    - in that the deflecting element (33; 33') connects the hose ends to one another at the hose connection pieces (33.1, 33.2) which are positioned next to one another, and
    - in that the sinking weight (34) is attached to the central hose connection piece (33.3) of the deflecting element (33; 33').
  7. Water outlet fitting (100') according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the deflecting element (33') is U-shaped or horseshoe-shaped.
  8. Water outlet fitting (100; 100') according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by a curved or angled outlet pipe (11) which is pivotably connected to the fitting basic housing (10) and through which the hose (30; 30') extends and at the end of which the dish rinser (12) is held.
  9. Water outlet fitting (100; 100') according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cold water supply line and the hot water supply line can be bundled together with the deflecting element (33; 33') with the hose portions (31, 32; 31', 32'), which are fitted thereto, to form a line package which is smaller than the clear opening cross section of the tap hole or of a mounting sleeve (13) which is insertable into the tap hole.
  10. Fitting arrangement with a work top or a sink having at least one tap hole, and with a water outlet fitting (100; 100') according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the deflecting element (33; 33') with the hose portions (31, 32; 31', 32'; 31'', 32''), which are fitted thereto, can be inserted into the opening cross section from that side of the work top or sink on which the fitting basic housing (10) is arranged.
  11. Fitting arrangement according to Claim 10, characterized by a mounting sleeve which is inserted into the tap hole and is connected to the fitting basic body (10) and through which the hose portions (31, 32; 31', 32') and the cold and hot water lines are guided to the fitting basic body.
