Claims (13)
- Pulversprühpistole für Beschichtungspulver, enthaltend mindestens eine Hochspannungs-Elektrode (32) zur elektrostatischen Pulveraufladung, ein Pulverrohr (38) aus elektrisch isolierendem Material, welches sich auf einer Pistoleneingangsseite (40) in die Pulversprühpistole erstreckt, ein Anschlußrohr (56) aus elektrisch isolierendem Material, dessen vorderer Endabschnitt benachbart zu dem hinteren Endabschnitt des Pulverrohres (38) angeordnet ist und dessen hinterer Endabschnitt mit einem Pulverschlauch (84) zusammensteckbar ist, eine Buchse (42) aus elektrisch leitendem Material, welche das Pulverrohr (38) dichtend umgibt und an Erdpotential anschließbar ist zum Ableiten von elektrischen Ladungen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass der vordere Endabschnitt (58) des Anschlußrohres (56) und der hintere Endabschnitt (60) des Pulverrohres (38) einander axial überlappend und luftdicht so weit ineinander gefügt sind, dass sie zwischen sich eine elektrisch isolierende Isolierstrecke (76) zur Vermeidung von elektrischen Strömen von ihrer Innenseite zu ihrer Außenseite bilden, und dass die Buchse (42) sich axial bis an oder über das äußere Überlappungsende (78) der Anschlußrohr-Pulverrohr-Verbindung (56, 38) erstreckt, zur Ableitung von elektrischen Ladungen, falls solche am äußeren Überlappungsende (78) zwischen dem Anschlußrohr (56) und dem Pulverrohr (38) trotz der Isolierstrecke (76) austreten. - Pulversprühpistole nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass der hintere Endabschnitt (60) des Pulverrohres (38) in den vorderen Endabschnitt (58) des Anschlußrohres (56) eingesetzt ist. - Pulversprühpistole nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlußrohr (56) einen vorderen Bohrungsabschnitt (70) hat, dessen Durchmesser größer ist als der sich daran anschließende hintere Bohrungsabschnitt (72), so dass zwischen den beiden Bohrungsabschnitten (70, 72) ein Absatz (68) gebildet ist, und dass der hintere Endabschnitt (60) des Pulverrohres (38) in den vorderen Bohrungsabschnitt des Anschlußrohres (56) eingesetzt ist und auf dessen Absatz (68) sitzt. - Pulversprühpistole nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das äußere Überlappungsende (88) der Anschlußrohr-Pulverschlauch-Steckverbindung (56, 84) von einem Abschirmmantel (90) aus elektrisch leitendem Material mit radialem und axialem Luftstreckenabstand umgeben ist, welcher mit der Buchse (42) elektrisch leitend verbunden ist, wobei der Luftstreckenabstand als elektrischer Sicherheitsabstand zur Vermeidung von elektrischen Stromüberschlägen von diesem äußeren Überlappungsende (88) auf den Abschirmmantel (90) ausgebildet ist. - Pulversprühpistole nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschirmmantel (90) an der Buchse (42) befestigt ist. - Pulversprühpistole nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vordere Endabschnitt des Abschirmmantels (90) in einen Ringraum zwischen der Buchse (42) und das Anschlußrohr (56) eingesetzt ist und darin von diesen beiden Teilen axial und radial gehalten wird. - Pulversprühpistole nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass der vordere Endabschnitt des Abschirmmantels (90) einen kleineren Durchmesser hat als sein hinterer Endabschnitt, welcher sich mit radialem Abstand über das äußere Überlappungsende (88) erstreckt, welches zwischen dem Anschlußrohr (56) und dem Pulverschlauch (84) gebildet ist. - Pulversprühpistole nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschirmmantel (90) eine Schraubenfeder ist, deren Windungen das Anschlußrohr (56) umgeben. - Pulversprühpistole nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschirmmantel (90) axial federelastisch komprimierbar ist. - Pulversprühpistole nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Ineinanderfügungena) des Pulverrohres (38) mit der Buchse (42) und/oderb) des Pulverrohres (38) mit dem Anschlußrohr (38) und/oderc) der Buchse (42) mit dem Anschlußrohr (56) eine Steckverbindung ist. - Pulversprühpistole nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Steckverbindungen Klebstoff enthält und eine Klebeverbindung ist. - Pulversprühpistole nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlußrohr und die Buchse je mit einem Gewinde versehen sind und durch diese Gewinde miteinander verschraubt sind. - Pulversprühpistole nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hintere Endabschnitt (82) des Anschlußrohres (56) eine profilierte Außenfläche (80) zum Aufstecken des Pulverschlauches (84) hat.
