Claims (17)
- Mittels Luft-, Schienen-, Wasser- und/oder Landfahrzeugen (1) transportierbares, im freien Vorbau verlegbares militärisches Schnellbaubrückensystem, im wesentlichen umfassendeine Brücke (100), bestehend auszwei Spurträgern (110,120), die mittels Kupplung miteinander verbindbar sind,und einer Verlegemechanik,eine Verlegeeinrichtung (200), die mit der Verlegemechanik korrespondiert, miteiner Hydraulikanlage (270)und einer elektronischen Steuerung,und einen Vorschubträger (130) miteinem Triebstock,und Laufflächen (133, 143) für Stützrollen (221, 222) der Verlegeeinrichtung (200),jeder Spurträger (110, 120) besteht aus zwei parallelen Rampen (111, 112; 121, 122) und einem Trägerabschnitt (131, 141),an den Rampen (111, 112; 121, 122) ist vorne und hinten je ein Querrohr (113, 123) montiert,am Vorschubträger (130) sind rechts und links sowie vorne und hinten Querträger (132, 142) vorgesehen, die in die Querrohre (113, 123) eingreifen,die Verlegeeinrichtung (200) umfassteinen Quertransporteur miteinem Teleskoprohr auf Gleitplatten,Tragrollen (231, 233) für die Rampen (111, 112; 121, 122) auf dem Teleskoprohr,Zentrierblechen (232, 234) neben den Tragrollen (231, 233), die mit den Rampen (111, 112; 121, 122) kooperierenund einem Seilzug (250, 251)und Spreizzylinder zum Ein- und Ausfahren des Teleskoprohrs und der Rampen (111, 112; 121, 122).

- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:die Verlegeeinrichtung (200) umfasst außer dem Quertransporteureinen ersten Triebstockantrieb mit Antriebsmotor, Getriebe und Ritzel (225),eine vordere Hubeinrichtung mit Hubarm (230), Tragrollen (231), Zentrierblechen (232) und Hubzylinder,eine hintere Hubeinrichtung mit Hubarm, Tragrollen (233), Zentrierblechen (234) und Hubzylinder,einen Seilzug mit Seil (250) und motorisch betätigter Seiltrommel (251),und einen heckseitigen Verlegearm (220) mitunteren Stützrollen (221), die mit den Laufflächen (133, 143) des Vorschubträgers (130) kooperieren,oberen Stützrollen (222), die mit den Laufflächen (133, 143) des Vorschubträgers (130) kooperierenund einem zweiten Triebstockantrieb mit Antriebsmotor, Getriebe und Ritzel (224),der Verlegearm (220) istauf einer Achse montiert,mittels Schwenkzylinder zwischen etwa senkrecht nach oben und etwa senkrecht nach unten verschwenkbarund in jeder Stellung blockierbar.
- System nach Anspruch 9, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:der Schwenkzylinder wirkt über einen Schwenkhebel,der Schwenkhebel ist auf der Achse seitlich verschiebbar.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:die Verlegeeinrichtung (200) ist auf einer Transportpalette montiert.
- System nach Anspruch 11, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:die Transportpalette umfassteinen Palettenrahmen (210) aus zwei Längsträgern,eine an den Längsträgern vorne befestigte Stütze (260) miteiner Hakenaufnahme zum Transportfahrzeug (1),Halterungen für die Seilwinde (251),und Führungen (261) für den oben liegenden Spurträger (120),und Querträger zwischen den Längsträgern.
- System nach Anspruch 12, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:die Querträger tragen den Quertransporteur.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:die Transportpalette, der Verlegearm (220) und/oder der Schwenkhebel bestehen aus Stahl.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:die Transportpalette umfasst fernerein diesel-elektrisch-hydraulisches Aggregat,die Hydraulikanlage (270),die elektrische Steuerung,die Spreizzylinderund/oder Stützfüße (241) mit Stützzylinder (240).
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:die Transportpalette umfasst ferner Stützräder (211).
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:die Zylinder sind als Differentialzylinder ausgeführt.
