Claims (12)
- Antriebssystem für Rolltreppen und Rollsteige mit mindestens einer Antriebskette (3) sowie voneinander beabstandeten Umlenkelementen (2) für die Antriebskette (3), wobei die Antriebskette (3) über Bolzen (7,16) mit Stufen (12) bzw. Paletten der Rolltreppe bzw. des Rollsteiges verbunden ist, die zwischen zwei Gelenken (5) der Antriebskette (3) positioniert und jeweils mit einer Laufrolle (6) versehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kettenteilung der Antriebskette (3) so ausgelegt ist, daß maximal zwei Glieder je Stufe (12) bzw. Palette zum Einsatz gelangen, daß die Umlenkelemente (2) bezüglich ihrer Zähnezahl in entsprechender Weise reduziert angepaßt sind, und daß die Laufrollen (6) im Bereich zugehöriger Ausnehmungen (10) des jeweiligen Umlenkelementes (2) dort mit zumindest teilweiser Druckentlastung geführt sind.
- Antriebssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Gelenke (5) Schonrollen (19) vorgesehen sind.
- Antriebssystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Zahn (8) der Umlenkelemente (2) mit gerundeten Ausnehmungen (9) zur Aufnahme und Führung der Gelenke (5) respektive der Schonrollen (19) versehen ist.
- Antriebssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ggf. mit einem Getriebe zusammenwirkende mittel- oder unmittelbar auf das jeweilige Umlenkelement (2) einwirkende Antriebsmotor (24) insbesondere über einen Frequenzumrichter (26) mit nicht konstanter Drehzahl antreibbar ist.
- Antriebssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch eine vor dem oberen Umlenkelement (2) angeordnete Entlastungseinrichtung (17) für die Antriebskette. (3) respektive deren Laufrollen (6).
- Antriebssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entlastungseinrichtung (17) nach Art einer etwa der Kontur des Übergangsbereiches (18) der Rolltreppe oder des Rollsteiges geformten Kurvenelementes gebildet ist.
- Antriebssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kurvenelement (17) mit einer umlenkbaren Gliederkette (20) in Wirkverbindung steht, die mit beabstandeten, die Entlastung der Antriebskette (3) bewirkenden Stützelementen (21) versehen ist.
- Antriebssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützelemente (21) im Querschnitt etwa dreieckig ausgebildet sind und im der Antriebskette (3) zugewandten Bereich zur Positionierung der Gelenkbereiche der Antriebskette (3) vorgesehen sind.
- Antriebssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Gelenkbereichen zugewandte Spitze der Stützelemente (21) zur Aufnahme der Gelenke (5) bzw. der Schonrollen (19) profiliert ausgebildet ist.
- Antriebssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen einzelnen Stützelementen (21) jeweils ein Kettenglied vorgesehen ist, auf welchem die Laufrolle (6) ablegbar ist.
- Antriebssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gliederkette (20) insbesondere aus Gleitlagermaterial besteht.
- Antriebssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gliederkette (20) von der Antriebskette (3) mitnehmbar ist.
