Description

The present invention relates to a set of structures particularly suitable for the construction of wet premises and the method of mounting relative.

According to the known technique, for the soil of wet premises, a coating consisting of a cementitious patching, covered by ceramic tiles, glued and sealed on the same leveling.

A disadvantage of this type of soil is represented by the fact that, often - through the interstices between one tile and the other and because of the detachment of these - it allows the passage of infiltrations which, especially in the the naval sector, can cause corrosion of the structures carrying the underlying bridge. In addition to their considerable weight, over time, because of of their detachment, the tiles can generate other defects, such as the bulge of the underlayment.

Another disadvantage of the tile floor is generated by the technique itself assembly of the entire metal structure (partition walls in aluminum) and the various tools directly placed on the underlying bridge, to which they are attached by welding, transmitting and amplifying disproportionately to the underlying and upper bridges any kind of noise related to the activities taking place in the wet premises.

According to another solution of the known technique, in order to eliminate these disadvantages, we realized a continuous soil, based on resins, without tiles, on which are then fixed the separation panels, the elements of arrangement and tools.

A disadvantage of the known continuous soil, based on resin, is constituted by the fact that its realization must be completed when the room is empty, before the placement of separation panels and ancillary facilities; by therefore, all the successive machining for the completion of the local load the soil, inevitably damaging the soil in question.

A further disadvantage of the known continuous soil is represented by the maintenance random of perfect adhesion in the areas of contact between the ground and metallic elements. Where moisture is penetrated, it is not easy to eliminate it and dismantle the bordering areas concerned by infiltration, to prevent the latter from damaging the materials, causing early aging of metal limiting structures and, in particular on board ships, corrosion of the deck plate: in in the space of 10 years, the sheet metal of the bridge can be pierced.

The use of stainless steel profiles to be applied to the walls is already known. But, for example, the French patent application n. 2,704,259 discloses a plinth of protection at the bottom of the partitions in isothermal panels. This plinth is made by folding stainless steel sheets, while at the top it is stapled on a Z-shaped profile, which is mechanically fastened to the insulated panel, and at the foot the plinth is riveted on a profiled pegged floor. The plinth is then filled with concrete and capped. It does not have a definite form, because its form is given according to the demand. This invention has the only purpose of constituting a basic support for isothermal panels, so it can not provide a complete wet room with floor, vertical wall and ceiling, with prefabricated elements.

Moreover, the French patent application n. 2 748 509 also provides for the use of the profiles, but only to solve a problem at the base of a wall, with the installation a protective seat, to prevent the machinery from hitting accidentally against the walls. These are elements of coating tubular, filled with filling material, applied to the base of walls. Even this patent does not allow to obtain a complete wet room with floor, vertical wall and ceiling, according to the purposes of this invention.

The object of the present invention is to provide a wet room comprising a soil that can solve the aforementioned drawbacks and, above all, that is in same time easy to assemble and possessing the desired characteristics waterproofing and acoustic insulation required in the rooms wet, especially on board ships.

This goal is achieved with a wet room and a process associated assembly, as defined in claims 1 and 31.

In order to facilitate assembly and eliminate as much as possible the risk of a wrong assembly, it is expected that the structural elements as well as the corresponding accessories are prefabricated.

Special attention has been devoted to the study of the use of profiles specially shaped, previously bonded with adhesive products directly on the underlying structure, in order to free, at the time of the laying of the floor, the placement of the separation panels, so that it can be done later, to avoid the risk of damaging it during the primary phase of the development of the area in question. By example: on board ships, stanchions and caisson bases are fixed on the deck plate, in order to prevent penetration and infiltration of condensate and liquids in the underlying parts and to allow the implementation of the soil only thereafter, where the local is practically finished.

Special attention has been devoted to achieving a perfect adhesion of the soil with the profiles, which is obtained thanks to the special profile of same sections, the lower part of which includes an inclined flange, in land overlap and through the products adhesives used, as well as the pre-treatment of the profile surfaces at medium of adhesion promoting products and / or rendering the surface rough.

Some of the many advantages that are obtained with the present invention are the following.

The assembly of wet rooms is much easier compared to the known technique, since we start with the mounting of a limiting profile or staked directly on the underlying structure, or plate of the bridge, easily performing its perfect leveling, interposing possibly appropriate shims. Then we do the sealing and we attaches the stanchion to the deck plate, using structural adhesives.

On étambrai, we mount the special panels, expressly provided for this effect.

Even the panels have been advantageously simplified and lightened, while the structure and methodology of fixation have been improved, compared to known solutions.

The advantage obtained by the inclination of the lower edge of the profiles consists in increasing the area of contact with the ground, consisting of a resin conveniently loaded with special binders, in order to allow staggering the resin on the same edge of the profile, to prevent further, thanks to the vast extent of the superimposed surface, the formation of slits between the profile and the floor and, finally, to make the realization less exact level of the resin on the foot of the profile, guaranteeing a small machining error tolerance. Indeed, even if the soil-profiled alignment should prove to be flawed, the error would be accepted, in accordance with sanitary facilities, since in any case it would be possible to clean it perfectly and that, from the aesthetic point of view, its appearance would be pleasant.

Another advantage is represented by the simplicity of a possible recovery of the resin, in case of limited adhesion problems and / or soil damage, possibly caused by severe shocks concentrates, cuts, sabotage. Indeed, in this case it will suffice to perform locally cutting with a "cutter" to remove the section of corresponding material and perform the recovery of the resin in the damaged area, while guaranteeing the result.

A further advantage of wet premises according to the present invention is due the fact that the assembly is lighter compared to the known technique; especially with regard to the soil, we obtain a reduction in the weight of about 60% by weight according to the known technique.

In a manner similar to that adopted for the perimeter separation, we glue directly on the underlying structure the chutes flow and caisson bases, on which will be mounted only in a second step the elements of arrangement and the auxiliary facilities.

Always with the aim of obtaining a perfect waterproofing of the soil, chutes provided for the flow of water are practically tanks in one piece of stainless steel and, to the extent possible, they are united to the caisson bases.

Another advantage obtained with the present invention is the fact that, thanks to the chute mounted to adhere to the ground, it facilitates the realization of the necessary slope and improves the sealing and conveying of flows to landfills.

The panels consist of a visible sheet steel plate stainless steel and a galvanized sheet metal backplate, since we have inserted inside a corrugated aluminum reinforcing plate, to confer at the panel the necessary rigidity.

The panels are attached to the back of the partitions using C-elements and support shelves.

In addition to the particular shape of the profiles, in order to improve their adhesion with the ground, one can apply on their lower edge - at the point where the profiled-soil contact - adhesion promoters for surfaces stainless.

The stainless steel surface is previously degreased and rendered rough - so that the surface of the contact flange with the ground is more gross - so that it is rougher compared to satin original sheet to ensure better adhesion.

The wet premises assembly method, according to the present invention, is the following, for example aboard a ship.

First of all we carry out the upgrade of the stanchions which will then be adhesives on the deck plate, then the panels are mounted on the stanchions, we glue the caisson bases and chutes directly on the deck plate and then, before laying the resin, adhesion promoter product, to set on the metal support (by example: on the deck) and on the lower edges of steel profiles after roughening the surface. Then we spread smoothing, we cover with a top coat, then we put the resin transparent, which incorporates anti-slip granules and ends with a protective product.

The adhesion promoter product consists of a two-component components based on xylan.

The adhesives used are structural adhesive polyurethane adhesives with a single component; for example, the product known as trade name of Sicaflex 252 which is used not only in as an adhesive but also as a sealing product.

The patch consists of a two-component epoxy-polyurethane material loaded with expanded micro-cellular aluminate fillers, which lighten the compound so that its density reaches 0.9 Kg / m 2 .

The finishing layer, consisting of a two-component polyurethane resin, also having a decorative function, has a density of 1.2 Kg / m 2 .

On the top layer, a layer of polyurethane resin is spread transparent, which incorporates a special anti-slip process at points where it is necessary.

On this finish, during the final phase of total cleaning of the premises wet, a special protective, scratch and anti-wear product is applied, transparent acrylic-silicone nature.

We want to clarify that we must avoid getting either a surface anti-slip too much, since cleaning would be difficult, an anti-slip surface too inconsistent, because it could give rise slippage, particularly in certain areas, for example: in the "sauces" area.

To obtain the anti-slip surface, in the areas where it is necessary, aluminum oxide is applied to the transparent polyurethane resin having a grain size of 60 mesh, then repainted immediately, the same area, with the same transparent polyurethane resin, so that what, by osmosis, the resin creates the base of support for the granule Stability. To get a better result with this system, we pass roll on the first layer of polyurethane resin, the granules, then apply the same resin again in a period of time 10 minutes, so that a single layer is formed. The resin, which at first incorporates the granules, then tends to slide towards the down, as long as she is still fresh and she lets go beyond the parties granules.

According to a preferred embodiment, an average thickness of smoothing of 25 mm., it is sanded, the finishing decorative layer is applied with a thickness of 2 mm. After further sanding, apply the transparent polyurethane resin with a thickness of 200 μ and, for finish, spread the scratchproof protection product with a thickness of About 150 μ.

In the drawing, there are three layers of the floor 1: leveling 4, layer decorative finish 5, transparent resin 6, while the layer of final protection, scratch-proof and anti-wear, not shown.

The profile of stilt 9 continues with a flange 11, inclined by 45 °, height equal to that laid down for floor 1, intended to be suitably treated to improve the adhesion to the ground 1, which covers it.

After a small horizontal section 12, in correspondence of the angle 13, the profile is rounded, in order to facilitate the successive cleaning of the room.

Then, the profile of the sill 9 follows one with a vertical portion 14 high enough to prevent the passage of any infiltration. In the upper part, the sill 9 ends with an inclined edge 15, of so that any moisture that may form on the walls 2, does not flow into the gap between the wall 2 and the partition 8, but that it go down inside the room.

A l'arrière, l'étambrai 9 a un rebord horizontal 16, dirigé vers la cloison 8, apte à être fixé au moyen d'éléments 17, à ladite cloison 8.At the rear, the stanchion 9 has a horizontal rim 16, directed towards the partition 8, adapted to be fixed by means of elements 17, to said partition 8.

On the frame 9, there are panels 25, able to constitute the wall 2, to which are bonded C 18 elements, shown in Figure 27, which are fixed on the one hand on the rear face 27 of the panels 25 and on the other part to the partition 8, by means of support shelves 19, made of galvanized steel, as can best be seen in the detail of Figure 25.

In the upper part of the room, the angle fixing of the panels 25 to the partition 8 and the upper bridge (not shown), is performed in a similar manner, with the use of specially designed profiles which will be better illustrated in Figures 26, 28 and 30.

Sur le soubassement à caissons 20 est indiqué un élément d'agencement 22.Figure 2 is similar to Figure 1; it shows a basement to boxes 20 with an incorporated flow chute 21, better shown in Figures 15 and 16. On the caisson base 20 is indicated an arrangement element 22.

The caisson base 20, illustrated in FIG. 2, is adjacent to the stool 9 and its profile 23, to the stile 9, is complementary to the profile of the stool 9, to join perfectly with it. To the chute 21, with which the box base 20 constitutes a single piece, it is no longer necessary for the profile to have an inclined edge, given that in correspondence of the point in question, it must not lodge the ground.

In order to always guarantee the continuity of the sill, to allow any possible subsequent modification, the caisson base 20 is approached, without being an integral part of the latter.

It is stuck directly on the deck plate 7, in correspondence of the sections horizontal in contact with the deck plate 7.

When the box base 20 is adjacent to the frame 9, it is fixed on the latter, by soldering by points, then sealed with products adhesives.

At the opposite end 24 of the chute 21, where the latter touches the ground, the profile again shows the shape of the sill, in the indicated sections with the numbers 10 ', 11', 12 '(see Figure 15).

La figure 3 illustre une section analogue à celle de la figure 1, dans laquelle le soubassement à caissons 20 avec goulotte 21 est isolé par rapport à l'étambrai 9.FIG. 3 illustrates a section similar to that of FIG. 1, in which the caisson base 20 with chute 21 is isolated with respect to the chimney 9.

The caisson base 20 is always closed and, where the chute 21 missing, in correspondence of the foot, there is a profile identical to that of the stanchion 9, namely a horizontal lower edge 10, glued on the underlying structure 7, an inclined rim 11 of approximately 45 °, a small horizontal section 12 and a rounded corner 13.

It is obvious that when the caisson base 20 is not equipped chute 21, it has, in all its perimeter, in correspondence of the foot, in sections 10, 11, 12, 13, the same profile as that of the stool 9.

Figure 4 illustrates, in horizontal section, a panel 25 of the wet room.

It is made "sandwich", with a visible sheet steel plate stainless 26, that is to say on the side that we see from inside the room, a galvanized sheet metal back plate 27 on the opposite side, i.e. the gap between the wall 2 and the partition 8; inside, inserted between plates, is a corrugated aluminum reinforcing plate 28.

According to a preferred embodiment, the thickness of the stainless steel sheet 26 is 0.8 mm, the thickness of the galvanized sheet 27 is 0.6 mm, the plate of aluminum reinforcement 28 has a thickness of 0.3 mm, and has waves greece of length 15 mm.

For said corrugated aluminum inner plate 28, a product can be used known under the trade name Doluflex.

On the edges 29, 30, 31, 32, the panel 25 ends only with the visible plate 26, conveniently folded.

The shape of the edges of the stainless steel sheet 26 is fundamental to coupling of the panels 25; indeed, we install and glue the plate visible in stainless steel sheet 26, while the ends of the plate rear 27 and reinforcement 28 remain clear edges and independent.

The dimensions of the panel 25 vary according to the requirements: generally the panel is rectangular and its dimensions are 2 m. x 0.9 m. about, with the long side in a vertical position.

The two opposite edges of the long sides 29 and 30, which can be observed in section in Figure 4, are complementary to each other in order to guarantee a perfect approximation of adjacent panels.

As illustrated in FIG. 4, the edges 29 and 30 form a tooth, thanks to four bends at 90 °.

The stainless steel sheet 26 of the two edges 31 and 32 of the short sides of the panel, illustrated in Figure 5, is folded backwards with a inclination equal to that of the inclined edge 15 top of the stile. Indeed, the time of assembly, the lower edge 32 lands on the inclined edge 15 of the strut, joining perfectly with the latter.

Les deux bords terminaux 35, 36 de l'élément 33 sont complémentaires, comme les bords verticaux 29, 30, afin qu'ils puissent se joindre parfaitement avec les panneaux 25.FIG. 6 illustrates a connecting element 33 made of stainless steel sheet for the connection between two adjacent panels 25, when the wall 2, seen in plane, forms an internal angle. In correspondence of the vertex of the angle, the sheet metal is rounded, to facilitate cleaning operations. Both edges terminals 35, 36 of the element 33 are complementary, like the edges 29, 30, so that they can join perfectly with the panels 25.

The two end edges 35 ', 36' of the element 34 are complementary, while like the vertical edges 29 and 30 so that they can join perfectly with the panels 25.

The edge does not need to be rounded, since it is a ridge protruding and therefore, even if it is at 90 ° it is possible to clean perfectly. In any case, since it is folded sheet, the ridge is never a sharp edge.

Ils mesurent environ 150 mm x 150 mm.The connecting elements 33 and 34 are not "sandwiched", but in simple sheet metal, since they are rigid enough to support themselves, since their folds give them a robustness sufficient. They measure approximately 150 mm x 150 mm.

A l'arrière, un rebord du bord 30 du panneau 25 est relié à un élément en C 18, de soutien.FIG. 8 represents, in horizontal section, the union between two panels 25 and 25 'of the wall 2. As can be seen, the two sections fit together and the edges 29, 30 make it possible to obtain a perfect coupling. In back, an edge of the edge 30 of the panel 25 is connected to a C 18 element, support.

The panel 25 is fixed by means of a screw 63 which connects a protruding rim 64 of a shaped long edge 30 to the C 18 element, the long edge is embedded formed of the adjacent panel 25 'in the edge 30 of the panel 25, so that this installation guarantees the fixing. However, the panel 25 'will in turn be better blocked by fixing, in the same way by means of a screw, its edge 30 '(not shown) at its other end with another element 18, thus blocking the panel 25 'on both sides.

At the bottom, the panels are attached to the 9 jamb and at the back they are fixed on the elements in C, generally in correspondence of two intermediate points of the panel 25.

On the point of union, when the reconciliations are not perfectly dishes, a coverage profile 37 is applied, which has only one function aesthetic closing of the slot.

On the ceiling 3, we simply prefer to approach the panels, as shown in Figure 1, without embedding them, to avoid any risk of significant misalignments in the vanishing lines of the angles.

La figure 9 montre en perspective un détail de l'accouplement de figure 8, en correspondance de l'extrémité supérieure des panneaux, avec le bord supérieur 31 replié.FIG. 9 shows in perspective a detail of the coupling of FIG. correspondence of the upper end of the panels, with the edge upper 31 folded.

The double wall 25 ", 25" 'is used when we have to separate two premises, without the support of intermediate partitions 8. The prefabricated element 38 which closes the walls 25 ", 25" 'at the ends, is made of sheet steel stainless, with uniform thickness. The edges 29 ", 30" 'of the sheet in stainless steel walls 25 ", 25" 'are conveniently folded back to ends, to give more strength to the whole.

L'élément d'étambrai 39 illustré dans la figure 12 est utilisé en correspondance d'un angle interne du périmètre.FIGS. 12, 13 and 14 are details of the stamenspecial elements, prefabricated and used in special cases. The element shown in Figure 12 is used in correspondence of a internal angle of the perimeter.

The brace member 40 illustrated in FIG. 13 is used in correspondence of an outer edge of the perimeter.

The frame member 41 illustrated in FIG. 14 is used where the mounting successively a double wall 25 ", 25" 'is provided.

Figures 15 and 16 illustrate the cradle base 20 with chute 21. Said base 20 is open only in correspondence of the base, that is to say on the lower side which will be closed by the plate of the bridge and sealed on the latter.

The chute 42 is provided with the bottom surface completely closed. Since the culvert 43 (see figure 2) is previously installed on the deck plate, it would be very critical to do exactly match this one a hole already provided on the chute 42. By therefore, after mounting the chute 42, it is preferred to position of the scupper 43 and, only after the implementation, drill the hole on the chute 42, exactly in correspondence of the scupper 43, then weld the dalot 43 in the exact position.

In the case of the insulated chute 42, the two edges have a profile 10 ', 11', 12 ', 10 ", 11", 12 ", similar to that of the stanchion 9, with the two flanges 11 ', 11", angled outwards.

Since it is possible that the chute must follow deviations, with an angular route, for the sake of simplicity are provided special prefabricated elements with 90 ° angles: for example in correspondence of a right angle an element in L, indicated by the number 44 in figure 18, or in correspondence of a convergence an element at T, indicated by the number 45 in Figure 19.

In some cases, it may be useful to have the opportunity to higher amount of water. It is advisable to use a flow chute with increased depth 46, illustrated in Figures 21 and 22. In this case, the course of the outer edge will be analogous, but deeper, compared sections 10 "', 11"', 12 "'', 10" ", 11" ", 12" ", while inward increases the depth, thanks to a degree 47.

Therefore, it will of course be necessary to increase the thickness of the soil in resin; this achievement will be more expensive and the implementation more expensive. In addition, therefore, the weight of the soil will also be higher important.

Alternatively, we could drill the plate of the bridge in correspondence of this chute, but in this case, it would be necessary to reinforce the plate of the bridge so as not to disturb the iron structure of the ship, said solution is used nearby special auxiliary installations.

The latter must be placed on the trunks 21 or 42, like a lid. It is made of stainless steel sheet having a thickness of 3 mm., normally with elements of 300 mm. It is without nails or other accessories and it is made only by folding and punching for the realization of the holes 49, able to allow the passage of liquids in the troughs 21 or 42.

Un élément 18 est reproduit en section dans la figure 27.Figure 25 shows in detail the attachment of a wall 2 to a rear wall 8 or at an upper deck. At the back of the wall 2 are screwed or glued galvanized steel C elements, marked with the number 18, since It is better to avoid welding on stainless steel. A Element 18 is reproduced in section in Figure 27.

Each element 18 in C is welded on two steel support shelves 19 galvanized, normally in U or in L which, in turn, are welded on the partition 8 or on the upper deck, by means of the welds indicated in Fig. This results in extremely precise fixing of the panels.

Fig. 26 illustrates the angle attachment of the wall 2 and the ceiling 3 against the 8. In correspondence of the angle, an element of a special fastener 50, shown separately in FIG. two elements in C, cut and welded at 90 °. In reality, it is a single prefabricated part, specially folded.

In order to be superimposed on a section with a horizontal arm 52 of the fastening element 50, the support shelf 51 is conveniently more long than shelves 19.

Vers la partie interne de l'angle paroi-plafond, il y a un profilé de finition 53 en L, représenté séparément, en section, dans la figure 30.Towards the inner part of the wall-ceiling angle, there is a finishing profile 53 in L, shown separately, in section, in FIG.

The profile 53, provided prefabricated and whose length used in the trade is 2 m., makes sure that the edge wall-ceiling is rounded, of to meet the standards.

Dans la figure 26, on voit les bords repliés 31 et 32, en correspondance des extrémités des côtés courts des panneaux 25.In FIG. 26, folded edges 31 and 32 are seen, in correspondence with ends of the short sides of the panels 25.

Le profilé 54 relie le plafond de deux locaux adjacents.FIG. 29 represents the vertical section of a T-section 54, to be used in correspondence of the fixing of a 25 "-25" 'double wall on the bridge superior. The profile 54 is practically a double element of the profile 50. Each of the two walls 25 "and 25" 'must be approached on the outside of the side corresponding to the rod of the T: 55 and 56. The profile 54 connects the ceiling of two adjacent premises.

Figures 31, 32 and 33 represent, in perspective, the elements prefabricated internal finishing profiles 53, respectively 57, 58, 59, that it is used in special cases.

La figure 31 illustre un profilé de finition 57, utilisé en correspondance d'une paroi double 25", 25"'.FIG. 31 illustrates a finishing profile 57, used in correspondence of a double wall 25 ", 25" '.

La figure 32 illustre un profilé de finition 58, utilisé en correspondance d'un angle interne des panneaux 25 .FIG. 32 illustrates a finishing profile 58, used in correspondence of a internal angle of the panels 25.

La figure 33 illustre un profilé de finition 59, utilisé en correspondance d'une arête externe du périmètre des panneaux 25 .Fig. 33 illustrates a finishing profile 59, used in correspondence of a outer edge of perimeter of panels 25.

Dans la figure 34 est représentée la fixation au sol d'un pied 60 d'un élément d'agencement 61.In Figure 34 is shown the attachment to the ground of a foot 60 of an element arrangement 61.

Ensuite le pied 60 est noyé et recouvert partiellement par la couche de finition 5 et la résine 6.In the event that it is necessary to fix the elements arrangement of which the lower side is open, for example tables, does not use the caisson substrates 20 previously glued on the plate of the bridge 7, but it will be necessary to fix their feet 60 on the patching 4, while the laying phase of the soil. The figure represents, on the sheet of the bridge 7, the layer of the leveling compound 4, the finishing layer 5 and the thin layer of resin transparent 6. The foot 60 is glued on the leveling compound 4 by means of the product structural adhesive 62, inserted into the concavity under the foot 60. Then the foot 60 is embedded and partially covered by the top layer 5 and the resin 6.

The present invention includes all the variations of the details and the changes that may seem obvious to an industry technician and that do not go out of the box demands following.
