweglich ist, und Motormittel (38) umfaßt, um die Verschiebung der Stützplatte entlang der Schiene zu erlauben.
- Vernadelungsmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Motormittel einen Stellmotor umfassen.
- Vernadelungsmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eines (18a) der Antriebsmittel mit konischen Rollen auf einer Stützplatte (36a) montiert ist, die auf einer Schiene (36b) beweglich ist, die sich von einer anfänglichen Antriebsposition als Kreisbogen erstreckt, und Motormittel (46) umfaßt, um die Verschiebung der Stützplatte entlang der Schiene zu erlauben.
- Vernadelungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auswurfmittel einen Manipulatorarm (40) mit Greifmitteln (42) zum Greifen und Entfernen der Textilstruktur aus der Vernadelungsplatte umfassen.
