Claims (7)
- Sammelvorrichtung zum Bilden und Ausgeben eines Bündels von blattförmigen Gegenständen wie Banknoten, Scheckformularen und dergleichen, die der Sammelvorrichtung (32) einzeln von einer vorgeschalteten ersten Transportvorrichtung zugeführt werden, gekennzeichnet durch eine Führungsfläche (46) für die Blätter, einen der Führungsfläche (46) zugeordneten Blatttransport (48) zum Transportieren der Blätter entlang der Führungsfläche (46) bis zu einem ausrückbaren Blattanschlag (96), einen Bündeltransport (70) mit zur Transportrichtung (A) des Blatttransportes (48) paralleler Transportrichtung, einen Blattsensor (112) nahe dem Eintrittsende des Blatttransportes (48) und eine Steuervorrichtung zur Steuerung des Blatttransportes (48), des Blattanschlages (96) und des Bündeltransportes (70), wobei der Blatttransport (48) in Abhängigkeit von Signalen des Blattsensors (112), welche die Vorlaufkante und die Nachlaufkante des jeweils einlaufenden Blattes repräsentieren, so gesteuert wird, dass das jeweils nachfolgende Blatt beim Einlauf in die Sammelvorrichtung (32) mit seiner Vorlaufkante gegen die Fläche des jeweils unmittelbar vorausgegangenen Blattes trifft und anschließend zusammen mit diesem in Richtung auf den Blattanschlag (96) transportiert wird.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsfläche (46) um eine zu ihr parallele und zur Transportrichtung (A) des Blatttransportes (48) senkrechte Achse konvex gekrümmt ist.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Blatttransport (48) mindestens einen endlosen, von einem Transportmotor (50) antreibbaren Riemen (52) hat, der mit einem Trum an der Führungsfläche (46) anliegt.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riemen des Blatttransportes (48) ein Flachriemen ist und mindestens annähernd in der Längsmitte der Führungsfläche (46) verläuft.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bündeltransport (70) als Riementransport ausgebildet ist mit mindestens einem durch eine Aussparung der Führungsfläche (46) greifenden und zum Zusammenwirken mit dem Riemen (52) des Blatttransportes (48) bestimmten Riemen (72).
- Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riemen (72) des Bündeltransportes (70) von dem Transportmotor (50) des Blatttransportes (48) antreibbar ist und durch mindestens ein schaltbares Andruckelement (108) in Richtung auf den Blatttransport (48) auslenkbar ist.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie bei Anordnung in einer Verarbeitungseinheit (Modul) für die blattförmigen Gegenstände quer zur Transportrichtung (A) verschiebbar gelagert ist.
