- Schuhwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 4-7, bei welchem der elastische Schnurzug (19; 39) einen elastischen Strang (43;40) aufweist, der in vorbestimmten Längsabständen an dem Umfangsrand des Obermaterialendbereichs (49) bzw. des Funktionsschichtendbereichs (17; 35) fixiert ist.
- Schuhwerk nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, bei welchem die elastische Schnur (43) bzw. der elastische Strang (40) durch Vernähen fixiert ist.
- Schuhwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 5-9, bei welchem der elastische Strang (40) durch ein elastisches Band gebildet ist.
- Schuhwerk nach Anspruch 10, bei welchem das elastische Band durch ein auf den Schaftendbereich genähtes Gummiband gebildet ist.
- Schuhwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, bei welchem der Schaft mindestens im Schaftendbereich mit das elastische Mittel bildendem elastischen Material aufgebaut ist.
- Schuhwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, bei welchem die sohlenseitige Öffnung des Schaftendbereichs von das elastische Mittel bildendem flächigem, elastisch vorspannendem Material überbrückt ist.
- Schuhwerk nach Anspruch 13, bei welchem das flächige, elastisch vorspannende Material durch ein Gumminetz (46) gebildet ist.
- Schuhwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 2-14, bei welchem die Funktionsschicht (31) wasserdicht und wasserdampfdurchlässig ist.
- Funktionsschichteinsatz zur mindestens teilweisen Auskleidung des Obermaterials (27) eines Schaftes (25) von eine Laufsohle (29; 69) aufweisendem Schuhwerk, wobei der Funktionsschichteinsatz (11) sohlenseitig offen ist und einen sohlenseitigen Funktionsschichtendbereich (17; 35) aufweist, der mindestens über einen Teil seines Umfangs durch ein elastisches Mittel (19; 39) in Richtung Laufsohlenzentrum elastisch vorgespannt ist.
- Funktionsschichteinsatz nach Anspruch 16, mit einem elastischen Mittel in Form eines elastischen Schnurzugs (19; 39).
- Funktionsschichteinsatz nach Anspruch 17, bei welchem der elastische Schnurzug (19; 39) einen Schnurtunnel (41) und eine darin angeordnete elastische Schnur (43) aufweist.
- Funktionsschichteinsatz nach Anspruch 18, bei welchem die elastische Schnur (43) in dem Schnurtunnel (41) in Schnurlängsrichtung relativ zum Schnurtunnel (41) beweglich angeordnet ist.
- Funktionsschichteinsatz nach Anspruch 18, bei welchem die elastische Schnur (43) in vorbestimmten Längsabständen an dem Schnurtunnel (41) fixiert ist.
- Funktionsschichteinsatz nach Anspruch 17, bei welchem der elastische Schnurzug (19; 39) einen elastischen Strang (40;43) aufweist, der in vorbestimmten Längsabständen an dem Umfangsrand des Obermaterialendbereichs (49) bzw. des Funktionsschichtendbereichs (17; 35) fixiert ist.
- Funktionsschichteinsatz nach Anspruch 20 oder 21, bei welchem der elastische Strang (40;43) durch Vernähen fixiert ist.
- Funktionsschichteinsatz nach einem der Ansprüche 18-22, bei welchem der elastische Strang durch ein elastisches Band (40) gebildet ist.
- Funktionsschichteinsatz nach Anspruch 23, bei welchem das elastische Band (40) durch ein auf den Funktionsschichtendbereich (35) genähtes Gummiband gebildet ist.
- Funktionsschichteinsatz nach ein Anspruch 16, bei welchem der Funktionsschichteinsatz (11) mindestens im Funktionsschichtendbereich (35) mit das elastische Mittel bildendem elastischen Material aufgebaut ist.
- Funktionsschichteinsatz nach Anspruch 16, bei weichem die sohlenseitige Öffnung (15) des Funktionsschichtendbereichs (35) von das elastische Mittel bildendem flächigem, elastisch vorspannendem Material (46) überbrückt ist.
- Funktionsschichteinsatz nach Anspruch 26, bei welchem das flächige, elastisch vorspannende Material (46) durch ein Gumminetz gebildet ist.
- Funktionsschichteinsatz nach einem der Ansprüche 16-27, dessen Funktionsschicht (31) wasserdicht und wasserdampfdurchlässig ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Schuhwerk mit einer Laufsohle (29;69;85), mit folgenden Herstellungsschritten:a) es wird ein Obermaterialschaft (27) mit einem sohlenseitigen offenen Obermaterialendbereich (49) hergestellt;b) es wird ein eine wasserdichte Funktionsschicht (31) und einen sohlenseitigen offenen Funktionsschichtendbereich (35) aufweisender Funktionsschichteinsatz (11) hergestellt, der mit einem elastischen Mittel (19;39;46) versehen wird, das wenigstens den Funktionsschichtendbereich (35) mindestens über einen Teil seines Umfangs in Richtung Laufsohlenzentrum elastisch vorspannt;c) der Funktionsschichteinsatz (11) wird innerhalb des Obermaterialschaftes (27) angeordnet;d) im entspannten Zustand des elastischen Mittels (19;39;46) wird der nach außen abgewinkelte Obermaterialendbereich (49) mit einem Umfangsrand (65) einer Sohle (29;63;85) vernäht;e) der soweit erhaltene Schuhwerkaufbau wird über einen Leisten (13) gespannt, derart, dass der Funktionsschichteinsatz (11) von dem Leisten (13) gespannt und der Funktionsschichtendbereich (35) gegen die Sohle (29;63;85) gedrückt wird;f) zuvor auf die Sohle (29;63;85) oder auf den Funktionschichtendbereich (35) aufgebrachter Reaktivschmelzklebstoff (61) wird klebeaktiviert und führt im ausreagierten Zustand zur wasserdichten Verklebung der Funktionsschicht im Funktionsschichtendbereich (35) mit der Sohle (29;63;85);g) nach der Verklebung des Reaktivschmelzklebstoffs wird der Leisten (13) entnommen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Schuhwerk mit einer Laufsohle (29;69;85), mit folgenden Herstellungsschritten:h) es wird ein Obermaterialschaft (27) mit einem sohlenseitigen offenen Obermaterialendbereich (49) hergestellt;i) es wird ein eine wasserdichte Funktionsschicht (31) und einen sohlenseitigen offenen Funktionsschichtendbereich (35) aufweisender Funktionsschichteinsatz (11) hergestellt, der mit einem elastischen Mittel (19;39;46) versehen wird, das wenigstens den Funktionsschichtendbereich (35) mindestens über einen Teil seines Umfangs in Richtung Laufsohlenzentrum elastisch vorspannt;j) der Funktionsschichteinsatz (11) wird innerhalb des Obermaterialschaftes (27) angeordnet;k) der Funktionsschichteinsatz (11) und der Obermaterialschaft (27) werden am oberen Schaftende miteinander verbunden;l) der Funktionsschichteinsatz wird aus dem Obermaterialschaft (27) herausgestülpt;m) durch die sohlenseitige Öffnung (15) des herausgestülpten Funktionsschichteinsatzes (11) und die obere Öffnung des Obermaterialschaftes (27) hindurch wird der Obermaterialendbereich mit einer Sohle (85) vernäht;n) der soweit erhaltene Schuhwerkaufbau wird über einen Leisten (13) gespannt, derart, dass der Funktionsschichteinsatz (11) von dem Leisten (13) gespannt und der Funktionsschichtendbereich (35) gegen die Sohle (29;63;85) gedrückt wird;o) zuvor auf die Sohle (29;63;85) oder auf den Funktionschichtendbereich (35) aufgebrachter Reaktivschmelzklebstoff (61) wird klebeaktiviert und führt im ausreagierten Zustand zur wasserdichten Verklebung der Funktionsschicht im Funktionsschichtendbereich (35) mit der Sohle (85);p) nach der Verklebung des Reaktivschmelzklebstoffs wird der Leisten (13) entnommen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 29 oder 30, bei welchem die Sohle durch eine Laufsohle (29;69;85) gebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 29 oder 30, bei welchem die Sohle durch eine Zwischensohle (65) oder Brandsohle (93) gebildet und an deren Unterseite eine Laufsohle (69;85) befestigt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 29-32, bei welchem vor dem Anordnen des Funktionsschichteinsatzes (11) im Obermaterialschaft (27) auf der Außenseite des Funktionsschichtendbereichs (35) Reaktivschmetzklebstoff (61) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 29, 31 und 32, bei welchem nach Herstellung einer Verbindung zwischen dem Funktionsschichteinsatz (11) und dem Obermaterialschaft (27) am oberen Schaftende und nach einem Herausstülpen des Funktionsschichteinsatzes aus dem Obermaterialschaft (27) auf die Oberseite der Sohle (29;63;85) Reaktivschmelzklebstoff (61) aufgebracht wird.
