- the contour part is a Has beams with at least two pegs, the pegs in two precisely fitting Mounting positions on the top of the base part can be inserted.
- this Embodiment uses the exact alignment of the beam along a straight line Outer contour of the label disc and / or the compact disc disc by the arrangement of the two mounting positions and the alignment of the beam achieved by inserting the two pins into the assembly position.
- the cones can be designed as pins with a round cross section.
- the contour part arranged on a shim being a central one Has opening that corresponds to the central opening of the label disc.
- This shim covers the recess on the top of the Base part, which are intended for the support beam.
- the shim can integrally have the contour part.
- a stock of shims with different shapes and arrangements Contour parts can thus on any outside contour of the one to be brought together Components (label disc and / or compact disc) adapted his.
- the cross section of the spring tongues concave, and each spring tongue has a pressure point.
- the spring tongues are parts of the outer ring and are formed by slitting the outer ring. This creates a concave cross section of the spring tongues, the curvature of the curvature of the outer ring.
- the positioning part with the Centering element and the centering rod a one-piece unit that is dimensionally stable and is resilient without changing from the rest position to the labeling position to deform.
- the centering element and the centering rod with each other and at the same time perpendicular to disc-shaped top movable.
- Such a function is related to the subject which is known from WO 98/26986, not feasible because of the centering rod in the known embodiment immovably mounted on the base part and thus the compact disc with its central opening on the centering rod with the risk of canting, which has to be carried by the present invention is improved because in the present invention during during the labeling process there is no relative movement between the compact disc centering rod occurs or is to be performed by the user.
- Another embodiment of the invention provides that the centering element, the centering rod, the flexible support beams, the spring tongues and the outer ring are inextricably linked. This is due to a one-piece design reached the device. In contrast to the state of the Technology does not combine several complex parts to form the device or matched, but all functional parts of the present The invention together form a one-piece component, preferably as a one-piece Injection molded part is formed.
- the wall thicknesses can easily be tapered to ensure detachment from the injection mold.
- These tapered wall thicknesses also improve the functioning of the labeling device, because the centering rod is not completely cylindrical but tapers towards its tip, which means applying the Compact Disc relieved.
- the taper can advantageously with an angle between 0.5 and 5 degrees.
- the positioning part an annular base as a centering element, from the surface the centering stick protrudes in the center.
- annular base which is the centering of the label disc serves, is extremely stable and can form a flat surface on which a compact disc is centered by the centering stick that stands out in the center can be hung up.
- the ring-shaped base ensures that during the transition from the rest position to the labeling position the vertical pressure on the positioning part by the user via the support beams to those arranged in the outer ring Spring tongues are transmitted without changing the dimensions of the ring Change the base and the centering rod so that in the transition from the Rest position for centering the positions from label disc to compact Disc remain unchanged relative to each other.
- the centering element can be a Be ring, which has a base plate, in the center of which the centering rod is arranged is.
- a centering ring with base plate has the advantage that a reliable translation of the compressive force into a tensile force via the supporting beams Tongue tips reached during the transition from the rest position to the labeling position without causing the centering element to deform.
- the centering element has at least two circular segments that over the Extend the top of the outer ring and over a circular base plate are interconnected.
- This construction corresponds to the construction of a annular centering element, but the ring is not completely executed, instead there are only circular ring segments provided on a circular Base plate are arranged, the circular base plate in turn absorbs the tensile forces in the transition from the rest position to the labeling position occur.
- the support beams are provided to taper radially inwards towards the positioning part. So that is flexibility the support beam is increased in an advantageous manner, so that the support beam only one low resistance when changing from the rest position to the labeling position cause and a lower deformation force on the centering elements exercise.
- Another embodiment of the invention provides that the spring tongues in the tongue root area are wider than in the tongue tip area.
- the tongue tips of the spring tongues stressed more than the tongue root area, so that the foot area of the Outer ring is less stressed and thus the risk of cracking in the Foot area of the outer ring can be reduced.
- the outer ring is in the foot area strengthened. This can be achieved by a bulge-shaped thickening. Such reinforcement serves to maintain the shape of the outer ring and reduces the risk of cracks forming in the tongue root area of the spring tongues on the outer ring.
- the outer ring has an outer flange in the foot area. This outer flange can serve the device for example on an assembly table fasten to provide an unchangeable working position. simultaneously the outer flange reinforces the foot area of the outer ring, so that the danger of cracks in the root area of the spring tongues is reduced.
- At least three spring tongues with three flexible supporting beams on the circumference of the outer ring distributed.
- Three and more spring tongues with the corresponding Flexible support beams increase the directional stability of the positioning part when Transition from the rest position to the labeling position. Reduce at the same time However, they have the bearing surface for the label disc on the disc-shaped Top of the outer ring.
- Another embodiment of the invention provides that on the disc-shaped A shim is placed on the top of the outer ring has a central opening through which the positioning part is freely movable and carries the label disc.
- This shim can be one of the device removable component so that it can be replaced at any time if the disc-shaped surface of the compensating disc due to adhesive residues or others Signs of wear is damaged.
- This device has the advantage that the Work surface on the disc-shaped top of the outer ring through the Shim is renewable at any time without the entire device would be exchanged.
- the shim on its upper side at least wear a contour part that is integrally connected to the shim is and is integrally formed on the shim.
- This procedure for labeling a compact disc using the The device according to the invention has the advantage that secure centered positioning the label disc on the compact disc becomes possible without, on the one hand damage the label disc and on the other hand without the risk of decentred sticking of the label disc.
- the positioning unit is a compact represents fixed unit consisting of centering element and centering rod, the centering element defines an area on which the compact disc is coplanar with the Label disc aligned throughout the labeling process remains so that tilting of the compact disc is impossible.
- the complete labeling device for circular label discs and compact disc without making post-processing is required.
- the injection molding inlets can be positioned such that they do not affect the external shape of the labeling device.
- To different External contours of the label disc and / or compact disc as well To be able to machine is just another injection molded part in the form of a contour part or to produce a shim with a contour part.
- Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a schematic representation of a first Embodiment of the invention in its rest position.
- the reference number 5 a positioning part
- the reference number 7 a centering element
- the reference numeral 8 a centering part in the form of a centering rod, wherein Centering elements and centering rod with the positioning part a one-piece unit form.
- the reference numeral 9 denotes a base part on which the label disc with the label can be put down, with the base part an outer ring 9 with a disc-shaped top 10.
- the spring tongue 15 has a spring tongue root 19 and a spring tongue tip 21.
- the spring tongue is in one piece formed from the material of the outer ring 10 and in a recess 17 of the Outer ring arranged and can be done by simply slitting the outer ring be produced or in injection molding by dividing the outer ring in Outer ring area and spring tongue areas can be realized.
- the tongue tips are connected to the positioning part 5 via flexible support beams 22 and 23.
- the positioning part 5 is practically on the tongue tips of the tongue springs suspended on the support beams 22 and 23.
- the disc-shaped top The outer ring is thus divided into a fixed part, which is a compact Disc can accommodate, with the disc-shaped top a center opening has, in which the positioning part is arranged, and recesses 24 and 25, in which the supporting beams are housed.
- the positioning part has a base-shaped centering element 7, the base being closed off by a flat plate 38, in the center of the centering rod 8 is arranged. So on the flat plate a compact disc centered on the ring-shaped base, which in turn held the label disc can be aligned.
- the reference numerals 41, 42 and 43 denote round openings in the top 11 of the base part 9, which as mounting positions 41, 42 and 43 for at least one serve contour part not shown. This contour part also enables label discs Align with any external contour with appropriate compact discs.
- the label disc is first with its label facing down placed on the base part and then the compact disc with its label top centered downwards over the centering rod 8 on the flat plate 38 deposited on the base surface 29 of the annular base 28.

- For the transition from the rest position to the labeling position becomes the positioning part 5 in the center opening 12 in the direction of arrow A. pressed the disc-shaped top 9 of the outer ring 10.
- the Spring tongue tips 15 and 16 on the outer ring 10 pressed in and biased. Since the spring tongues themselves have a concave cross section due to the diameter of the outer ring, is for the transition from the rest position to overcome a pressure point in the labeling position.
- This pressure point at the same time ensures that not accidentally when mounting or Center the label disc and the compact disc already lowering the Positioning part 5 can follow in the vertical direction.
- the first thing is to hang up the label disc on the disc-shaped upper side 9 of the outer ring 10 not critical, because usually the label discs on their adhesive side one Have protective film.
- you remove the protective film from the the disc-shaped top lying label disc there is a risk of unintentional depression of the positioning part, so that the label disc moves, is raised resiliently and thus no longer centered and with a smooth surface on the disc-shaped top 11 of the outer ring rests.
- FIG. 3 shows a schematic cross section of the first embodiment of FIG Invention according to Figure 1 in the rest position.

- the reference number 3 indicates a compact disc with a central opening 4 in the compact Disc through which the centering rod 8 of the positioning part 5 protrudes.
- the centering rod 8 can have a slightly tapered cross section in the longitudinal direction, the slope of the taper is between 0.5 and 5 degrees.
- a such tapering simplifies positioning the compact disc 3 with it central opening 4 on the centering element 7, which in this first embodiment is socket-shaped and a flat plate 38 for carrying the compact Disc has, so that the compact disc 3 at a distance a from the adhesive Surface 39 of the label disc 1 is held.
- the distance a corresponds the height of the annular base with which this over the disc-shaped Surface 11 of the outer ring 10 protrudes. Because of the pressure point properties the spring tongues 15 and 16 can both the label disc 1 and also the compact disc 3 safely with the help of the positioning part 5 in the rest position of the device.
- FIG. 4 shows a schematic cross section of the first embodiment of FIG Invention in accordance with FIG the positioning part with the centered compact disc 3 exerts pressure, so that the positioning part hanging on the support beams 22 and 23 in the Center opening 12 of the disc-shaped top 11 of the outer ring 10 pressed becomes.
- a pressure point of the spring tongues 15 and 16 is overcome and the spring tongue tips 21 bend radially inward toward the Positioning part, since they are connected to the positioning part via the flexible support beams 22 and 23 5 are connected.
- the geometric dimensions of the positioning part 5 remain in this process, so that the outer diameter of the annular base and the outer diameter of the centering rod 8 are not changed.
- the positioning part 5 can be relieved and springs due to the spring action the spring tongues 15 and 16 back to the rest position so that the labeled Compact Disc 3 easily from the labeling device due to the Taper of the centering rod can be removed.
- Figure 5 shows a perspective view of a schematic representation of a second embodiment of the invention in its rest position.
