Claims (8)
- Dispositif de guidage d'un contrepoids de porte de manutention à rideau souple à enroulement ou à empilement pour bâtiment industriel comportant deux montants latéraux et opposés (2, 3) reliés par un tambour d'enroulement (4) qui est lié mécaniquement, d'une part à l'une de ses extrémités à un motoréducteur-frein fixé dans la partie supérieure du montant vertical (2) et permettant les mouvements verticaux du rideau souple entre une position d'ouverture et une position de fermeture, et d'autre part à l'extrémité opposée d'une poulie (9) disposée dans la partie supérieure de montant (3) et qui est reliée par l'intermédiaire d'une courroie de traction (10) à un contrepoids (11), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte dans le montant vertical (3) de la porte de manutention (1) deux câbles de guidage (16, 17) tendus entre deux points extrêmes et coopérant avec des éléments de guidage (31) fixés sur le contrepoids (11) pour permettre de guider ledit contrepoids dans toutes ses directions lors de ses déplacements verticaux.
- Dispositif de guidage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les câbles (16, 17) sont fixés, d'une part dans la partie supérieure du montant (3) à un étrier de reprise (18) solidaire du montant (3), et d'autre part dans la partie inférieure du montant (3) à des tendeurs (24, 25) solidaires d'une embase (30).
- Dispositif de guidage suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier de reprise (18) présente un profil en forme de U déterminant avec la face verticale (19) du montant (3) un espace libre pour le passage de la courroie de traction (10) tandis que dans l'espace libre sont prévus des doigts (32, 33) reliant la face verticale (19) du montant (3) audit étrier pour pouvoir guider dans ses déplacements la courroie de traction (10).
- Dispositif de guidage suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier de reprise (18) comporte deux ailes opposées (20, 21) qui sont percées chacune d'un alésage permettant le passage des extrémités supérieures de chaque câble (16, 17) afin de former une boucle qui est solidarisée par un système de serrage (22).
- Dispositif de guidage suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les tendeurs (24, 25) sont reliés à l'opposé de la fixation des câbles (16, 17) par des anneaux de maintien (26, 27) à des axes (28, 29) solidaires de l'embase (30) formant la semelle d'appui du montant (3) sur le sol du bâtiment industriel.
- Dispositif de guidage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le contrepoids (11 ) comporte dans sa partie supérieure un dispositif à galet (14) solidaire de vis à oeillet (31) coopérant avec les câbles de guidage (16, 17) pour le guidage dudit contrepoids (11 ).
- Dispositif de guidage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le contrepoids (11) comporte dans sa partie inférieure des vis à oeillet (31) qui sont portées par le même axe vertical que celles disposées dans la partie supérieure du contrepoids (11) afin de coopérer avec les câbles (16, 17).
- Dispositif de guidage suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la courroie (10) est reliée au contrepoids (11) par l'intermédiaire du dispositif à galet (14) permettant le guidage et le centrage de ladite courroie dans la partie supérieure dudit contrepoids lors des ses déplacements verticaux en fonction du sens de rotation de la poulie (9).
