Definitions
- the invention relates to a spray can with a can body for receiving the Spray material, the can body having a spray device for the spray material and assigned a color recognition element for displaying the color of the spray material is.
- Spray cans of the type mentioned are known from practice and exist in different embodiments.
- the can body is mostly designed cylindrical, the spray device on one of the base surfaces of the cylinder is arranged.
- the spray device is usually by one Spray head formed with a spray valve.
- Spray cans of the type mentioned are often used to spray colored paints used.
- To detect the color of the in the can body recorded paint is often a color recognition element for the can body assigned to display the color of the spray material.
- the can body is usually a cover to protect the spray device assigned.
- the lid is often also essentially cylindrical formed with a base of the cylinder omitted to to couple to the can body in the area of the spraying device.
- Color detection element is, for example, the color tone when buying the spray can of the paint absorbed in the can body can be reliably determined from the outside.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object of a spray can of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that a Simplified production with reduced costs with structurally simple means is reached.
- Spray can designed such that the color recognition element is integral is formed with a protective cap for the spray device.
- the color detection element could be the color detection element and preferably also the Provide the protective cap with the spray material or paint it, at least in some areas his. This is the original color of the spray material on the color recognition element and preferably also applied to the protective cap.
- the color recognition element could be the can body be reversibly assigned. This enables the color recognition element in the event of an inadvertently incorrect assignment to the can body are removed again and a correct color recognition element is assigned can be. Furthermore, with regard to recycling the spray can after use, disconnect the spray can components - in in this case, a separation of the color recognition element from the can body - possible. If the color detection element is made of a different material than that Can body is made, can be a material-specific disposal or Components are reused. Alternatively, the color recognition element could essentially irreversibly assigned to the can body his. This would be a particularly reliable assignment of the color recognition element realized to the can body.
- the color recognition element could be designed as a ring. On such a ring could, for example, be arranged around the spray device what enable color recognition from virtually all directions could.
- the ring could be open or closed as needed be, an open ring usually easier to remove from the can body is.
- the color recognition element could be ring-like outer shell of a hollow spherical layer or a hollow truncated cone each with an upper, smaller and a lower, larger passage be trained.
- Such an outer jacket could be the can body assigned or arranged on the can body in such a way that the spray device protrudes from the upper, smaller passage. With in other words, the sprayer would be from the outer jacket in this case surround.
- Such an outer jacket has a relatively large color recognition area on what simplifies color detection overall.
- the color detection element after removing the protective cap of the can body can remain assigned.
- Such a predetermined breaking point could be designed such that the protective cap without excessive force removed or torn off by hand from the color recognition element can be, wherein the color recognition element associated with the can body or remains attached to the can body.
- Such a predetermined breaking point could serve simultaneously as a freshness seal and an unopened and unused Label the spray can.

- the locking means could consist of at least two inner projections of the color recognition element or the outer shell or the connection area. This allows one to ring-shaped projection material and thus save costs.
- the protective cap may have a preferably annular bead.
- the Bead could be formed essentially in the upper area of the protective cap his.
- the color detection element, the outer jacket and / or the protective cap a predefinable material thickness based on the respective application is to be stopped. Particularly when the color detection element is not too thick or the outer jacket and / or the protective cap there might be some elasticity of the components. This offers as material for the color recognition element or the outer jacket and / or the Protective cap plastic. Due to an existing elasticity, this could Color recognition element or the outer jacket with areas of the can body provide a mutual clamping effect, which leads to a safe assignment of the color recognition element or the outer jacket to the can body contributes. In other words, an unintentional loosening of the color recognition element or the outer casing of the can body as far as possible avoided.
- the outer jacket With regard to a particularly simple assignment of the outer jacket to the Can body could be the inner edge of the upper passage of the outer jacket - widening inwards - beveled.

- the outer area of the outer casing is provided with a tapering of the outer casing quasi in the direction of its inner axis simplifies guiding or sliding along of the outer jacket along the ring-like fold or sealing fold in upper area of the can body.
- the inner diameter could the upper passage may be slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the annular sealing fold formed around the spraying device of the can body.
- the sealing fold For arranging the outer jacket around the sealing fold or a certain force must be applied along the sealing fold, which is the upper one Passage slightly elastically stretches to ensure a secure fit on the sealing rebate or a secure fit below the sealing fold after taking the original one to reach the unstretched condition of the upper passage. in the in the latter case, the sealing fold would have an area with a smaller outside diameter exhibit.
- the outer sheath could be guided along the sealing fold as far until the outer sheath is virtually underneath the sealing fold in one area Diameter arrives.
- the outer jacket could be the outer edge of the lower passage preferably positively on the inner circumference of the upper area of the can body formed, ring-like sealing fold. This sealing fold forms a connection between a side surface and an upper base of the can body.
- the outer diameter of the outer jacket could be in the area of the lower one Passage may be slightly larger than the inside diameter of the one in the top Area of the can body formed, ring-like fold or sealing fold of the can body. This in turn could cause a clamping effect an elasticity of the outer jacket in the area of the fold or sealing fold is achieved become. This would have a particularly secure arrangement of the outer jacket on the can body.
- the outer jacket could ultimately move from the sealing fold to the spray device extend to the fold or sealing fold in the upper area of the box body.
- the outer jacket could be essentially different from the upper one Passage to the lower passage extending through slot exhibit. This could simply compress the outer jacket or be expanded to allow removal from the can body.
- the connection area could also have a slot for the same reasons be trained.
- the color recognition element For easy removal of the color recognition element from the Can body could or could the color recognition element and / or the Have a predetermined breaking point. After generating the given one The color detection element could then possibly break together can be easily detached from the socket body with the connection area.
- connection area of the can body could or the color recognition element and / or the connection area could have an engagement passage or have an engagement recess.
- the intervention passage or the engagement recess could be dimensioned in such a way that the color recognition element, if necessary, with the connection area either with the hand or a finger or with a special instrument would be tangible and detachable from the can body.
