- exhaust shower to rinse the entire sink and possibly the surrounding this area of the sink can.
- known sanitary outlet fittings similar to those of the type mentioned, as for example in the EP 0 756 038 B1 or the DE 37 21 152 A1 are described, the flexible hose is passed through the entire fitting housing down to below the sink, where it forms a loop and is then connected to a lower connection to the water-carrying channel of the sanitary fitting. The loop thereby forms the hose supply, which is required for the movement of the removable outlet nozzle.
- fitting housing should be designed as a special housing, which must be greater than a normal fitting housing because of the need to accommodate the hose.
- a sanitary outlet fitting of the type mentioned goes out of the US Pat. No. 3,680,780 out.
- a rigid curved tube piece at its downstream end carries an adjustable shower arrangement, performed in a correspondingly curved pipe section with a larger diameter and is frictionally held by this in the extended position.
- the DE-C-918,080 relates to a hose shower, as used in particular for barber washbasins, in which the extending below the washstand portion of the shower hose is surrounded by a coil spring, which pulls the pulled out shower hose when released back under the washstand.
- Object of the present invention is to provide a sanitary outlet fitting of the type mentioned, in which the valve body does not need to be designed as a special housing, the entire belonging to the outlet fitting environment accessible from the outlet nozzle and the use of the outlet fitting should be facilitated.
- a flexible hose is used instead of a rigid sliding water-carrying pipe. This allows the user of the outlet fitting by more or less pulling out by taking advantage of the flexibility of the hose reach any desired area in the vicinity of the outlet fitting with the water flowing from the outlet nozzle.

- the water-carrying channel can be arranged completely at the top of the fitting.
- the region of the water-conducting channel in which the guide part can be displaced lies within the outlet itself.
- the user is already used today to curved outlet pipes, especially for valves with swivel spout, in which the displacement of the guide member can be accommodated easily.
- this offers the advantage of a greater variety of products without much effort; for the user of the sanitary fitting there is the possibility of retrofitting.
- the guide member is preferably a hollow cylindrical part, which carries in its lateral surface two O-ring seals.
- the O-ring seals take on a leadership function in addition to their sealing.
- the return spring can between a mounted in the water-bearing channel stop ring and the guide member be arranged. Again, it is recommended that the return spring surrounds a portion of the hose. This represents a particularly space-saving arrangement.
- the swivel spout shown in the drawing has the shape of a curved outlet pipe 1.
- the lower end of the spout 1 is inserted in a known manner in a valve, not shown, so that it can be rotated about its vertical axis. It communicates at this spigot with a water-bearing channel the fitting.
- the outlet pipe 1 has a substantially rectilinear portion 1a, which extends from the insertion end to about a stop ring 2 attached to the inside. At the rectilinear portion 1a of the outlet pipe is followed by a circular arc-shaped portion 1b, at the end of an outlet nozzle 3 is detachably mounted.
- the outlet mouthpiece 3 has a mouthpiece body 4 which has a circular depression 5 on its side facing the portion 1b of the outlet tube 1. The diameter of the circular recess 5 corresponds to the diameter of the outlet pipe 1 at its mouth opening.
- a flat gasket 4 is located between the end face of the outlet pipe 1 and the bottom of the circular recess. 5
- a threaded bore 6 is guided through the body 4 of the mouthpiece 3, which opens into the interior 7 of the mouthpiece 3.
- the inner space 7 communicates with an aerator 8, which is screwed into the mouthpiece 3 at the front.
- connection nipple 9 of a flexible hose 10 is screwed.
- the tube 10 extends through the circular arc-shaped portion 1b of the outlet pipe 1, through the bore in the stop ring 2 in the rectilinear portion 1a of the outlet pipe 1 and has at its lower end a hohlylindharis guide member 11.

Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine sanitäre Auslaufarmatur. The invention relates to a sanitary outlet fitting.

Object of the present invention is to provide a sanitary outlet fitting of the type mentioned, in which the valve body does not need to be designed as a special housing, the entire belonging to the outlet fitting environment accessible from the outlet nozzle and the use of the outlet fitting should be facilitated.
This object is achieved by an outlet fitting with the features of
On the provision of a hose supply, which is "used up" when removing the outlet nozzle and as in the above-mentioned prior art in the form of a loop below the sink or the like. Must be arranged is waived. Also, a flexible hose is used instead of a rigid sliding water-carrying pipe. This allows the user of the outlet fitting by more or less pulling out by taking advantage of the flexibility of the hose reach any desired area in the vicinity of the outlet fitting with the water flowing from the outlet nozzle. The return of the outlet nozzle in abutment against the mouth of the outlet is supported by the return spring. With this construction, it is no longer necessary to pass the flexible hose through the entire fitting housing. The water-carrying channel can be arranged completely at the top of the fitting.
In this case, it is particularly preferred if the region of the water-conducting channel in which the guide part can be displaced lies within the outlet itself. The user is already used today to curved outlet pipes, especially for valves with swivel spout, in which the displacement of the guide member can be accommodated easily. In this case, it is possible to simply replace a conventional outlet pipe with an outlet pipe according to the invention. For the manufacturer of the sanitary fitting, this offers the advantage of a greater variety of products without much effort; for the user of the sanitary fitting there is the possibility of retrofitting.
The guide member is preferably a hollow cylindrical part, which carries in its lateral surface two O-ring seals. The O-ring seals take on a leadership function in addition to their sealing.
The return spring can between a mounted in the water-bearing channel stop ring and the guide member be arranged. Again, it is recommended that the return spring surrounds a portion of the hose.
This represents a particularly space-saving arrangement.
An embodiment of the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the drawing; the single figure shows schematically a section through a swivel spout.
The swivel spout shown in the drawing has the shape of a
In the threaded
- Normally, the
outlet nozzle 3 is held by thereturn spring 14, which presses theguide piece 11 down, in abutment with the mouth opening of theoutlet pipe 1; this is the position shown in the drawing. The water flowing from the bottom into theoutlet pipe 1 passes through the interior of theguide part 11, enters thehose 10, from there via thethreaded bore 6 into theinterior 7 of theoutlet mouthpiece 3 and exits via theaerator 8. This is the function of a normal tap outlet.
If necessary, however, the user can seize the
If the user lets go of the
The illustrated
