Definitions
- the invention relates to a water outlet fitting with a pull-out dish spray, having the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a water outlet fitting is used in particular as a kitchen faucet z. B. is arranged next to a sink.
- the mixed water line initially extends from a mixer unit in the base housing of the fitting to below the assembly level. Below this, it continues as a hose that is routed back to the base housing of the fitting and extends through the base housing of the fitting and a swiveling spout to the hand spray, which is inserted into a holder at the end of the spout and can be removed from there.
- a hose that is routed back to the base housing of the fitting and extends through the base housing of the fitting and a swiveling spout to the hand spray, which is inserted into a holder at the end of the spout and can be removed from there.
- the disadvantage of the known kitchen faucet is the cumbersome installation.
- the tap hole diameter in the worktop, in the sink, etc. is predetermined and therefore limited and possibly even further reduced by the mounting sleeve to be connected to the fitting.
- a hose that has the necessary pressure and kink resistance to last a long time to ensure safe operation of the fitting without leaks, the bending radius is too large, so that the hose bend does not fit through the tap hole or the mounting sleeve. It is therefore necessary to first detach the hose from the fitting, insert it in one strand through the tap hole, and then anchor it again in the fitting body from below the mounting surface by hanging it in, screwing it in, etc.
- a cold and a hot water supply line must also be accommodated in the cross-section available for the implementation. All of this work for making the hose connections must be made in a confined space, possibly inside a kitchen base cabinet.
- US 201808/0178935 A1 shows an arrangement in which a pull-out spray is provided, which is arranged separately from an outlet fitting and/or a mixing valve.
- the mixed water line coming from the mixing valve is divided at a Y-shaped flow divider element into one line that leads to the outlet fitting and another line that leads to the pull-out spray.
- the hoses must be connected below the sink so that assembly is not made easier.
- both a pull-out auxiliary spray and the main outlet are each supplied via a hose.
- a flow divider element is provided to split the mixed water flow.
- the flow divider element with the attached hoses is too big to be pushed through the tap hole. Therefore, hose connections have to be made below the assembly level in a cumbersome manner.
- the object of the invention is therefore to improve a water outlet fitting with a pull-out spray gun in such a way that assembly is made easier.
- the mixed water line can be completely preassembled.
- it then consists of two hose sections lying next to one another, which are connected to an inner deflection channel via a deflection element.
- the size of the diverter must be related to the size of the fitting and the tap hole. If you look at a cross-sectional plane of the tap hole, the projected outer peripheral surface of the deflection element together with the hose sections attached to it must be smaller than the tap hole or than a mounting sleeve that is to be connected to the fitting housing and that can be inserted into the tap hole.
- a cold water supply line and a hot water supply line there is preferably a cold water supply line and a hot water supply line.
- a hot water supply line there are then at least two lines and two hose sections that can be bundled together, i.e. placed so close together, that they can all be pushed through a common opening on the body of the fitting, from the top, i.e. from the side of a sink or a worktop on which the fitting is placed.
- the deflection element is either a rigid part, for example made of thermoplastic material, which can be inserted through the available opening without deformation, or it is easily deformable so that it fits through the opening in the deformed state, but the Deformation must be reversible in any case and must not lead to kinking of the inner flow channel.
- a tap hole with an inside diameter of 35 mm +2/-1 mm is usually provided, with the outside diameter of 34 mm taking priority in practice. Accordingly, whenever the fitting is not simply placed on the tap hole from above, but is mounted using a mounting sleeve with an external thread protruding through the tap hole, a generally circular mounting opening of less than 32 mm is available for the hose to be pushed through.
- the circumference of the deflection element provided according to the invention, together with the hoses attached to it, must be correspondingly smaller. If space is already required for other components within the assembly sleeve, the area of the hose bend including the deflection element projected into the tap hole level must be even smaller, i.e.
- the deflection element has such a width or occupies so little area in plan that it can be pushed through the opening cross section of the mounting sleeve or the tap hole without any problems.
- the fitting can be completely pre-assembled, i.e. with the mixed water hose and both cold and hot water supply lines, and checked for leaks. Only the ends of the feed lines then still hang out of the mounting sleeve at the bottom, preferably in a vertically stepped manner. Fitting, mounting sleeve and all water-carrying lines can be pushed through the tap hole as a unit. As soon as the two inlet lines are screwed to the corner valves, the fitting is fully assembled and ready for use.
- the deflection element can have hose connection pieces that allow a connection that can be released later. But it can also be provided be to permanently connect the ends of the hose sections to the hose connection pieces of the deflection element, e.g. B. by gluing or welding.
- the mixed water line can have a hybrid design in that a first part leading downwards from the mixer unit is designed as a rigid pipe, in particular a metal pipe, which then continues in a hose section.
- the mixed water line can also be formed almost entirely from a flexible hose which is only divided into two sections at the deflection point by the deflection element used there.
- the deflection element is developed in such a way that a functional element that engages in the waterway can be inserted from the outside.
- a functional element that engages in the waterway can be inserted from the outside.
- This can be a flow restrictor, a non-return valve, a strainer or a silencer. In principle, these elements could be used from one of the two hose connection pieces.
- the deflection element should have an opening that is accessible from the outside, which z. B. can be closed with a screw plug. If this z. B. is arranged at the apex of the deflection element, no additional space is claimed within the opening cross-section of the mounting sleeve or the tap hole.
- figure 1 shows a water outlet fitting 100 in a perspective view from the outside. It comprises a basic housing 10 with a hand lever 14 and an angled spout 11, at the end of which a spray gun 12 is inserted.
- the aforementioned parts form that part of the water outlet fitting 100 which is visible after this z. B. is mounted on a countertop, or a sink.
- a mounting sleeve 13 is inserted into the basic fitting housing 10 from below. This is hollow on the inside and allows a total of at least four water-carrying pipe sections to pass through. This involves a cold water and a hot water inlet, which are not shown here, as well as two sections of a mixed water line.
- the mixed water line has a short section 20 leading from the water outlet fitting 100 to below the assembly level, which is designed as a pipe and to which a long section 32 of the hose 30 is connected, which leads to the dish sprayer 12 .
- the lower area the mixed water line with the two hose sections 31, 32 is flexible. As a result, the dishwashing spray 12 can be pulled out of the outlet pipe 11, with the shape and length of the mixed water line changing.
- the first part of the mixed water line is formed by a metal tube 20 .
- the metal tube 20 has a smaller diameter than the hose 30 and thus requires less of the opening cross section within the mounting sleeve 13 .
- a second hose section 32 runs parallel to this.
- the two hose sections 31 , 32 are connected to one another via a deflection element 33 .
- the deflection element 33 is Y-shaped and has three hose connection pieces 33.1, 33.2, 33.3.
- figure 2 shows the water outlet fitting 100 in a side view, with the fitting base housing 10 and the mounting sleeve 13 being shown in section in order to show the course of the mixed water line.
- This begins in the form of the metal tube 20 in a bore in the basic fitting housing 10, which is connected to a mixed water outlet of a temperature mixing unit 15, and then continues as a flexible hose.
- the hose section 32 which is routed through the interior of the basic fitting housing 10 and the spout 11, is pulled upwards, which in turn causes its lower end, which is connected to the deflection element 33, to be pulled up . Due to the fact that the metal tube 20 forms a rigid fastening point with the connecting element 21, the partial section 31 of the hose 30 is deformed into a loop which is indicated by the dashed lines.
- the deflection element 33 which is connected to an additional sinker weight 34 in the illustrated embodiment, is deflected to the side.
- the hybrid design of the mixed water line, consisting of the Metal tube 20 and the flexible hose 30 connected thereto make it possible to specify the direction in which the loop 31' is formed.
- the loop 31' of the first partial section 31 is formed in a plane parallel to the wall plane, i.e. for example in the rear area of a base cabinet, so that the mobility of the loop 31' is not impeded by objects placed further forward or fixtures such as a rubbish bin.
- both tube sections 31, 32 and, if applicable, also the coupling point of the first and second sections 31, 32 via the deflection element 33, including any additional elements attached thereto, such as the sinker weight 34, only require a small width that is smaller than the clear opening diameter of the mounting sleeve 13 is.
- This can, as in the following Figure 3A to 3C shown, when assembling the water outlet fitting 100, the entire mixed water line in the form of the metal pipe 20 with attached hose 30 is pushed from above through the tap hole or through the mounting sleeve 13 inserted into the tap hole.
- Figure 3A shows a first assembly phase.
- the lower parts of the mixed water line in particular the hose sections 33.1, 33.2 with the deflection element 33, are located directly above the upper edge of the mounting sleeve 13.
- the mounting sleeve 13 is shown with the usual sealing rings, support elements and fastening nuts with which the water outlet fitting 100 is fastened to the subsurface becomes.
- FIG 4 shows parts of a further embodiment of a water outlet fitting 100' in a perspective view from the outside.
- the basic housing which is identical to the first embodiment, is not shown here, but the mounting sleeve 13, the mixer unit 15 with the hand lever 14 and the dish sprayer 12 are.
- the entire mixed water line which starts at the mixer unit 15, is formed by a hose 30', which includes a long and a short hose section 32', 31', which run parallel at least in the lower area. They are connected via a U-shaped deflection element 33' to two hose connection pieces 33.1', 33.2'.
- the Figure 5A shows, the hose sections 33.1', 33.2' with the deflection element 33 are located directly above the upper edge of the assembly sleeve 13.
- two tube sections 31", 32" are connected via a bendable deflection element 33" which has a joint axis, so that the two tube sections 31", 32" can be set at an acute angle to one another without the water flow is cut off.
- several deflection elements 33" can be linked together. Or the ends of the tube sections are deformed in such a way that the tube sections can be guided away parallel to one another when the joint is buckled.
- a hose connector 33.1" is to be connected to the hose section 31". It contains an inner flow channel, which opens out at a transverse bore in a tapered end section 33.3".
- Another hose connection piece 33.2” is to be connected to the hose section 32". It also contains an inner flow channel.
- the hose connection piece 33.2" ends in a fork 33.4", in which the tapered end section 33.3" of the hose connection piece 33.1” is received.
- the transverse bore in the end section 33.3” is aligned with two internal outlet openings of the flow channel on the fork 33.4".
- the transfer of the water between the hose connection pieces 33.1", 33.2” is on this Way allows regardless of how the hose connectors 33.1", 33.2” are set to each other by pivoting about an axis 33.5".

Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wasserauslaufarmatur mit ausziehbarer Geschirrbrause, mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a water outlet fitting with a pull-out dish spray, having the features of the preamble of claim 1.
Such a water outlet fitting is used in particular as a kitchen faucet z. B. is arranged next to a sink. The mixed water line initially extends from a mixer unit in the base housing of the fitting to below the assembly level. Below this, it continues as a hose that is routed back to the base housing of the fitting and extends through the base housing of the fitting and a swiveling spout to the hand spray, which is inserted into a holder at the end of the spout and can be removed from there. With the pull-out spout, objects in the sink, or the sink itself, can be cleaned more easily than with a fixed water spout.
The disadvantage of the known kitchen faucet is the cumbersome installation. The tap hole diameter in the worktop, in the sink, etc. is predetermined and therefore limited and possibly even further reduced by the mounting sleeve to be connected to the fitting. A hose that has the necessary pressure and kink resistance to last a long time However, to ensure safe operation of the fitting without leaks, the bending radius is too large, so that the hose bend does not fit through the tap hole or the mounting sleeve. It is therefore necessary to first detach the hose from the fitting, insert it in one strand through the tap hole, and then anchor it again in the fitting body from below the mounting surface by hanging it in, screwing it in, etc. In addition, a cold and a hot water supply line must also be accommodated in the cross-section available for the implementation. The object of the invention is therefore to improve a water outlet fitting with a pull-out spray gun in such a way that assembly is made easier.
This problem is solved by a water outlet fitting with the features of claim 1.
Because according to the invention a hose bend is created in the mixed water line, the width of which is independent of the bending radius of the hose used, the mixed water line can be completely preassembled. For the pull-out shower, it then consists of two hose sections lying next to one another, which are connected to an inner deflection channel via a deflection element. In addition, the size of the diverter must be related to the size of the fitting and the tap hole. If you look at a cross-sectional plane of the tap hole, the projected outer peripheral surface of the deflection element together with the hose sections attached to it must be smaller than the tap hole or than a mounting sleeve that is to be connected to the fitting housing and that can be inserted into the tap hole.
In addition, there is preferably a cold water supply line and a hot water supply line. There are then at least two lines and two hose sections that can be bundled together, i.e. placed so close together, that they can all be pushed through a common opening on the body of the fitting, from the top, i.e. from the side of a sink or a worktop on which the fitting is placed.
The deflection element is either a rigid part, for example made of thermoplastic material, which can be inserted through the available opening without deformation, or it is easily deformable so that it fits through the opening in the deformed state, but the Deformation must be reversible in any case and must not lead to kinking of the inner flow channel.
In Western Europe, a tap hole with an inside diameter of 35 mm +2/-1 mm is usually provided, with the outside diameter of 34 mm taking priority in practice. Accordingly, whenever the fitting is not simply placed on the tap hole from above, but is mounted using a mounting sleeve with an external thread protruding through the tap hole, a generally circular mounting opening of less than 32 mm is available for the hose to be pushed through. The circumference of the deflection element provided according to the invention, together with the hoses attached to it, must be correspondingly smaller. If space is already required for other components within the assembly sleeve, the area of the hose bend including the deflection element projected into the tap hole level must be even smaller, i.e. so small that the remaining available opening area is sufficient to allow the hose to move. To put it simply, the deflection element has such a width or occupies so little area in plan that it can be pushed through the opening cross section of the mounting sleeve or the tap hole without any problems.
Because the end of the mixed water pipe no longer needs to be connected to the basic housing of the fitting, the fitting can be completely pre-assembled, i.e. with the mixed water hose and both cold and hot water supply lines, and checked for leaks.
The deflection element can have hose connection pieces that allow a connection that can be released later. But it can also be provided be to permanently connect the ends of the hose sections to the hose connection pieces of the deflection element, e.g. B. by gluing or welding.
The mixed water line can have a hybrid design in that a first part leading downwards from the mixer unit is designed as a rigid pipe, in particular a metal pipe, which then continues in a hose section.
However, the mixed water line can also be formed almost entirely from a flexible hose which is only divided into two sections at the deflection point by the deflection element used there.
In a preferred embodiment, the deflection element is developed in such a way that a functional element that engages in the waterway can be inserted from the outside. This can be a flow restrictor, a non-return valve, a strainer or a silencer. In principle, these elements could be used from one of the two hose connection pieces. However, so that a later replacement of the functional elements is possible without removing the hose sections, the deflection element should have an opening that is accessible from the outside, which z. B. can be closed with a screw plug. If this z. B. is arranged at the apex of the deflection element, no additional space is claimed within the opening cross-section of the mounting sleeve or the tap hole.

A mounting

In the embodiment shown, the first part of the mixed water line is formed by a
If the
The
