Abstract
Description
Die nach diesem Verfahren hergestellten Betonsteine haben sich zwar bewährt, weisen allerdings eine ziemlich raue Oberfläche auf, wobei auch die Betonkörner nur über die Bindewirkung des Betons an der Oberfläche haften.
Durch dieses "Wabbeln" im noch nicht ausgehärteten Zustand der Betonsteine und -platten und ggfs. durch die Anwesenheit von Flüssigkeit während des Vorgangs wird eine Oberfläche erzeugt, die zwar eine gewisse Aufrauung erfährt, bei der aber keine scharfkantige Betonkörnung entsteht.
Anstelle des Eintauchens der weichen Stoffe, wie Tücher und dergleichen, kann aber auch während der Bearbeitung Wasser, Dispersionen, Farben oder Farbgemische auf die Oberflächen zugegeben werden, vorzugsweise darauf gesprüht werden.
Es kann weiterhin dadurch eine zusätzliche Farbgestaltung erreicht werden, dass die Oberflächen der Betonsteine oder Betonplatten unterschiedlich eingefärbt sind und durch das Bearbeiten des gesamten Produktionsbrettes mittels der weichen Stoffe und ggfs. Farben die Farben über mehrere Stein- oder Plattenoberflächen verteilt werden.
Erfindungsgemäß ist es auch möglich, als weitere bzw. zusätzliche Behandlungsmaßnahme auf die Oberflächen der Betonsteine oder Betonplatten, noch vor und/oder auch nach dem Aushärten, eine Dispersion, auch Dispersionsfarbe und/oder Farben und/oder Lacke, auch farblose Lacke aufzutragen. Dadurch wird eine optische Verbesserung der Oberfläche erreicht, die Schmutzaufnahme reduziert und es werden auch die Betonkörner zusätzlich fixiert. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass auch die Haftung von Schmutz bzw. Schmutzteilen verringert wird. Beispielsweise haften Kaugummireste und dergleichen nicht mehr. Auch die Farbbeständigkeit wird verbessert.
An der Scheibe 3 sind Stoffstreifen 4 befestigt, deren Enden über die Oberflächen der Betonsteine 2 streifen.
Dadurch, dass die Stoffstreifen 4 während des Überstreifens der Oberflächen der Betonsteine nass sind, wird eine besondere Oberflächenstruktur der Betonsteine erreicht. Diese kann dadurch verstärkt werden, dass die obere Schicht der Betonsteine eingefärbt ist, ggfs. auch über das Brett verteilt in verschiedenen Farben eingefärbt ist und dass die Bearbeitung der Oberflächen der Betonsteine dann erfolgt, wenn die Betonsteine noch nass bzw. feucht sind.
Dies kann noch, wie in der allgemeinen Beschreibung erläutert, dadurch verstärkt werden, dass den Oberflächen der Betonsteine während des Bearbeitens mit den Stoffstreifen Farben zugegeben werden.
Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Fertigen von Betonsteinen (2) oder Betonplatten verschiedener Formate und Größen, wobei die Fertigung auf Basis der Vibrationsverdichtung in mit Beton gefüllten Formen und der Stein- oder Plattenoberfläche entsprechenden Stempeln erfolgt, die Betonsteine (2) oder Betonplatten zumindest einer Nachbehandlung unterzogen werden und aushärten,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Nachbehandlungsmaßnahme die Oberflächen der Betonsteine (2) oder Betonplatten mittels weicher Stoffe (4) bearbeitet werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die weichen Stoffe (4) in einer oder mehreren Reihen zusammengefasst oder an Flächen oder Scheiben (3) befestigt sind und in beliebiger Bewegungsrichtung, vorzugsweise oszillierend und/oder rotierend, über die Oberfläche der Betonsteine (2) oder -platten geführt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die weichen Stoffe (4) Tücher, Schwämme, Fliesmaterialien, Filz, Gummi oder Kunststoffe sind, die streifenförmig ausgebildet und bürsten- oder besenartig angeordnet sind. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die weichen Stoffe (4) in Wasser, Dispersionen, Farben oder Farbmischungen getaucht und anschließend über die Oberfläche geführt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während der Bearbeitung der Oberflächen eine Flüssigkeit zugegeben wird und dass die Flüssigkeit Wasser, Dispersionen, Farben oder Farbmischungen enthält. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberflächen der Betonsteine (2) oder Betonplatten vor der Nachbehandlung mit Wasser, Dispersionen, Farben oder Farbmischungen genässt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als weitere Behandlungsmaßnahme auf die Oberflächen der Betonsteine (2) oder Betonplatten vor dem Aushärten eine Dispersion und/oder Farbe und/oder Lack aufgetragen wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als weitere Behandlungsmaßnahme auf die Oberflächen der Betonsteine (2) oder Betonplatten nach dem Aushärten eine Dispersion und/oder Farbe und/oder Lacke aufgetragen wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberflächen der Betonsteine (2) oder Betonplatten durch Profilierung der Stempel, insbesondere mittels Vorsprüngen oder Ausnehmungen, beim Verdichten und Abheben der Stempel geformt werden. - Betonstein oder Betonplatte, hergestellt nach einem der vorhergehenden Verfahrensansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stein (2) oder die Platte eine bearbeitete Oberfläche aufweist, dass die Betonkörner fixiert sind und dass der Betonstein (2) oder die Betonplatte eine bunte und/oder glänzende Oberfläche aufweist.
