Claims (8)
- Dispositif d'enrobage d'une pile d'articles (1) à l'aide d'un tronçon de feuille élastique (3) réalisé au moins sensiblement en forme de mitre, qui est contracté sur un mécanisme de contraction (2) et est ensuite étiré dans le sens périphérique, notamment par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de recouvrement (16) mobile le long de la pile d'articles (1), puis est tendu sur ladite pile d'articles (1), le mécanisme de contraction (2) comprenant au moins deux doigts de contraction (5) et, au moins sur une ligne de jonction, en particulier sur deux lignes de jonction opposées entre deux doigts de contraction (5) voisins, au moins un ensemble respectif de roulage (4) composé d'une roue de contraction (6) en contact avec la face extérieure du tronçon de feuille (3), et d'un contre-rouleau (7) situé pour l'essentiel en vis-à-vis de ladite roue de contraction (6), en contact avec la face intérieure du tronçon de feuille (3), et emprisonnant ledit tronçon de feuille (3) entre lui-même et la roue de contraction (6), avec effet de coincement en vue du transport, de sorte que ledit tronçon de feuille (3) est pour l'essentiel contracté en forme d'accordéon dans le sens vertical sur les doigts de contraction (5), sous l'action de l'ensemble ou des ensembles de roulage (4), caractérisé par le fait que, pour obtenir une formation de plis régulière, dont les plis (12) sont respectivement orientés à l'oblique vers le bas et vers l'extérieur, les axes de rotation (8, 9) de la roue de contraction (6) considérée et du contre-rouleau (7) d'au moins un ensemble de roulage (4) sont agencés de façon telle que la tangente (10), au point de contact considéré (11) entre la roue de contraction correspondante (6) et le contre-rouleau associé (7), faisant partie de l'ensemble de roulage (4), soit elle aussi orientée à l'oblique vers le bas et vers l'extérieur.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'axe de rotation (8) de la roue de contraction (6) est agencé selon un angle d'environ 105° vis-à-vis de l'étendue globale du tronçon de feuille (3) contracté.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que les axes de rotation (8, 9) de la roue de contraction considérée (6) et du contre-rouleau (7) de tous les ensembles de roulage (4) sont agencés de telle sorte que la tangente (10), au point de contact considéré (11) entre la roue de contraction correspondante (6) et le contre-rouleau associé (7), faisant partie de chaque ensemble de roulage (4), soit semblablement orientée à l'oblique vers le bas et vers l'extérieur.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins une roue de contraction (6) peut être entraînée.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que le diamètre d'au moins une roue de contraction (6) est plus grand que le diamètre du contre-rouleau associé (7).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que le mécanisme de contraction (2) présente quatre doigts de contraction (5), en particulier des coins de contraction réalisés en forme de cornières.
