Description
Claims (7)
- Dispositif de verrouillage en position de portes basculantes à ressort de compensation et d'équilibrage comprenant un bras (5) articulé par rapport au dormant (6) et dont une extrémité est associée au tablier (1) et l'autre extrémité associée à un moyen d'équilibrage (10) comprenant une sangle (10a) d'attache et de liaison et un ou des ressorts (10b) ancrés à un point fixe, le dispositif comprenant un moyen sous forme de chape (12) solidaire du dormant et présentant deux flasques latéraux parallèles (12a - 12b) établis sous forme de demi-disques, un moyen-support (13), solidaire en bout de bras pivotant et entourant les flasques recevant un moyen d'ancrage (19-24,27) pivotant et se fixant sur les flasques, ledit moyen d'ancrage (19-24,27) étant associé au moyen d'équilibrage (10) et notamment de la sangle (10a) de liaison, en cas de fonctionnement normal du moyen d'équilibrage, le moyen d'ancrage est relevé, sans contact avec la chape, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'ancrage (19-24,27) est positionné à partir du moyen-support (13) pour être en regard et face à face avec les chants extérieurs périphériques desdits flasques latéraux (12),
et en ce que le moyen d'ancrage est pivotant et articulé pour coopérer à friction ou pénétration immédiate sur les chants périphériques en regard desdits flasques, et en cas de rupture du ressort à équilibrage, le moyen d'ancrage est pivoté pour être en tenue ferme contre les chants extérieurs périphériques desdits flasques de la chape. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le moyen-support (13) est établi à partir d'une structure portante comprenant, d'une part, un prolongement ou l'extrémité (5b) du bras d'un côté de la chape, et présentant de l'autre côté une barre (11) de liaison profilée, l'ensemble traversant l'axe (7) de pivotement du bras monté sur des flasques (12a - 12b), et étant reliés à l'autre extrémité par une entretoise (16) à position fixe, ledit bras (5b) et la barre (11) étant situés de par et d'autre des flasques (12a - 12b) de la chape à articulation par rapport à celle-ci à travers l'axe (7).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le moyen-support (13) est profilé en U et reçoit une ossature pivotante (14) constituant le moyen d'ancrage (19) articulé par rapport à un axe (20) disposé entre les ailes du support (13), ledit moyen d'ancrage présentant, dans sa partie médiane, une fente (19a) pour le passage et la retenue de la sangle (10a) et, à son extrémité supérieure, un point d'attache (19b) d'un ressort de rappel (22) dont l'autre extrémité (22a) est fixée sur le support (13), le moyen d'ancrage étant agencé à son autre extrémité (19c) avec une forme en dent, et en ce que, le support reçoit, à l'arrière du moyen d'ancrage, un axe fixe constituant un moyen de renvoi de la sangle (10a) du moyen d'équilibrage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'ancrage (19) reçoit une plaquette (23) dentée.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 et 4, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'ancrage (19), en cas de sollicitation lors de la rupture du ressort d'équilibrage, effectue un mouvement ou trajectoire curviligne à la manière d'une griffe pour s'insérer dans l'épaisseur des flasques de la chape.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le support (13) présente une forme profilée en U, les flasques latéraux de la chape sont dentelés (12c) formant crémaillère,
et en ce que le moyen d'ancrage est une barrette (24) articulée à une extrémité et associée à son autre extrémité avec un moyen de rappel (26), ladite barrette étant introduite dans l'extrémité de la sangle formant couple. - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le support (13) est profilé en U et en ce que le moyen d'ancrage avec les flasques latéraux de la chape est une bague moletée (27) montée en excentration sur un axe (28) disposé entre les ailes du support (13),
et en ce que la sangle (10a) du moyen d'équilibrage est maintenue en tension par un ressort (29) fixé à un point fixe du support (13), ladite sangle étant solidaire de la bague moletée par un moyen de liaison (30) formant butée.
