Claims (8)
- Spulenanordnung, insbesondere Übertrager, umfassend einen Spulenkörper (10) zur Aufnahme mindestens einer Wicklung und mit Anschlußstiften (20) zur elektrischen Verbindung der Wicklungsenden mit Leiterbahnen einer Leiterplatte sowie ein Vergußgehäuse (22, 30) mit einer eine Kappenöffnung (24) zum Einführen des Spulenkörpers (10) aufweisenden Gehäusekappe (22), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vergußgehäuse einen in die Kappenöffnung (24) einsetzbaren Montagerahmen (30) hat, der Durchbrechungen (38) zum Führen der Anschlußstifte (20) hat.
- Spulenanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchbrechungen (38) in dem Montagerahmen (30) jeweils einen dem Durchmesser eines Anschlußstiftes (20) angepaßten Stiftführungsabschnitt (40) und einen zu dem Gehäuseinnenraum sich erweiternden Einstecktrichter (42) haben.
- Spulenanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Umfangsrand des Montagerahmens (30) Einweisungsflächen (44) ausgebildet sind, die auf der dem Gehäuseinnenraum zugewandten Seite vom äußeren Rahmenrand schräg nach innen gerichtet sind.
- Spulenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappenöffnung (24) und der Montagerahmen (30) rechteckig ausgebildet sind und daß nahe jeder Rechtecksecke des Montagerahmens (30) eine Durchbrechung (38) für einen Anschlußstift (20) vorgesehen ist.
- Spulenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Außenrand des Montagerahmens (30) mindestens eine kerbenartige Aussparung (52) zur Aufnahme eines komplementären Vorsprunges (48) an der Gehäusekappe (22) ausgebildet ist.
- Spulenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Montagerahmen (30) eine zentrale Öffnung (36) zum Einfüllen einer Vergußmasse hat.
- Spulenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gehäusekappe (22) an ihrer der Kappenöffnung (24) entgegengesetzten Seite Durchtrittsöffnungen (26) für an dem Spulenkörper (10) angeordnete Anschlußfahnen (18) hat.
- Spulenanordnung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchtrittsöffnungen (26) jeweils in einen nach außen offenen Steckschacht (28) zur Aufnahme eines mit der Anschlußfahne (18) zu kontaktierenden Steckerelementes mündet.
