Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Vliesstoffes, der zumindest teilweise aus wasseraufnehmenden Grundfasern besteht, das die kontinuierlichen Schritte aufweist:• Herstellen eines Faservlieses (10) durch Kardieren oder eine andere konventionelle Technik;• Komprimieren und Befeuchten besagten Vlieses;• Unterziehen des befeuchteten und komprimierten Vlieses einer Bearbeitung zum Binden mittels Wasserstrahlen, die gegen mindestens eine der Seiten gerichtet sind, wobei der Vlies durch eine drehbare Trommel, die in zufälliger Weise verteilte Mikroperforationen aufweist, gestützt ist, wobei ein Teilvakuum im Innern besagter Trommel erzeugt wird;• Bringen besagten gebundenen Vlieses zu einer Anordnung (32, 33) , die seine Entwässerung und seine Trocknung ermöglicht vor seiner Entgegennahme insbesondere in Form einer Aufwicklung,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, nach der Behandlung zum Binden (20) mittels Wasserstrahlen und vor der Trocknung und Entgegennahme, der vorgebundene und befeuchtete Vlies zu einer zusätzlichen Anordnung zur Behandlung (28) durch Bearbeitung mit einer oder mehreren Reihen von Wasserstrahlen gebracht wird, wobei besagte Anordnung eine saugende bewegte Oberfläche in Form einer Trommel aufweist, die mit einer abnehmbaren, eine durchbrochene Struktur (30) aufweisende Manschette bedeckt ist, die durch ein aus Bronzefäden gewobenes Tuch gebildet ist, das eingerichtet ist, eine Folge von Zonen mit Hervorhebungen und Gräben aufzuweisen, wobei die Hervorhebungen durch Prägung erhalten werden, das Verhältnis des Zwischenraums in Bezug auf die Oberfläche zwischen 10 und 50 % liegt, und die Gesamthöhe zwischen dem Boden der Grabenbereiche und dem höheren Bereich der hervorgehobenen Zonen zwischen 0,5 und 2 mm beträgt.
- Nichtgewebter Vliesstoff, der eine Folge von Zonen mit Hervorhebungen und Gräben aufweist, welche durch Ausführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 erhalten wurden, wobei die Gesamthöhe zwischen dem Boden der Grabenbereiche und dem höheren Bereich der hervorgehobenen Zonen zwischen 0,5 und 2 mm beträgt.
- Nichtgewebter Vliesstoff nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er vollständig aus Viskose-Fasern besteht.
- Nichtgewebter Vliesstoff nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus einer Mischung von absorbierenden Kunstfasern und Synthetikfasern besteht.
- Nichtgewebter Vliesstoff nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er auf chemischen, künstlichen und/oder sythetischen Grundfasern, alleine oder als Mischung, basiert und mit Naturfasern wie Holzfasern verbunden ist.
- Nichtgewebter Vliesstoff nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hervorhebungen vom Krepp-Typ sind.
- Verwendung eines nichtgewebten Vliesstoffes nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6 als Wischstoff oder als Trägermaterial für Feuchttücher.
