Claims (19)
- Récipient à déchets comportant un corps (1) sur les parois latérales (25) divergentes duquel est monté respectivement un axe de réception (28) avec une unité d'axe (29) soutenant latéralement l'axe de réception et passant en-dessous du bord (7) du corps (1) faisant saillie vers l'extérieur et replié vers le bas, sachant que l'unité de l'axe (29) présente une partie supérieure (29a) et une partie inférieure (29b) présentant une douille centrale qui constitue l'axe de réception (28), caractérisé en ce que- l'unité de l'axe (29) dans sa partie supérieure (29a) passant en-dessous du bord (7), en vue de dessus de l'unité de l'axe (29), présente une largeur bien plus grande que dans sa partie inférieure (29b) à hauteur de l'axe de réception (28) et en ce que- à l'intérieur creux de l'unité de l'axe (29) sont aménagées des nervures (32a, b, c...) perpendiculaires au plan principal de l'unité s'étendant radialement de la douille centrale (30) vers l'extérieur
- Récipient à déchets selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'axe (29) dans sa partie supérieure (29a) passant en-dessous du bord (7), en vue de dessus de l'unité d'axe, présente une largeur au moins double de celle de la partie inférieure (29b) à hauteur de l'axe de réception (28).
- Récipient à déchets selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure (29a) s'étend latéralement jusqu'aux ouvertures de fixation (13) aménagées dans le bord (7) pour recevoir les poignées enfichables latérales qui rigidifient transversalement le bord (7).
- Récipient à déchets selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de l'axe (29) est une pièce moulée en plastique avec un côté ouvert tourné vers le corps (1) et en ce que la douille centrale reçoit un tube métallique (31) représentant l'axe de réception (28).
- Récipient à déchets selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'axe (29) est en forme de T ou en forme de V.
- Récipient à déchets selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des nervures verticales (35) supplémentaires sont aménagées sur l'unité de l'axe (29) allant du bord supérieur (33) verticalement vers le bas jusqu'au bord inférieur (33).
- Récipient à déchets selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des nervures horizontales supplémentaires (32l-q) sont aménagées sur l'unité de l'axe (29), qui se terminent respectivement sur le bord gauche et le bord droit.
- Récipient à déchets selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les nervures (32a'-c') qui s'étendent radialement en diagonale de la douille (30) vers l'extérieur vont jusqu'à la prochaine intersection entre les nervures horizontales (32m-o) et les nervures verticales (35).

- Récipient à déchets selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une nervure horizontale (32p) est aménagée au-dessus de l'extrémité inférieure de la partie supérieure (29a), donc au-dessus du bord inférieur de la face avant de l'unité de l'axe (29).
- Récipient à déchets selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que des trous borgnes (34) sont aménagés dans une nervure horizontale (32n) s'étendant de la douille (30) vers l'extérieur, ainsi que dans les deux nervures verticales (35) s'étendant latéralement de la douille.
- Récipient à déchets selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que sur le côté ouvert des trous borgnes (34) pour vissage avec le corps sont aménagés sur les points épaissis où les nervures verticales et horizontales radiales (32a, b) rencontrent le bord circulaire (33) et/ou les nervures verticales (35).
- Récipient à déchets selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que la nervure verticale radiale médiane (32b) dans le plan longitudinal médian ne dépasse pas la nervure horizontale radiale supérieure (32p).
- Récipient à déchets selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans la partie supérieure (29a) est prévu un espace de logement (38) suivant le sens de la partie supérieure, donc horizontal à l'état monté, destiné à recevoir un profilé continu (37) ou bien un élément plat (36) - alors monté à plat- s'étendant de préférence sur toute la longueur de la partie supérieure.
- Récipient à déchets selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que l'espace de logement (38) est ouvert vers l'arrière ouvert de l'unité de l'axe (29).
- Récipient à déchets selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que l'espace de logement (38) n'est accessible qu'à l'avant sur l'une des faces avant de la partie supérieure (29a).
- Récipient à déchets selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un profilé en équerre (37') est monté entre le bord supérieur de l'unité d'axe (29) et le bord (7) de la paroi latérale (25) entourant l'axe.
- Récipient à déchets selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, vue en coupe, la paroi externe (40) de l'unité d'axe (29) dans la partie supérieure présente au moins une partie coudée (41) de sorte qu'une branche de la partie coudée peut être comprimée contre l'extrémité libre du bord (7) dirigée vers le bas, sur toute la largeur.
- Procédé pour monter une unité d'axe (29) soutenant latéralement un axe de réception (28) sur un corps (1) de récipient à déchets avec un bord (7) faisant saillie vers l'extérieur et replié vers en bas pour constituer une récipient selon les revendications 14-18 sachant que l'unité d'axe (29) dans sa partie supérieure (29a) passant en-dessous du bord (7), en vue de dessus de l'unité d'axe, présente une largeur bien plus grande que dans sa partie inférieure (29b) à hauteur de l'axe de réception (28) sachant que la partie inférieure (29b) présente une douille centrale (30) représentant l'axe de réception (28) et sachant qu'à l'intérieur creux de l'unité d'axe (29), des nervures (32a, b, c..) perpendiculaires au plan principal sont aménagées qui s'étendent radialement de la douille centrale (30) vers l'extérieur caractérisé en ce que le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes :- mise en place d'un tube métallique (31) dans la douille (30) de l'unité d'axe (29)- éventuellement pose d'un élément plat (36) ou d'un profilé (37)- introduction de l'unité d'axe (29) par en bas sous le bord (7) du corps (1) et relèvement jusqu'à la butée- vissage de l'unité d'axe (29) à partir de la face interne du corps (1) au moyen notamment de vis autotaraudantes (43) ou en alternative à la pose d'un élément plat (36) ou profilé (37) dans l'unité d'axe (29), un profilé en équerre (37') est posé entre l'unité d'axe (29) et le bord (7) lors de l'introduction de l'unité d'axe (29).
