Claims (9)
- Werkzeug zum Binden eines Gegenstandes, insbesondere eines Kabelbaums, mittels eines Bandes, mit einem Werkzeugkörper (1) und einer Zange (2), die zumindest teilweise von beweglich am Werkzeugkörper (1) gelagerten Zangenteilen (3, 3') gebildet ist und die mit einer Bandführung versehen ist, wobei die Zangenteile (3, 3') so schließbar sind, daß zwischen ihren freien Enden in einem geschlossenen Zustand der Zange (2) ein Freiraum (6) besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem freien Ende mindestens eines der Zangenteile (3, 3') ein Schieber (5, 5') angeordnet ist, der zwischen einer den Freiraum (6) freigebenden und einer schließenden Stellung beweglich ist und zumindest in seiner schließenden Stellung einen Teil der Bandführung bildet.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zangenteil (3, 3') eine den Freiraum (6) bildende Aussparung (32, 32') aufweist.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem freien Ende des Zangenteils (3) eine Feder (51) vorgesehen ist, gegen deren Federkraft der Schieber (5) beweglich ist.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem freien Ende des Zangenteils (3) ein Hohlraum (36) vorgesehen ist, der zur Aufnahme des Schiebers (5) dimensioniert ist.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hohlraum (36) zumindest teilweise gekrümmt ausgebildet ist.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein den Hohlraum (36) zangeninnenseitig begrenzender Abschnitt (39) des Zangenteils (3) keilförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (5) an seiner einen Teil der Bandführung bildenden Seite eine Mulde (52) aufweist.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schieber (5, 5') an beiden Zangenteilen (3, 3') vorgesehen und verschieden groß dimensioniert sind.
- Anordnung zum Binden eines Gegenstandes, insbesondere eines Kabelbaums, umfassend ein Band und ein Werkzeug mit einem Werkzeugkörper (1) und einer Zange (2), die zumindest teilweise von beweglich am Werkzeugkörper (1) gelagerten Zangenteilen (3, 3') gebildet ist und die mit einer Bandführung versehen ist, wobei die Zangenteile (3, 3') so schließbar sind, daß zwischen ihren freien Enden in einem geschlossenen Zustand der Zange (2) ein Freiraum (6) besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem freien Ende mindestens eines der Zangenteile (3, 3') ein Schieber (5, 5') angeordnet ist, der zwischen einer den Freiraum (6) freigebenden und einer schließenden Stellung beweglich ist und zumindest in seiner schließenden Stellung einen Teil der Bandführung bildet.
