Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zum Auf- und Abziehen einer aus einem Einbaustück mit einem darin angeordneten Walzenzapfenlager (5) bestehenden Lagereinheit (3) bei einer Stützwalze (1) eines Walzgerüstes,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Wechseleinrichtung (16) temporär mit der Lagereinheit (3) kuppelbar und zur Erzeugung einer Axialbewegung in Richtung auf die Stützwalze (1) und von dieser weg ausgebildet ist, wobei die Wechseleinrichtung (16) hebelartige innere Klauen (18) und hebelartige äußere Klauen (17) aufweist, von denen die inneren Klauen (18) in ein Zapfenende (9) der Stützwalze (1) und die äußeren Klauen (17) in die Lagereinheit (3) eingreifen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die inneren und äußeren Klauen (17, 18) verdrehbar und nach Art eines Bajonettverschlusses im Zapfenende (9) bzw. in der Lagereinheit (3) verriegelbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zapfenende (9) und ein außenseitig an die Lagereinheit (3) angeschraubter Zwischenring (6) kleeblattartig, mit Durchgangsstufen (7; 19) für die inneren und äußeren Klauen (17, 18) ausgebildet ist und den Klauen (17, 18) in situ, nach dem Verdrehen in eine Hintergriffsposition, komplementäre Verriegelungsvorsprünge (8) des Zapfenendes (9) bzw. des Zwischenrings (6) zugeordnet sind und den äußeren Klauen (17) außerdem noch ein dem Walzenzapfenlager (5) vorgeschalteter Druckring (11) gegenüberliegt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die inneren Klauen (18) an einem Kolben (20) eines in die Wechseleinrichtung (16) integrierbaren Hydraulikzylinders (21) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das von den inneren Klauen (18) abgewandte, freie Kolbenende (22) mit einem Handrad (23) versehen ist.
